Check-in was easy, the hosts were very friendly. Room had a cute little vintage vibe to it and was clean for the most part, except there was a pizza box with leftovers on top of the fridge. The bed was quite comfortable! We were unsure of what to expect from the kitchenette and had wanted to try making breakfast for ourselves because we were told they no longer served breakfast since 2020. Maybe more photos and a better description of that would be nice to know how to plan for meals. Considering the fact that they don't provide breakfast anymore, I'd say the price was quite steep for what we got. It was a nice little stay but I definitely wouldn't pay that much for it again. read more

Just wanted to share how much we loved our stay! The room was absolutely charming and spotless - seriously, so cute! And the owners? The sweetest people ever! They even have gorgeous horses. We were so impressed to learn that the first house built in Pine is right there too. We visited on a holiday weekend, and the location was perfect. Everything - shopping, restaurants, bars - was all within easy walking distance. You can totally park your car and forget about it the whole time! We had such a blast. read more

Relaxing Staycation at the Beeline Guest House in Pine. Huge suites, very clean, with a private jacuzzi and fireplace. The hosts Cyndi and Vince were friendly and accommodating. It was an easy walk to the town of Pine and we had lots of great meals, drinks, and fun with the locals. A quick hike to the Pine Trail head was exactly what we both needed to get back to nature. We both look forward to staying again when it's hot here in Phoenix. read more

If you are reading this review, please think twice before booking! We booked with the intention of having a great time in Pine, AZ but upon arrival Cyndi told us that no children were allowed on her property and made us leave after a long day of driving with a toddler. At the time of booking, the website did not state that CHIDLREN WERE NOT ALLOWED. She initially apologized for the confusion and told us that she would work on issuing a refund but shortly after she emailed us and told us she would not issue a refund because on 1 of her 3 welcome emails she stated that she did not host children. If this woman had any type of customer service skills, she would have issued a refund due to the INNACURATE information on her website. However, Cyndi took our money and ruined our weekend. read more

Had a last minute need to stop for the night as I was driving through the mountains and realized I had headlight issues. Tried one place and after an exorbitant ask, I found Beeline Guest House almost across the street from where I was parked. They had a room for half what the other guy wanted and the room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Had a restful nights sleep and continued on my way when it was light out the next morning. If I'm back in the area again, I know where I'll be staying. read more

What a gem! The innkeeper, Patrick, made us feel right at home from the start. He gave us a tour upon arrival, and the home is so lovely, I even remarked that the pictures online don't do it justice. Each of the rooms has a theme. We stayed in the Iris room, which was spacious with a seating area and direct access to the back balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains. There is also a staircase off the balcony so you have the option to exit or enter that way if you don't want to walk through the house. The evening of our arrival, Patrick offered to take us to see the Elk who come out to graze just before sundown. A very classy personal touch. Our first morning, we had breakfast with a couple from the Phoenix area who were only staying one night, and it was so nice to sit at the dining table and share our personalized breakfasts, delicious coffee and Patrick's famous breakfast bread! (To die for!!!). The second morning, he made us the blue-berriest of pancakes I've ever tasted! Chock full of delicious blueberries, they even squirted out blueberry juice at my Mom, who was sitting next to me. It was a good laugh for us all. The Beeline Guest House is a perfect place to escape the heat in summer and unwind for a few days. The breeze that comes through when you sleep with the windows open, and the fresh, clean air...a slice of heaven. I only wish we could've stayed a few days more. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay for 3 or 4 nights. read more

My wife and I recently stayed at the Beeline Guest House for two nights, and we'll definitely be back! Patrick is a very attentive innkeeper, and the Guest House was full of tiny details that made us feel right at home. Patrick made sure to show us around, answer any questions we had, and ask us about our food preferences (and adjusted his delicious breakfasts accordingly). He also took us on a sunset tour of Pine, looking for elk and deer. We stayed in the Ponderosa room, which is beautiful with access to a second story balcony and gorgeous views. The Ponderosa room also has an in-room two person hot tub, and a gorgeous walk-in shower with river rock and a double shower head. Pine is a charming, low key, quiet little town, and we felt very welcome everywhere we went. read more

The Beeline Guest House is awesome! My brother & sister-in-law set up our stay through Patrick, and what a wonderful experience. There were enough in our group to use all of the themed rooms. Each of us enjoyed the rooms we were in, which were cozy, clean and comfortable. There was a station for drinks and snacks throughout the day, and I enjoyed sitting in the large front room to read and view the scenery. The rooms upstairs had access to the balcony that overlooks the mountains. Patrick was a great host, and his breakfast was delicious! He served each of us and took great care to meet our needs. I would recommend this retreat to anyone who is looking for a quick getaway! read more

