The options vary in intensity and you can try different ones so that was fun checking out the different speeds and spins of the machinery to my body. It took a bit of getting used to but definitely felt in the relaxed zone by the end. The receptionists were great to get you signed in- they have 6 chairs and a group was just leaving as we came in so worked out great for us, but if you want to be safe check online and reserve a spot! I liked seeing the saunas are meant for 1 or 2 people at a time so you'll have that all to yourself as well. The bathroom and showers seemed well appointed and a great rainfall showerhead. The whole space is well planned for relaxation without feeling like a car wash. I think their current offering of membership options still too pricy unless you really will be around 2 times a week (maybe worth it if that's your only you-time!) but their one off prices are still pretty reasonable and I would happily return and bring friends!

Complimentary amenities include hot tea, water, towels, robes, shoes, and sauna hats. You can bring your own food or order through them. The only downside is that you need to order food two days ahead if you would like to order from them, which we didn't realize. But that's not an issue, as there are many places in the area that deliver. If anything, I think the flexibility of food is a plus for picky eaters. Four hours gave us enough time to enjoy the spa and socialize. I will definitely be back.

The spa itself is gorgeous and open- 2 hots tubs at different temperatures with stunning views of the areas and mountains and sunsets. Hanging basket chairs to wade into with toes skimming along the shallow pool. Cozy fireplace lounge area to sit and wait for your service. Multiple saunas to steam in. You can order food and champagne but need to call in ahead for that. Otherwise there's lovely water and snacks to keep you going in the spa itself. Service staff was constantly checking in to clear towels, refresh areas, keep floors clean. Such a lovely time. The ceramic loungers weren't really warm and their snow room was out so hopefully those get fixed before the next time we visit!

Between the infrared sauna's, salt room, Reiki, and massage there is not much more you could want from a spa and it's all in one place. It really deserves more office space but the way things are configured they make it work and make it work well. On top of that they offer hair analysis to test for any chemical imbalances. I was shocked to see how much excess aluminum was in my system. Fortunately with the help of the infrared sauna I have been able to reduce these levels and get towards a more healthier me. The medical massage has been a fabulous experience for me. Having a sedentary job and enjoying physical recreational sports like basketball, the gym, and golf the medical massage has allowed me to reduce the aches and pains as I age. It has helped me delay replacement surgery for arthritis while re-aligning my muscles to their proper positioning. My first massage was ok, solid but nothing that would have pushed me to return. She was kind, listened to my concerns, but I need very specific type of massage and therapy for my needs. She absolutely tried her best, it just wasn't up to par for me. My second massage with cupping was much better, from the owner Sara! Her technique was very good, and what I'm usually looking for. She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara. The space is absolutely beautiful as well, see pictures. I would recommend this business based on my experiences! I have not attended yoga or their sauna yet, so cannot comment on that.
