I spent awhile looking around and it was fun. It's always enjoyable when taking a trip down memory lane. My favorite thing there is playing the Dolly Parton pinball machine. It only costs a quarter to play. The shop then donates the proceeds to Imagination Library. There's a great variety of clothing from different eras & styles . It's easy an to find place. There was enough parking in the area when I went & I appreciated that. Give this place a look because you'll definitely enjoy the experience .

They have a great selection of jewelry, including earrings, necklaces and rings. The owner is a GEM. She absolutely loves to do personal style sessions and most importantly, listens to your likes, dislikes, loves and concerns. They turn over inventory FAST so give them a social media follow, go visit and don't delay. Also, if you go soon, grab a Gobble Gobble candle. I know it's after Thanksgiving, but my goodness that candle smelled heavenly. Oh! Last thing! There was one pair of size 10 snake skin booties that I really wanted but had to resist. Please, someone go get them and love them every time you wear them.

I came over here a few weeks ago on a Monday and waited for them to open and 15-20 minutes after opening hours no one was here and the door was still blocked with items. I called and got their voicemail which said that summer hours would include being open on Mondays 12-7. At that time there was no sign on the door saying closed for the day. I decided to try again today. Called twice before heading over to the store to see if they would in fact be open. Still no answer other than the voicemail, but the voicemail still said they would be open from 12-7 on Mondays. So, I decided to risk it. I just drove up to find out they still are in fact not open, at least they have a sign on their door (spelled wrong I might I add). If you are going to have a voicemail listing your hours of operation, you need to update it if you are going to be unexpectedly closed on a random, non holiday, day. This makes me very unlikely to come back because I don't want to waist my time or gas.

Happy that there's now a Nordstrom Rack in Knoxville…read more While I enjoy shopping there, I especially like that I can bring my online Nordstrom returns here. Returning things to Nordstrom Rack (since there's no Nordstrom here) helps save me about a month's time in getting my refund posted to my account because Nordstrom's mail return process is super slow. Went there on a Monday night and I was the only one in the whole store. I was surprised at the sparseness of the selection. I'm used to Nordstrom Racks being jam packed with stuff. Usually the racks are so close there is barely room to walk between them. Not so here...I'd say there was easily 50% less merchandise than I'd expect for a store of this size. Maybe it's because they're new, and the distribution hasn't been worked out yet. Looking forward to its merchandise expansion to make it worth a trip to shop here. But, I got my Anniversary Sale returns processed and posted back to my card, which saves me a lot of hassle and waiting compared to mailing it in, so it serves its purpose for me.

A friendly affirmation followed with a warning that there were THREE territorial katz in residence! I brought puppo inside, and yes THREE fine katz appeared. *Puppo ignored them, however one of the ladies offered to 'run interference' for us, as the largest kat, a massive fellow, wasn't too happy with a canine on premises! She walked ahead of us as I scanned each booth! Soon, I found exactly the type frame I was looking for, glass included! *Now I've been a second-hand aficionado for decades, and I've never encountered such kindness, folks. Second-hand stores are 'dime a dozen', staff such as these kind ladies are, are RARE! *Parking is a bit cramped, but handicapped access is superb! The interior is a bit cramped in areas, so leave the backpack and stroller outside. *Even though my frame was obviously used, they still insisted upon wrapping it up, AND carrying it to my vehicle! [bonus star!]
