I understand the store is trying to crack down on returns after theft, but the website should be updated. Also, unfortunately we have a phone number but the purchase did not come up although it was purchased at the Boot Barn location in Yuma, AZ.

She asked what I was looking for, and I told her jeans. She immediately helped me figure out sizing and walked me through the different Ariat styles (M2, M5, M7). Fashion isn't really my thing, so I really appreciated how patient she was in explaining the differences and guiding me without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuine she was. We even shared a little conversation about weight loss and personal success stories--it felt more like chatting with a friend than just shopping. The store itself was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. After trying on several pairs, I finally found the perfect fit.
