This location has amazing staff members. I had a wonderful experience at this Target, thanks to one of the staff members, Kenya. She was super helpful, patient, and made my pickup quick and easy. She checked my order, answered my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. In my opinion I believe she deserves a raise, I sensed that she had genuine care for her job. This world needs more customer service like Kenya's. I'll definitely be back. Amazing location, I highly recommend! read more

One of the supervisors mistakenly threatened to kick me and my cousins out. Said they had a no tolerance policy and this would be our only warning. A group of teenagers were knocking down signs and playing around in the store and she immediately went to the first group of younger people. None of us had knocked anything over nor were we being loud but the group of kids were like a section over from us. When we told her that no target worker had even said anything to us at all she never apologized and just said to the other group to listen up. I think it would be helpful in the future to talk to your employees about what customers are having issues before blaming another innocent group of customers. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. read more

After being given the run around at the City View Target over the phone for about an hour I finally gave up and called the Weatherford store which is in my hometown I grew up in! It's a Target, so you know what to expect. It is clean, and it does have a small and somewhat limited grocery section. In fact, come to think of it, every department is kinda small. We went in looking for butane cans for a table-top burner and did find it (very small sporting goods section - need to rely on Wal-Mart for this now). Took a look around anyways and found a deal on frozen blueberries (Thuy wanted to make a pie). Funny thing was they rang up the wrong price, so when the cashier "returned" them, they returned at the right price. Even though it's convenient if we take the "back route" to Granbury, I will still plan better and use this Target only as a last resort. It's not because it's bad, it's just there are better options along the way. read more

All staff are always extremely helpful except almost every time I go there with my kids I tell them they can get icee drinks. The last nine times we have gone in there the person working the counter says they don't work. You're telling me over the last three months the don't work or you just don't take the time to refill and clean them? When I asked "multiple times" why they weren't working the only answer I received was they just aren't today. read more

Don't go to this store if you are trying to practice safety during COVID- the last 3 times I have been here there have easily been 10-20 people not wearing masks AT ALL. Just shopping around the store with out any staff member mentioning anything to them. I have even asked multiple staff members about if they have a mask mandate and they all tell me yes but no one is doing anything about it. Disappointing when people are dying of COVID and Target can't get it together long enough to follow the state guidelines. read more

I want to thank Kareema. She's so sweet and helpful EVERYTIME. She took the time to come chat with my little. And at checkout helped me save so much with our alimentum purchase and diapers!! Ashley at Starbucks is wonderful!! I only come to target Starbucks because of her! She knows my order. She's so sweet and hilarious! Joy at the pharmacy is an angel! She knows us by name and always has the best attitude and smile! She always goes out of her way to help. Amanda the pharmacist has literally saved me so much money and grief! My daughters prescription are incredibly expensive and she went above and beyond to help me with that and gave me advice! She also talked to my daughters doctor and caught an RX error that saved us tons! Thank y'all so much!! read more

Awesome to have a huge place to shop like Target but it doesn't match the standards of other Target stores I've been to recently. Unfortunately there were clothes on the ground knocked off racks and some random trash in some of the aisles. read more

This place is really big & has a lot of selections for just about everything. I came with my family a few days before Christmas, so it was pretty busy, especially near the toy & clothing departments. My nieces (ages 3 & 6) enjoyed looking around the toy department while their parents shopped. I was kinda relieved that we didn't purchase any toys for them at the time (since it was too close to Christmas, & all our gifts were already bought & wrapped)! The parents were able to pick up the items they came for, pay for them, & we were back on the road within an hour. I wouldn't mind stopping here again in the future (hopefully during a less hectic time of year). read more

We don't make it to Target very often but we're staying in the area and decided to stop in. This location was clean, well organized and just the right amount of business that everyone was doing something but it wasn't chaos. This store is always a mess. Clothes all over the place, displays look awful and unfolded. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Starbucks cups left everywhere. Can't find what I'm looking for because things are just thrown on the shelves. Walmart looks more organized and clean than this place. read more

It is clean store, and employees have always been pleasant and helpful. I disagree with the pricing being better than wal-mart. Yesterday priced Rachel Ray dog food, the 6 pound bag. It was $3 more than what I paid at wal-mart. Also annoying to me is the walk required if you need something from the grocery area. Target has never been on my "must shop" list. However, a recent trip there has changed my mind. Their grocery section has been expanded and even includes fresh produce. Their dog food prices beat Walmart, yes! I said Walmart. ... I previously did not frequent Target because their prices were not comparable. But now they have expanded selections and good pricing. The store is clean, open, organized and there are so many less shoppers than Walmart. Their employees were polite, friendly and very helpful. I will be back often. read more

Some of the staff are very rude. Two ladies (staff) were arguing about repaying a loan and having to pay the dentist. I waited a bit and then tried to ask a question and got a short answer. As I walked away, one lady said , How damn rude. If you don't see it then we must not have it. I thought Target business came before arguing with other staff members. How rude of me ! read more
