I asked her if my order was almost ready, and she answered with "I don't know I am out here wiping the tables" when all she could have said was I will check on your order! That angered my husband and he got to telling her if she could go check on the effing order. I tried to de-escalate the situation by me telling her that all she had to say is "I will check on your order " she went in and started arguing with my husband who was upset at her attitude towards me and about the situation. It wasn't our first time at a restaurant, but it was the first time experiencing this kind of behavior from a server. I'm not sure who trained her at being cordial to customers, but she needs some training. I cancelled my order and left.
