They treated my house for subterranean termites 3 years ago with Termidor and now, 3 years later I have termites again in the same spot which they said have been eating the new wood for at least 1 year. Their expert came out and said they needed to treat the area again with Termidor, but when I received the quote/ estimate it said they would treat my house with Trelona bait stations. I talked to the owner explaining the area was just treated 3 years ago and Cameron told me that should last for 15 years. But he said since I didn't maintain the warranty there was nothing he could do. The owner seemed very irritated when I asked a few tough questions; i.e. why didn't the treatment work 3 years ago and why do I have 2 different treatment recommendations from Cameron. Now I would have to pay again, for a different treatment, which costs the same as it did 3 years ago. After our conversation the owner sent me an email withdrawing their quote and said they were not interested in treating my house. Their business model seems to be to keep everyone paying the annual warranty or pay again for full treatment in a couple years.

I wanted to get my garage ceiling insulated and the rest of the attic to R38. I requested quotes from other vendors and read reviews on each of the vendors whom quoted. I choose TLS because the tech quoting the job and the customer service person assigned to us, where friendly, knowledgeable, and great with any follow up questions. Scheduling was very easy, 1-2 weeks out, and when they had an earlier opening they called and texted to check if I wanted to stay with the original date or was interested in moving to the earlier date. Install team were great, 2 knowledgeable installers. They took before and after pictures and showed me where there were low points in my current insulation. They spent about almost 2 hours installing blown insulation and cleaning up afterwards. Proving pictures with the invoice and offered multiple paying options: Check, Venmo, and Credit Card. Absolutely no up-charge or fees when used the credit card option. I super pleased to have done my research which allowed me to select this company. What a great experience!

We called out an AC / "Vent Cleaning" service who's tech "cleaned" the vent but spent the majority of the time trying to sell more services. Turns out the light came back on about 6 months later (for a service that should be annual). This time, we called VentSmart. Dryer vents are ALL they do. One price for a vent on the side of the house, another if the dryer vents to the roof. Wayne was super friendly and pleasant. He dispatched Chris in short order. Chris was even friendlier and worked hard to get the job done right. That first "Vent Cleaning" service never checked the roof, just "cleaned" from our air-conditioned laundry room. Chris got up there and removed a HUGE chunk of lint (attached pic), then high-speed brushed from top AND bottom. There was no BS, no trying to sell other services, no surprises with the cost. Just thoroughly cleaned the house vent, the vent in the dryer, and all around the dryer seals. Then cleaned up everything behind him. Professional, super nice, and a very reasonable price. BeeMan Stan came out to my house back in April of this year to remove a hive that was housed underneath the soffit of my two-story home. I had another pest control company try to eliminate the problem earlier in the year but with no success. Stan arrived at the prescribed appointed time, suited up, climbed the ladder and removed the hive in its entirety. I was very impressed and I haven't had any problems since. A yellow jacket nest appeared out of nowhere on the side of our house in the hedge. It terrorized us with very painful stings. We googled for a solution and found Bee Man Stan. Grant showed up as promised the very next day and the terror is no more. Best money we ever spent. Completely eradicated the nest. Wasp (Around 100) were flying in and out of many spots in the eve of my house. He eradicated them as promised for what I consider a very fair price. I would definitely use him again.