Just spent a relaxing weekend at the Beeline Guest House. Patrick is a wonderful and attentive host. Breakfasts are tasty and filling. (Don't worry if you can't finish all of it, leftovers go to the chickens.) The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. Traveled to Pine for one night from Tucson, AZ. The innkeeper, Patrick was waiting for us when we arrived, and we were allowed to check in early. Patrick gave us a tour of the home, all the details we needed to know for our stay, and asked what time we would like breakfast the next morning. Patrick was very helpful and available if anything was needed during the stay. The room and the Inn was VERY clean, with a nice fresh scent in the air. We stayed in the Ponderosa room, it was very private and well appointed with a large patio balcony with seating. The room could be accessed from the house or the balcony stairs. Breakfast was very nice, with small touches like fresh apples and cider from trees on the grounds and homemade breakfast bread. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a low key, quiet, relaxing place to spend a few nights in the Strawberry/Pine area. read more

Patrick, the owner and innkeeper, is a sincere gentleman who goes above and beyond to make your stay both memorable and welcoming. The large countryside home is well-appointed. My wife booked the Iris room and we found the accommodations to be ideal. We truly felt at home and relaxed. We stayed at an upscale B & B in Cape Cod that was almost triple the price, and honestly, by comparison, the Beeline Guest House really sets the bar for a high quality B & B. The breakfast is a good as it gets. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of places. What really made the experience above everything was Patrick. He's an amazing person! read more

My husband and I celebrated our 27th anniversary at the fabulous Beeline Guest House in Pine, AZ on Oct. 6-8, 2017. It features gorgeous rooms and mountain views, an exceptionally attentive innkeeper, Patrick Moore, and his amazing gourmet breakfasts, including his amazing blueberry stuffed French toast and fresh eggs from Patrick's hens! The inn is located in close proximity to quaint local antique and gift shops, an art gallery and a museum, as well as nice restaurants and a microbrewery, many of which are in walking distance. There are great hiking trails in the area, and arts and craft festivals on several weekends during the summer. Highly recommend! read more

This is a perfect get-away in Pine. We stayed one night in the Ponderosa room, and although I wished it could have been more, we had a wonderful time. I think the proprietors thought of every way to make it a one-of-a-kind experience. A cozy sitting room, amazing bed and amenities, and delicious breakfast made it a definite repeat to-do on our list, which we did recently, to find that the service has only gotten more amazing. Our two night stay at the Beeline Guest House was everything we could have hoped for! The entire property is kept immaculately clean, and is impeccable and uniquely decorated. The bedroom we stayed in was very large, but still cozy, and the bed was one of the most comfortable In have ever slept in! You really get a sense of the pride that Patrick takes in running the place. Speaking of Patrick, he makes a mean breakfast! You will absolutely NOT be disappointed- 5 stars! He will be more than happy to work around any dietary restrictions, and the portions and quality are impressive. If you want to relax and be pampered, the Beeline Guest House is the perfect choice! We stayed 3 nights at the Beeline Guest House and felt so at home and we were able to just totally relax (after long days of riding our ATV's up on the Mogollon Rim). Patrick greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour on the way to our room. We stayed in the Iris room. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the rest of the house. I just spent two nights and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. Patrick was a fantastic host, an amazing cook and totally devoted to the comfort of his guests. I loved the shared dining room and the chickens that joined me for coffee each morning on the back patio. My room (downstairs) was large, super clean, very tasteful and well-appointed. Patrick asked me what time I'd like breakfast and about any food allergies, which was most appreciated. The Beeline Guest House is a real find! We stayed there last night for our anniversary in the Ponderosa room, which we chose because of the in room Jacuzzi. The room was extremely comfortable, with high quality linens on the bed and multiple nice touches. Patrick is the innkeeper and greeted us when we arrived, showing us all the common areas of the house, taking us to our room, and showing us everything. The electric heater with a fake fireplace was very nice and warmed the room quickly and completely. We have decided to buy one for our bedroom at home now! Patrick checked on our food preferences for breakfast and asked us what time we would like to eat. It was a cold and rainy night, but the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, homemade bread and a tasty frittata. Service was excellent. We love finding places like this to stay and Patrick made us feel very welcome! We will go back again when the weather is warmer. read more
