Was told it would take about 2 hours for all of the service being done so I waited like usual. 2.5 hours go by... No word on my car. 3 hours and I ask the cashier. Said they'd get the service manager... No word. She finally checked for me and told me there was an issue and they're we're almost finished, maybe another 10 minutes. So 4 hours after I walked in I finally have my car. The tub is this is the closest service center to my house but I think I'm willing to drive to Carney or Nerwark from now on.
