Highly recommend!! I've used Beeline for my qtr spray for over 2 years now. They guarantee the work, don't try and pressure you (like the other big companies) and they're the best price. Great, honest, local company. First time I called I had black widow spiders and a giant hornets nest outside. Other companies quoted $150-$280 for both spiders and hornets. Beeline said $75 and they guarantee for 3 months!!! SOLD read more

I had swarms of wasps and between my dog and I got stung 4 times. I used Beeline about a month ago and it was raining outside. I thought it wouldn't work with the rain . They promised to return if I was not satisfied with the results. I am happy with the results!!!! Can sit on my porch and patio and rarely see a wasp. Their price was reasonable, their technician was on time. I will definitely use this company again!!!! read more

We've had a great experience with BeeLine. We had a bad wasp problem in our neighborhood this summer, and despite my husband's many efforts to get rid of them, they kept returning and making nests in our backyard. I called BeeLine and they were affordable, not pushy with trying to up-sell you with other services, prompt and effective. After only 2 visits (they return for free anytime within 30 days after your first treatment if you're still having problems), they had our issue under control. When a little over a month had passed, we noticed some wasps again so I gave BeeLine a call and they came out within a couple days, and once again our wasp problem is controlled! read more

I don't recommend Beeline. They came out to my house twice, were pretty cursory in their home walk-through, and both times nice returned within a few months of their visit. read more

Beeline was great, from the first call! They were quick to respond and when we had an issue they came right back out and sprayed again for no extra charge. The Gals on the phone are top of the line in customer service, I felt like I was talking to a friend. You can't beat the price for the level of service. I will NEVER call anyone else! Way to go Beeline, wish more companies were like this. read more

Could never get a straight answer out of Beeline, the girls on the phone ALWAYS had to "look further into the account for you" You can tell they use headphones because they breathe into the phone while chomping on gum, they also are in a call center full of other what I can only assume are young 20 somethings working for minimum wage. They aren't considerate of what the other person hears on the other end. As for the service itself, I had to have them return often and they never helped with pricing even though it might have been their 3rd or 4th time at that unit. As a property manager, I couldn't trust their services, pricing or customer service. Had to switch to a different company. read more

Very quick and helpful. Came back in a snap to honor the warranty after I saw a few more bugs. Enjoyed working with them.

If you have bed bugs this company is total bullshit! They are a complete scam! Their process is scheduling 4 "sprays" 2 weeks apart over 2 months. They give no instructions on preparation of your home and we found alive bugs on our beds immediately following their "kill on contact" spray. Each day after we continued to find alive bugs running around the mattress. The "spray" they use does just about as good as spraying water everywhere. They told me on the phone they do NOT SPECIALIZE IN TREATING BED BUGS. Yet my property management company continues to use them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

Quick, Reliable, Trustworthy. We highly recommend the S. Broadway office of Beeline Pest Control. Hands down, the best! We called a big name company, and they came at 4:30, then refused to help, because the bees were too high. We then called Beeline at 5 p.m. A most professional, prompt and pleasant technician, Jerome, came that night by 5:30, and sprayed immediately. He quoted a fixed fee, and even though there were some complications and he had to come back three more times and work into the evening, he honored his fee quote. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of the problem without trying to sell us on an annual contract like the big name companies tried to push. This is how all businesses should be operated, not just pest control businesses. We endorse Jerome's services and Beeline Pest Control. Without hesitation, we will call them for any type of pests, not just bees! read more

Had a bad experience with Beeline. They were unprepared and inexperienced. Avoid using this company.

