Driving school Beep Beep refused to have my daughter as a customer because the owner said she was over 170 lbs! He said, 'he wouldn't be able to overtake the steering wheel' if something happened, claiming "it's the law" of not having people over a certain weight in his little driving car, BUT that he could teach her in our car. Do not go to this place. He lied and discriminated against my daughter's weight, even having the audacity asking her how much she weighed! Very saddened and disappointed! Also, I had to hire another company for 6 more hours as Beep Beep did not complete the lessons for my daughter. Would give no stars if I could ... the owner is a very angry man and rude .... Originally I booked and paid in full over the phone (never actually seeing a contract that's on me to trust a local business) a few days before the first lesson my teen got a job I called and explained I just needed to move the dates completely understanding that it would be based on what they had available... not asking to cancel just reschedule... the owner David said I would be charged a $75.00 no show fee each day ... I explained again I wasn't a no show just a reschedule ... I explained that was never stated when making the booking with his secretary .. again he was rude and informed me she no longer works there (no kidding) I should have just cut ties at that point but we needed the lessons... after rescheduling David continued to text regarding scheduling days always having the wrong dates and after the last mix up on his end that was it for me because again he was as trying to charge me money for missing lessons that never took place ... after arguing and telling him I no longer required his services and I would and he intern told me he didn't want a customer like me I received a text message from him telling me that I was correct and did I still want services what a joke take your business someplace else. I was interested into having classes here since I live close to it, when I arrived, no one was there. I thought he went on break, but I guess he was teaching another student. The reason why I never got this class was because when I called him, he gave me attitude and I didn't feel like he would be a good instructor since he sounded so harsh and judgmental. I was nice and calm in the call, but he was talking in a mean way, which made me look for another driving school. I do suggest to have another coworker to work with him instead so it can become more organized and have people get information in person about appointments and when things are available instead of just having people waiting outside with a locked door without any sign of saying "I'm coming back soon" or anything where I know where the person who works there is. After I hung up the call, I checked in these reviews and they were not lying that he is rude because he is. The way he puts fire on top of fire in the comments makes it very unprofessional since it makes it look like he is very offended. Even if there are bad comments and reviews, it shouldn't give you the right to make it worse and comment worse to people who review here. David, in your description, you lied about being compassionate and patient and professional. Seeing how you have reacted to my wife's comment the way you have shows you are not professional. Noah said that the car pulling out was nowhere near hitting you guys, and yet you choose to honk. I explained that yes you do need to honk to let the other guy know you are there. I am very angry with this guy David. He is very very rude to his customers. He says one price on the website, then charged me extra $60 claiming because my teen just turned 18 and is adult. Ok fine I paid it even though it says in none if his paperwork. Then he didnt tell me cash. I get there to pay and he charges me extra $35 to charge a debit card. Wth. Ok fine paid it. First lesson was 12pm. I wrote it down. My daughter write it down. Then they claimed it was actually 2pm. She had to go back 2 hours later. Tried to say it was our fault. 4 days later was her 2nd test 8am. She went and it was fine. The next day was supposed to be her next lesson. But he called us and said he needed to Reschedule. This is after he made me so I don't kinds of paperwork saying that I can't cancel or I'll get $100 charge for canceling. He calls and tells us he double booked. He reschedules us for one week later. The night before her lesson my daughter began getting sick and she woke with covid. We called him with the hopes that he would at least be reasonable because he had done the same thing to ask the week before. First he began yelling at my daughter. Then he began yelling at me saying he needs to pay his driving instructor and he's still gonna charge me $100. He called me rude even though he was the one yelling that it's not his fault that she caught Covid and told me he would never ever take a customer like me again even though all I wanted him to do was to reschedule her appointment without charging me $100. He kept yelling so much that my husband then got involved and told us that she's not going to his lessons anymore and I will take this to the bank regardless what type of paperwork I signed that we're gonna report this is fraud and that we're gonna go to the Better Business Bureau. This is may be a nice small family run business on the outside. But as soon as you don't agree with David he's very rude and he will begin yelling at his customers and has zero customer service skills. If you need any sort of flexibility with the driving instructor, this guy is not for you. He's very arrogant and should not be teaching teens.
