That's five days, where we didn't have a way to shower, a way to go to the bathroom, even our sink would push sewage water to overflow the toilet and sewage water would come up out of the floor drain of the shower somehow. I don't understand how that happens but it seems like it's all interconnected. We had to go to the restroom at the park down the street and sewage water got all over our floors in both restrooms. Five days is a long time to wait. On top of that, it was considered two separate claims, (stoppage and toilet leak) so we had to pay TWICE (the service fee) and our technician.Taylor told us that Select Home Warranty wouldn't cover the toilet leak so we actually had to pay for one of those jobs OUT OF POCKET! Edit: Oh wow, I just found out they lied to me too. They told me they are not open on the weekends and that's why I had to wait two extra days. This month, i noticed a leak in front of my house, and originally thought it might be my sprinkler…read morelines.. but after digging it up.. long story short.. turns out it was a broken pipe under the slab of the house. Called and left a message, and sure enough within minutes they called back, and had a technician schedule to come out and take a closer look. They came out, were able to verify a foundation leak, and were able to fit me in the next day, (this was going to be an all day job) and the next day they came out on time, started using their sound equipment and located the leak. So i had pretty much the worst scenario, which was the leak was right under my living room floor, so they helped me move all the furniture, rip up the carpet, and they jack hammered the floor, and found the leak. Typically if they can, they would just reroute the pipes and not have to dig underground, but the way my house is configured this pretty much wasn't an option, so they broke through the concrete, repaired the pipe, and sealed the hole with concrete. Very clean, very professional. Overall super happy with their service, and will totally recommend them to others. Thanks Hector! So you might think, i would be upset that i had to rip up my carpet.. but honestly i wasn't all that upset, because it's older carpet, so pretty much time to change it.. might go with wood floors now.. so overall it's ok, if you just put in brand new carpeting.. or something, then you could still do the same thing, just have to be more careful about the carpet, since i wasn't all that concerned about it, i was ok with cutting it up to move it out of our way. Their uniforms and their entire company looks like they're stuck in the 60s or 70s. The owner is not even a plumber. He took over his father's company doesn't even know how to run it obviously clearly hires crap from his reviews. Nobody's heard of them in Riverside. I mixed them up with a five star company. all the pictures on their page. Clearly they have no idea what the hell they're doing post and wire heaters that are not even up to code and a bunch of rusty crappy work they probably use used parts. Nobody's even heard of them in this area, but they claimed to be local and advertise out this way I think they should probably stick to their own area and stick to getting some decent reviews but the company sucks. Of course can't get further than the owner is so of course it's gonna suck. That's why they've been around forever and have a little to no reviews and they're half assed reviews at that. I came acroos this plumber by chance in an add in the local advertisement. I called Mark and he was very professional and friendly. I needed two toilets installed on the day I called since it was a vacation home and I was not planning on coming back for a few weeks. Mark checked his schedule and called me right back to fit me into his schedule. Made a noon appointment and waited for his arrival. Mark was right on time as promised and gave me a calll when he was 15 minutes away to let me know. He comes well prepared with his plumbing truck with all the supplies and tools to complete the job. He is very meticulous and took the time to lay out both my toilets from Costco and ensured all the pieces were in the package. He then gave me the instructions and the warranty information as well as putting his number on the warranty papers so if I have a future problem I can call. When he finished the first toilet he had both my wife and I come over to demonstrate the dual flush system. Gave us advice on where future problems might occur and tested the toilet a few times. He then went to work on the second toilet. He was also very clean and laided out a tarp to protect the floor and ensure water would not get onto the carpet and the surrounding areas. He did not break anything like other home service people I've experienced with past home service professionals. And to top this off his price was very reasonable and I would recommend this plumber to anyone. He also does Tankless water heaters, water treament systems and bath and kitchen remodeling.
