The food is good but if you eat there the drinks are expensive and I was over charged for a to go plate. Apparently they want you to use the small part of the plate for a shrimp even if it's only one shrimp kind. The gentleman in front of me had more food on his to go plate but I wasn't about to argue the point. I used to come here at least once a week and now I'm finding a new restaurant to frequent. I'm sure they don't care about losing a customer but oh well. When I put no shrimp on my plate it's not less so that makes no sense that I followed the rules of the to go plate and was still charged extra. They didn't even tell me either they tried to sneak the price on me. Only because the guys total for a to go plate in front of me was more I noticed. I think that's what hurt my feelings so much above all else. I had actually ate there with my family already and was taking a to go plate for my son at home who didn't go with us. Sorry, but this is the worst Chinese buffet I have ever had! I arrived about noon, over 20 + people waiting to be seated. First thought was, must be good to have this much business. I was wrong. 1. The selections on the buffet was rather limited, about half of what I see at most Chinese buffets. 2. I had, General Tau, Almond Chicken, Egg roll, Hot &Sour Soup, Lomain noodles, fried rice, shrimp. I must say they all were not at all good. Even the fortune cookie was stale. $6.85 was a good price, but I promIse you I will not grace this place again. I have been coming here since 1999 and imo, the food tastes the same. Yes the selection is small but I love it, especially the noodles and general tso's OMGEEE so good. You can't beat the price either. Better than Lin's. Oh, and the best green beans I've ever had! The food is always great here. My family has been dining here for over 20 years and I can honestly say although some dishes have changed a little, the taste remains excellent. Mixed emotions coming out of this Chinese restaurant. The crowd during lunch on Sunday was tough to take. If it weren't for the fact that we were meeting friends for lunch, we would have left. We waited 40 minutes to be seated, and there is no waiting area. We stood shoulder to shoulder with other hungry, impatient patrons the entire time. When we were finally seated, we waited another 4 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. The buffet was very crowded, too. There were people serving multiple plates which really slowed down the process. That and the fact that children accompany their parents to the buffet line.. not getting plates, just hanging around. A very frustrating time. All that said, the food is hot, fresh and amazing, and the lunch buffet is only $6.25. I will not be returning, but I can see why this place stays in business. This is my favorite chinese buffet but the last visit id definitely my last. I came with a companion due an injury in my ankle. Explained i would be the only one eating, my companion was there to help me with plates. The restaurant charged me 2 adult buffets. After many polite conversations about this mistake, the restaurant was still going to charge me for two adult buffets, even after explaining i had only enough for one person, since thats what i budgeted for. All I have to say is that in the past months I've heard nothing but bad things about this restaurant for that reason I stopped going there it's been six months I was in a hurry I need to pick up some food for dinner I decided to take a chance I placed my order online picked up my order which was fast and really hot got home and I was so surprised how beautiful and delicious the plates were I ordered General chow extra spicy which came in two bowls instead of one was very perfectly displayed also ordered shrimp and fried rice with extra shrimp for a dollar more the food was so delicious the flavor was awesome I have to say I don't know who the cook was on June 25, 2021 but great job I will be back for more sorry I didn't get to put pictures but trust me it was great my husband was very pleased with it he wasn't too happy when I told him I was picking up Chinese but after he tasted it to his surprise it was delicious I am coming back for more thank you read more

I have been eating here for the past 9 years possibly 3 times a month despite the finding of ants in the cabbage soup not once but twice. My family and I have been a faithful costumer. Typically the food is fresh and with a great taste. The bathrooms are bad as well with urine on the floor every time I go. The service is typically friendly except for today. I went to pick up some food for my sick parents. I had my three children with me ages 5, 3, and 2. When I asked the front if they could help serve me they told me "no," and that I would need to leave as I was alone with my kids. I told them they could not refuse me service!! My three little boys followed me around and they were able to be easily verbally redirected. The manager followed me around eyeing my every move with the three children, yet did not offer to help me along the way. I had to serve and get everything myself. I asked if i could speak to the manager and they told me no she was on the phone! After waiting 10 min she came out in haste and listened to my concerns. I later realized she had already spoke to the manager b/c she new of my concerns. She told me it was a hazard for my children to be there and they had to sit in the front. I explained to the owner that all i needed was some extra help with getting condiments (which were not provided). Needless to say, the owner was rude and the manager was passive aggressive. Unfortunately, I will not be attending this restaurant again with my family. read more
