Just passed my class A testing at the DMV. I passed on the first try. I could not recommend CSD enough. Just over a week and done from a-z. All the guys there, Mike, Gary, Pat and most of all Raul were professional and about getting the job done right the first time, on time.... every time!! Raul was my instructor and is one of the best guys I've ever met. He knew exactly what it took for me to be my best at what he was teaching. Extremely patient, knowledgeable and supportive at instilling in me what it takes to drive a large vehicle and trailer safely, efficiently and to become profitable and an asset to any company I work for in the entire world. I am writing this review from my wife's yelp account my names Brian. I was enrolled in this CDL school 2 weeks ago. I am very happy and satisfied with my outcome. I just got my class A license today. Raul was my instructor the whole way, very amazing guy really cool and knowledgeable. I had a good time learning everything I needed to know to obtain my license. I learned all my stuff from inspections to air brakes to driving in less than 1 week very satisfied. I would recommend this school to anyone trying to get there CDL license. I honestly cannot recommend this school enough! The instructors/teachers here are just amazing, they care for your safety the most and it's the cheapest school you will find around. I was skeptical at first considering how cheap it was, most people think you get what you pay for but here you honestly get way more than what you pay for! Gary, Patrick, Mike and Raul are all amazing people they are very respectful and they know what they're talking about when it comes to truck driving considering they have been in the industry for 20+ years with FedEx and UPS. They currently have one on one teaching which is amazing because you will get all the attention and all the focus that you need to understand everything. I started in the beginning of August 2025 and I got my license the same month! Their scheduling is extremely simple, I asked if I could do M/W/F schedule and they didn't ask any questions except "what time?" So scheduling is pretty flexible! My teacher was Raul, I can confidently say that his teaching is just priceless, he is always demonstrating and elaborating his techniques and instructions precisely, if you are ever confused on anything he really wants you to speak up so he can help you understand! He is that teacher that really wants you to ask questions if you don't understand it. When looking at reviews, you typically look for what's wrong with the company, people usually only leave reviews when they have a negative experience. I can say that this time it's extremely different, you get amazing teachers/instructors, flexible schedule, and most importantly it's the cheapest you will find around! We hired CSD to provide a driver safety progam for our company. Their instructor were excellent and provided a comprehensive compliance safety program for our drivers. Our team found the program interesting and helpful for them. They were very engaged during the training sessions. I reached out to Certified Safe driver a few months back to assist our company with some of our problem employees who would have reoccurring driving violations during working hours. Our insurance rates were skyrocketing and we were advised to have our employees undergo some sort of driver training to assist in reducing incident rates. Bea over at CSD set our group up with  a full training schedule. It has been about 6 months since we first began classes. I am so happy to report that our incident rates have decreased substantially! We should see a drop in our insurance rate this next quarter. We do plan on implementing reoccurring safety classes with this school for ALL of our employees! read more

Attended a training for work at their Walnut location. Joe conducted the training, he was great. All in all it was a very informative class with some exciting behind the wheel training lol. I am def interested in sending my teens to their Teen Driver Safety program, hopefully it'll scare them straight into not being on their phones!! Just finished a 100 hour training for my class A license. The guys that run this place are legit and know their stuff. I went over to the DMV with my certificate of completion, took my driving test and am happy to report i am now a Class A Commercial driver! My employer, (shuttle service) sent a group of us to this driver safety program last week. My corkers and I were expecting a long drawn out day of classroom instruction, but we were pleasantly surprised! The trainers were super informative and had us engaged the whole time. I learned a lot about driver safety that I didn't before. I wouldn't mind coming back next year for our annual van driver certification. The staff is great and will answer all of your questions. I contracted this company to provide driver safety training for my fleet drivers. The feedback I have received from my drivers has been nothing but phenomenal. These guys know their stuff (apparently all the trainers are retired UPS supervisors) and don't cut corners with their training as we've experienced with other companies.
