I bought a great shirt normally $90 for $45. After losing a substantial amount of weight it's nice to wear something that really fits my physique. I tried the xl and large settling on the large long sleeve casual shirt. The store is upscale in appearance and has a nice display of men's and women's fashions. Womens clothing was in the adjoining room and there is ample space to wander the store to look at the clothes. Jonathan Cleveland, the owner or top salesperson knows how to interest the customer without being pushy. My satisfaction was his top prority. Onward Reserve clothing has stores in Athens and Buckhead, I discovered. If you want individual attention in a fine uncrowded clothier then Onward Reserve (Hick's Clothing is on the storefront) is the place to shop. I made it known to the 3 other staff that she was rude. They tried to defend her. I told them it didn't not matter who was helping me she was rude. I am a customer and other customers see how she picks and chooses who she will work with. This store has great employees. I can call them by name. This is my 1st bad experience with this store.

That employee's name was John. John asked us if he could help us and what we were looking for.
