The employees were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the checkout process was surprisingly quick considering how many people were shopping. I also appreciate how Costco focuses on quality products and offers great value, especially when buying in bulk. I ended my trip with a stop at the food court, which is always a great bonus after shopping. What they notably did not have was Ice Mountain water bottles (Which I have yet to see anywhere in Nashville). It was a Tuesday afternoon and they had a lot of sample stands up and running, which is really cool. I usually only see this on the weekends at most other locations. Another lady that was working was also wonderful. I've always had such great experiences at their Green Hills location. It's not super convenient as I live near Franklin. I wish they would do a location closer south here. They are currently keeping up with Covid precautions.
