The iskender kabob meat was not as tender as The Chef Grill or Kebab House, nor as saucy. It also had more cartilage than I'm used to. It wasn't bad, but certainly not the best I've had. To make matters worse, she seemed to disappear halfway through dinner--I'm assuming she clocked out--because we had to get another server's attention just to receive basic assistance. That's what makes this so frustrating.
