I have never been so let down in my entire lifetime of 21 years of living. My boyfriend came with me to pick out a watch. There was an original lady at the women's watch section who left as soon as we walked up interested in buying. The next girl was much younger and didn't seem to know much about selling watches. She told us that one particular watch was a women's watch on sale. So, naturally, as anyone would do, we purchased said watch and she didn't know how to fit it on my wrist. Therefore we had to return the next day to get it fitted by someone else. This lady asked my boyfriend to fit the watch for her instead of doing her job - the entire reason she was hired. Anyways, After doing some research, just recently found out this watch is a men's watch, and will no longer wear it. Three people at belk said it was a women's watch. V disappointed in this customer service. Unacceptable. read more
