I can 100 percent say west coast driving school is the best ever. I just took my test today and I don't think I would have passed if it wasn't for my instructor chris. We could have not asked for a better experience with West Coast Driving School and our instructor, Martin. Since my daughter is 18, she wasn't required to do the behind the wheel training but she opted to do it anyways to ensure she was 100% confident come the day of her test. We did a few Driving training days and then the 2 hours of driving on the actual test day around the DMV and used their vehicle for the driving test. My daughter had struggled to pass her permit test (failed 3 times to be exact ) so obviously she was very nervous when it came to taking her driving test. Martin trained her so well and ensured her confidence was at an all time high that she passed her driving test with flying colors and on her FIRST TRY! We absolutely recommend West Coast Driving School and although the rest of my kiddos have quite a few years ahead of them before they start driving, I will absolutely be using them for all of our driving training needs. read more

Amazing Driving school! Needed to pass my behind the wheel test, but also needed a car for it - other schools had either weird prices for lessons or packages very unclear + no cars for the test! This school was amazing in everything! I called them (because their site had some issues providing me prices) - they gave me full price list, closest open dates for the lessons and we exchanged our information + we agreed on the payment method (very flexible). Martin is a great instructor! He was very patient with me, gave me great tips and tricks and after couple of lessons I was ready to pass the test. Best part is - Martin scheduled the test date and applied for me, I didn't have to do anything. On the test date we drove around the testing area and I passed. 10/10 experience! Always on time, patient, no detours or any extra stops. I will send my kids to learn driving here for sure. read more

Just passed my test and I had Chris. He is super patient and understanding and really flexible with pick up and drop off locations. Every one of my lessons I would always have a drop off or pick up location that wasn't my house and Chris would always be willing to work with me. I had a instructor before him at a different school that didn't teach me even half the information that Chris taught and with one class I understood exactly everything he taught and he made sure I memorized the information. Thank you so much! read more

Chris is an amazing driving instructor. He made my 16 son feel very safe and comfortable as he was on his lessons. Communications with Chris were always very easy and prompt. My dad found out about this school 6 months ago. I had 3 driving lessons with Gabby. She was very nice, helpful, and patient. She did an amazing job at teaching me as well as providing additional feedback! She also gave me several advice and clear answers to all of my questions. Moreover, during my 3rd lesson, she made sure that I was fully prepared for my driving test. And today (3/28), I just passed the exam 1st try with only 4 minor errors! Overall, I highly recommend looking at this school and having Gabby as your driving instructor. Thank you so much Gabby!! read more

My son has taken his driving lessons with Martin and we cannot shout his praises enough! If you are searching for driving lessons, look no further than West Coast Driving School. Martin keeps detailed notes on what your child/student needs to improve, communication is excellent and he's also very flexible in his scheduling. My son had his behind-the-wheel test this afternoon at the Rancho Cucamonga DMV and he passed with flying colors. Just a pleasant experience through and through-- far exceeding our expectations. Looking forward to enrolling our daughter at West Coast Driving School in about 1.5 years when she is ready to start driving. Thank you again, Martin!! You are absolutely the best!!! read more

Very unresponsive. I had to send a couple follow up texts. I was asked to send information which I did and still no response for a while. Very sad as my other son went through this school and had a positive experience with Nicky. They mentioned a personal medical issue but I don't think that merited being placed in the back burner every time there was contact. read more

I want to thank my fellow yelpers for helping me find West Coast Driving School! I decided to give it a go especially because I didn't appreciate the other driving school I had paid for my oldest daughter a couple yrs ago (won't post the business name)! My oldest didn't recommend we go with them again for her little sis! Initial contact was made with Martin...he was so warm, yet professional and helpful! So my daughter tells me her Permit is about to expire soon so I go into panic mode and ask Martin to pls book her appointment as soon as possible! He had great communication from the start. I sent him a pic of my daughters permit and he reassured me her permit is good and doesn't expire so there's no need to book back 2 back classes on weekdays due to his schedule being fully booked for the weekends! I was so relieved! We went with the 6hr behind the wheel instruction! He is so awesome he picked my daughter up from her school on her 1st appointment but we easily adjusted to pick up at our house since traffic at DRHS is ridiculous and is cutting into her instruction! Texting him was a breeze! Love how he came to our house each time to pick my daughter up and dropped her back home after! I could see the huge improvement in my daughter's driving confidence after each lesson! He took my daughter on the freeway and made her feel so comfortable! There is so much good feedback!! My daughter was super happy, comfortable and enjoyed her driving instructor Martin!!! He is super amazing!!! We highly recommend Martin!!! We decided to pay for the 2hr Lesson + Car rental for my daughter to take her driving test in. Martin went above and beyond to help me book the DMV appointment. I'm super happy to report my daughter passed her Driving test on the 1st try!! Don't hesitate and look no further yelpers call Martin now and book!!! read more

My daughter Victoria completed her 6 hours of behind the wheel drivers training with West Coast Driving School. We are beyond pleased with their services. The vehicle was clean and equipped with a gas and break pedal on the passenger side. Which gave Victoria peace of mind since she was still nervous about driving at night, merging on the freeway and driving during rush hour traffic. Gabby was her amazing instructor. Gabby had great communication and a very flexible schedule. It was extremely helpful that Gabby would pick up Victoria after school and drive with her for 2 hours and drop her off at home at the end of each session. Gabby took Victoria on the freeway for the fist time and it was a smooth and stress free experience. Victoria completed her drivers training and was more confident with driving at night, on the freeway and during rush hour traffic. Gabby's calm energy and encouragement is what allowed Victoria to be more confident and prepared to take her behind the wheel driving test. We are excited to share that Victoria Passed her DMV Drivers Test on her first try and she is now a Licensed Driver all because of the patience, knowledge and guidance of her amazing instructor, Gabby. Thank you Gabby and West Coast Driving School. We will definitely be calling you when our son turns 16. :) read more

I signed up with West Coast Driving School to refresh my skills after not having driven for a long time. My instructor Martin was very professional and friendly. He was able to work around my work schedule and pick me up right from my residence for the lesson. Martin told me that driving was just like riding a bike. Once you learn, you never forget. And he was right! He is also very knowledgeable and made sure to fill me in on some of the new driving laws which was helpful. West Coast Driving School has very reasonable rates for driving lessons and I would recommend the school and especially Martin as an instructor. read more

West Coast Driving School - First lesson!! - Driving Schools Near Me - Chino, California

Just returning home from my teen son's driving exam -- with a LICENSED recipient! Ms.Gabby did a great job getting him prepared for his test. When we had him start his behind the wheel time we gave him no prior training and she got him in the driver's seat and on yhe road within mere minutes of his first lesson. He said she was super patient and thorough, always giving good direction and feedback. We even booked some additional lessons because I was having a challenging time teaching him backing in and parking techniques (some can do but not teach ha ha), and she was able to help him make the connections and learn with ease. Would definitely use this school again. read more