I tired for 2 weeks to schedule my quarterly appointment - and someone FINALLY called me back. I stayed home from work during my 2-hour appointment window, and nobody showed up. I called and e-mailed to find out what happened and to see if someone could come later in the day. Nobody bothered to call me back or reply to the e-mails I sent the company. How can a company like this stay in business???? I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't have time for missed appointments with no phone call or follow up. read more

Thank you for screwing my entire day Beeline! You never showed up, nor did you call to explain why you weren't showing up. When I called during YOUR business hours over 15 times, nobody answered the phone! Don't worry though, I enjoy mice pooping all over my house so no rush. I know I'm just a renter, so you'll get your money one way or another and I'm sure thats all that matters to you. I would say that your company has the worst customer service ever. However, your customer service is non-existent, which is much worse. So, how many days do I need to take off while I sit around and wait for you to show up? Apparently appointments are pointless, as you've proven yourself. I'm sure you realize that none of your customers have a life outside of waiting for you to show up and do your job. read more

Matt came out and was very professional and very courteous. Assessed our situation and treated the area efficiently. Definitely assured that the treatment will work but also let me know they would come back out if necessary. Erin who made the appointment for me was very sweet too! read more

This company is awesome, and I mean awesome! We must live on an ant hill. So, I called Beeline and they came out. I could tell after the first application that it was working but we still had ants. They have come out several times, always with a smile and a great attitude. They never charged me another dime. Today, they came out and sprayed my whole yard - we must have a zillion colonies of ants out there and when he saw how many were still out there, he decided to take out the full ammo.... I'll post again to let you know how it worked, but from the results each time, I feel pretty certain that this last application should do the trick. I believe that each time, colonies were getting zapped, but there were just too many. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT EMPLOYEES! GREAT ATTITUDE.... I will always use and refer this company!! read more

Used this service and was nothing but problems. First, they are very difficult to reach and had to call many times to schedule appointments. Second, had my place sprayed for spiders and the impact was minimal. I called several times to have them come back. Gave me a 8-10 window to show up and never showed. Didn't call saying they were running late. Just no showed. read more

At first, I thought I got lucky due to the great price. I was scheduled a slot from Saturday noon to 2pm. We were home the entire time painting and had our phone in the same room. We stayed at home until 4 pm and still had not heard anything from the office or technician. Disappointed, I called and left a message at 2pm. I did receive a call back Monday. The office stated they technician did come to our house and did call. Only thing is..... He didn't! I felt as though they were calling us liars. I would not contact this company again due to service. read more

My man Matt took care of an apocalyptic fly problem. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. From first phone call this business was top notch.

Nate has been spraying at our house for over a year and is always prompt, courteous, good to our dogs, and does a great job. Best part is we haven't seen a bug, beetle, spider, etc. in a long time - thank you! read more

I initially tried a larger company and had a much higher quote, then issues with getting service completed. I called Beeline at the suggestion of my brother- and I am glad that I did. Great job- promise to come back ( at no additional charge) if issue not resolved by end of next week and price was very reasonable. Technician was friendly and efficient. read more

I would highly recommend this company. From the office staff to the field staff, they are all very polite, friendly and professional. They have been very accommodating with my schedule and flexible in consideration of my cat. I really like the quarterly maintenance program. read more

I set an appointment for Monday with a window from 11-1. At 12:45 I asked if they were still coming and found out they did not have me on the calendar. They apologized and reset the appointment for Tuesday from 2-4. The tech arrived at 2 and told me he was spraying only for spiders. I told him that I wanted to spray for spiders, hornets and the overall yard. He told me there was an additional $10.00 for the hornets and another $10.00 for the yard. This was not disclosed to me at any time. The tech did not seem to eager to remedy my situation. They did agree to take $10.00 off which I accepted but it did not fulfill my expectations. Finally the tech's truck left transmission and oil stains on my driveway. I will look at other pest control companies for continued service. read more

This company has got it all. They have fantastic people in the office, amazing people working on the field, and are a great team all together. They helped get rid of mice and spiders. This summer we had spiders really bad, and they kept coming out to make sure that it was taken care of, for FREE. By far the best company I've worked with. read more

Matt from Beeline was friendly and thorough in his work - I'm very impressed by the high quality service that Beeline provides.

I called Beeline for a mouse problem at my office. The rep who came out was perfectly nice, but did not perform any kind of assessment to determine how and where they were getting in, etc. He put two or three bait traps around the office and called it good. Unsurprisingly, we still have mice. read more
