I went in for a measurement for bras. I gained weight so everything I wore felt off and I needed a professional measure. My size is not common. She said no issue we will order it. My size is 34 and very large cup size. She starts to order it and says oh I can order 36 and a smaller size they are interchangeable to a fellow employee. Then says any issue bring them back. Mind you were had a conversation about another store and she says oh they will put you in a wrong size just for a sale. Well I'm home and out of that return window and now the two extra inches are making a problem. The new has worn off. The bras stiffness and tightness is less. I can pinch a full two inches extra fabric between where it should sit vs where it does. It is riding up and defeating the purpose of the actual garment. I go online to order my right size.. the company doesn't sell my size. So after measuring me on was a lie to get a sale. I will never set foot in that store again.

There are employees who will sell you ripped and destroyed clothing. I have bought a pair of shorts…read morerecently, told them before the purchase they could be defective. The long story short, there are 4 different places ripped at the top. Luckily, I am hopeful that myself or someone can fix them. If I was anyone, I would thoroughly check any clothing here. As well, they run their gas stations pretty thin. There aren't squeegees or car washes or even air pumps at the fueling area. They only have two flavors of fuel - regular and premium. No diesel at this location. It was easy to queue up, fill up and be on my way saving a bit in the process. Note that unless you've got a big vehicle, you can use the pump on either side of your car! The hoses will stretch. We did not go into the warehouse today and I know that if I add the gas station to Yelp, even though they have different hours, Yelp will merge them. So here we are. However, I got home tried everything on and everything fit great, I threw the receipt and tags away. I wore the black pair of slacks twice and washed them and every seam looks as though it is coming apart, I could understand this if they were way too small for me but this is not the case. I called the store last night and I talked to the manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do, basically she will not stand behind the product. I don't have the receipt because everything fit, but I told her that I could show her the charge on my bank statement and maybe she could look up the receipt, I was told no. I will never go back. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I have honestly never ever had to do anything like this with a small business or a company ever in general, not to mention the way she treated me and made me feel as if I had done something wrong when she clearly is doing something illegal using a SHEIN dress as her own, CHARGING $45 for a $13 dress, when she even stated over the phone call that she has never ordered anything off of SHEIN... Meaning she does not have an agreement with SHEIN to sell their dresses.
