I made the mistake of not shaking the bag so the powder sugar covers the beignets. That was a waste of two beignets tasting like dough. I would get the 6 pieces original because it's cheaper than 4 pieces. They also have glazed beignets that change seasonally and some chocolate drinks and coffee. I think the beignets are too thick- it's a little heavy in the middle. I'm sure it tastes better fresh on a plate than carried in a bag. We ordered the dream beignet box for $23.99 it included 4 original beignet's with your choice of any 4 glazed. We picked strawberry glaze and simply glazed. We also added on all 4 sauces which were $2.49 each. I thought the raspberry tang was phenomenal along with the caramel. The beignets were warm, soft and fluffy. Really quite incredible. Service was pretty quick. Although there was a line we were able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Tip: Parking at downtown Disney is $10 with validation. read more

Caught the Beignets Express window at the perfect time because there was no line at all. It's typically wrapping around the corner, so be warned! I got the Banana Foster Beignets, and wow, they were so good. Super fluffy, with the rum flavor came through perfectly. They give you crème anglaise for dipping, but it really didn't need it: the beignets were already perfectly sweet and flavorful on their own. You get four generously sized beignets, so one order is plenty. The only downside is that seating is limited to 4 standing tables outside, but for a quick, delicious treat, it's 100% worth it. The line was out the door and wrapped around on the outside but I think I waited less than half an hour on a Saturday night. The line really does move quick. From time to time we like to check out Beignets Expressed whenever we are in the DTD area.. Sometimes we just don't get the chance with as long as how the lines can be to order. This time around we bit the bullet and decided to just deal with it and grab some yummy beignets. After about a 30 minute wait, we finally entered the building of sweet beignet goodness. During our visit, we decided on ordering a 4 pack of their Classic Beignets and then a 4 pack of "Dip, Drizzle and Sprinkle", which is their mix and match of any 4 glazed beignets. We chose their Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Crunch, Banana Foster and Simply Glazed. Everything was cooked to perfection where it was all pretty filled in dough ... not like when you grab a Mickey Beignet in Disneyland and there is a big air hole inside and not much beignet. IYKYK! Simply Glazed is just like what it sounds like..its simply glazed with a simple sugar glaze. Strawberry Shortcake had a strawberry icing, with strawberry sugar and it comes with a vanilla cream you can dip. Sweet but delicious! Banana Foster is good with a banana rum glaze, cinnamon sugar and a cream though I think it was way too sweet for me. I like sweet but I think hubby would have enjoyed it more than me as he's a banana foster kinda guy. Rainbow Crunch is topped what looks to be like Fruit Pebbles and on the menu it says its a blueberry-lemon with a crispy, rainbow cereal crunch. I think the kids enjoyed this one the most as they do like Fruity Pebbles. Highly suggest not waiting on eating this as the cereal will just get soggy if you wait to eat this later. All are good and the kids will definitely get a sugar high after one of these LOL! I love getting beignets from here though my only complaint is the wait. There is always a ton of people making their delicious goodness but I usually only see one person working the register, making the line move incredibly slow. Wouldn't it make more sense that they have both registers in use to let the flow go a little faster? That's my only issue but this place is a winner in how they're made and taste. read more

I've been coming to Downtown Disney for a long time but I never really buy or eat at the restaurants since after Covid, but I decided to try the beignets to see what all the hype was about. All excited I walk in. No greeting no smiling faces, just a bored cashier. I look at the menu and the display; there was only four flavors to choose and you can only buy a set of four. While I was looking at the display and the menu, the cashier just kind of glaring at me with no interaction. So I ordered the powdered donuts and as you can see in the last slide, they just throw the beignets in the bag and toss powdered sugar inside. Which I guess is how it's prepared but the two at the counter looked bored, so I walked away with no thank you, no have nice or other interaction. My first time having beignets at beignets expressed and they were way better than the beignets inside the park. I went on a Thursday afternoon around lunch time and only waited for about 5 minutes before ordering. My food was hot and made to order. I would recommend going before dinner time on weekdays to avoid long wait times but I think it's worth it. Today I tried the monthly special, the maple bacon beignets and they were so good! Without the bacon the beignet would be too sweet because of the glaze. Next time I'll try the original beignets with the family. read more

The beignets are a bit different and have a crispier coating, but they are very good! The line is usually long but it moves very fast. They always have a "Glazed of the Month", which is fun to try. My favorite that I've tried was the Glazed Rainbow crunch, which is a beignet with Blueberry Lemon sauce, and rainbow cereal flakes. Not much standing space inside for the amount of people waiting for their order. I had to step out to their back area to get some space. There are really no seats to sit down either. Being on my feet all day at Disney doesn't help either. But there are seatings elsewhere. Don't forget to shake your bag! Honestly between two people 2-4 beignets are enough! I was slightly surprised that even with all that sugar, it didn't feel like a heavy treat. I'm guessing the powder sugar balances out all the oil, it was light and airy. But very messy to eat! However, I came on a Friday early afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find a short line. The Classic Beignet is where it's at. I got the 4-pack original beignets ($9.99) which were topped with a heaping amount of powdered sugar. The beignets are fried to order and were piping hot when I received them - pure deliciousness! Make sure to really shake up your bag of beignets so all sides of it are covered with that powdered sugar goodness. The beignets were perfectly fried with a slightly crisp exterior and a slightly dense but pillowy and chewy center. Needless to say, I devoured all 4 way faster than I anticipated. Make sure to eat them while they're still hot as they taste much better that way. We came right at opening and were expecting a long line but there was no line! Ordered the 6pk of classic beignets and the frozen mint julep. They have shirts that were pretty funny. They make the beignets fresh and it was cool to watch the process. They also have take home kits so you can make these at home too. The beignets were delicious and hit the spot, so warm and fluffy with the perfect powder sugar coating. The frozen mint julep was tasty too, my only complaint about it is the very artificial green color. Otherwise the flavor was spot on. Made us feel like we were at Disneyland. Inside was pretty empty but clean. The staff was courteous, prices were decent. Minimum order is 4 or more. Next time we might try the strawberry glazed one, sounded interesting. read more

Stopped by because I seen the strawberry shortcake sign and it looked good. The wait was short. You have to order in 4s but you can not mix glazed and regular which kind of sucks. Very disappointed. Loved stopping by here when it was Jazz Express. The chicory coffee was delicious. Now that it's Beignets Expressed, they no longer have the chicory coffee, just regular drip coffee and it's awful. Horrible tasting. Won't be back. read more
