This store is a disaster with crap thrown around and heck you can't even get up and down the majority of the isles . It honestly looks like a bunch of monkeys run this store. Employees walking around like they don't give a crap attitudes and doing nothing to fix any of the above . Someone needs to get a hold of the manager and fire him / her . I will be contacting the corporate office as well My recommendation is don't ship at this store

The return policy is inconsistent across stores and does not match what is on their website. Specifically, returns made within 60 days for store credit or exchange when there is no receipt. Also, unfortunately we have a phone number but the purchase did not come up although it was purchased at the Boot Barn location in Yuma, AZ.

I waited patiently and she finally looked up to acknowledge my presence. I smiled at her and simply remarked that Kohl's had moved the Amazon area. The employee snapped at me that the move had occurred "at least two weeks ago" and I should have read this change at the front of the store. Then she proceeded to huff and puff as she torn the label that I had printed and affixed to the package as indicated by the company's return policy. I asked if I should not have taped the label on the package as the employee seemed very put out by the label, tearing it in half. When I asked why she had torn the label she mumbled something incoherent and scanned the torn label. I didn't respond to her nasty attitude but simply thanked her and left the store. I had intended to shop for other items but was so put off by this pathetic kohls employee that I quickly left the store. Amazon should reconsider Kohls as a return station as I have read several customers complaining about the rudeness of the store.

Much appreciated. Just so you know, we're telling all of our family and friends and neighbors in California ...For anyone looking to buy a saddle or needs for horse products, etc. Teskey's is the only one stop shop that you've been looking for. You can go to a big online store such as Amazon or big box store for a saddle but I guarantee Teskey's can do things and get items and prices that these big name online and brick-n-mortar stores cannot compete with. I believe the Teskey's team works really hard for all their customers and we weren't just another number/sale. Their store truly cares about getting you into the right equipment and setting you, your horse and your family up for success. A big thank you again to (and, special thanks again to Jace and the saddle shop) your amazing team, we will definitely do many more transactions with you in the future.

I went to the hat shaping queen herself, Bailey, and gave her my best attempt at explaining what I wanted. Even with me asking what were probably some dumb questions, she only gave me a smile and a clear explanation every time. I can't say Teskey's is my all-around favorite shop, but Bailey is my favorite hat shaper -- so this is where I'll be getting my hats suppose. Pizza out side smelled pretty good too.
