Refused to refund any portion of the payment when unforeseen circumstances prevented me from traveling, despite offering to cover a significant amount of the cost myself. Was told that they would then Resell the space to someone else since I did not show up, despite keeping 100% of my funds paid for a month long stay. Hard to get the office staff on the phone when I tried to call to cancel on a Saturday. Very disappointing, especially given positive experiences I had with this park under past ownership.

We had a family emergency and had to leave after two nights-fully expecting to pay for the 8 days we had booked. Lovely hosts refunded our money assuring us they could rent it out easily. Can't wait to try this one again for a longer stay!
