I was inspired to go because she assisted in the pregnancy of my daughter and I now have a beautiful granddaughter, so I already knew Dr Rozenn was a healer. Short story is this: the dermatitis is gone and much of the joint pain I suffered has abated. After many years, my husband and I decided to try again. This time, we went through his insurance. We had such a horrible experience with the other clinic, we moved our leftover embryos back with Dr. Aimee. She gladly accepted to help us with our second. I cannot praise Dr. Aimee enough! She is a literal angel on earth. The reason we went to Dr. Aimee for our first son was because we didn't want to be treated like another number on a conveyor belt and she did not disappoint. Dr. Aimee goes above and beyond what anyone could ever expect as a patient. She has amazing bedside manners, she's hilarious and she answers any and all questions very thoroughly - I always wonder how she sleeps. If results didn't go our way, she showed us so much compassion. We never felt like another number/statistic and that's more than you can ever ask for while going through the stress of IVF. She might not take insurance, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've been with her for 2 retrievals, 6 years apart resulting in my 2 beautiful babies. We cannot thank Dr. Aimee enough! I've seen her practice expand and it's exciting to see how many more people she's able to help. Her team is AMAZING, warm and comforting. They communicate and troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively. I never had any surprises with procedures or billing. We would recommend her a million times over because she is such a gem in Healthcare and an amazing human being. Thank you Dr. Aimee for helping us expand our family two times!! Saying we are greatful for Dr. Aimee is an understatement. We get to cherish our beautiful babies because of you. We love you!

I have been seeing Dr. Aimee for about a year now and figured it was time for a review. Although we have not been successful yet, I have been to several other clinics prior to Dr. Aimee and truly feel that she has been the best by far and wanted to lay out a few reasons: (1) Dr. Aimee personally saw me for every single appointment so she was the one doing my ultrasound and bloodwork. She also always took extra time to have us speak to her in her office after every appointment to go over next steps. That is a level of care I haven't seen at other clinics, where it is sometimes rare to see your doctor more than a few times the entire cycle. (2) I have been going through IVF for 4 years, which means I have had many many ultrasounds done throughout that time. I had been diagnosed with DOR and "unexplained" infertility. Since Dr. Aimee personally attended to me at every appointment, she got to know my symptoms and body very well. She knew what was normal for me and what was not normal. After only 5 months with Dr. Aimee, she discovered silent endometriosis off a random comment I made about a sore back, despite no signs of endometriosis. She was then able to guide me towards a specialist, where I had laparoscopic surgery to discover Stage II endometriosis. I likely would've continued believing "unexplained" infertility was my diagnosis if she hadn't put in the effort to dig deeper. This is a huge benefit when you are actually seeing your provider every appointment. (3) Communication with Dr. Aimee is readily available and easy. This has been really helpful for me in those random moments where something stressful comes up or if something happens over the weekend, she is always responsive. I really appreciate the communication aspect because infertility is a huge and stressful battle and she truly makes sure that your doctor is not an additional source of stress. This is unlike other clinics I have been to, where communication and getting in touch with your doctor can be really difficult. She truly cares about each and every patient and wants you to succeed. (4) Dr. Aimee is a great doctor for people that feel like they've "tried everything else." She is willing to think outside the box to come up with different solutions to your problems. Additionally, she is constantly doing research and trying to find new ideas on how to find new avenues to success. There are so many other great things I want to say about Dr. Aimee, but it would make this review even longer! She is truly an incredible woman and doctor and I feel very grateful to have her as my doctor.

She argued with me about my own medical conditions in regards to the anesthesia I'd need for egg retrieval. It's not her area of expertise and the correct answer should have been, "given the complications you've had, let's set up a meeting with our anesthesiologist to see if they are comfortable doing your procedure here." Or even "we've had patients with your set of issues before." 3. She shamed me for not starting IVF sooner. Even though I've been following the medical advice of another fertility doctor. There were a couple other things, but these were the most egregious. Her overall attitude and demeanor were extremely blunt for someone that is helping people through an emotionally challenging period. She didn't seem equipped to handle my case and given what she said to me, I didn't want to try. Highly disappointed given the personal recommendation we had going in.

I live nearly an hour away and made the drive to Dr. Dana a couple of months ago. I cannot say enough good things about her and all the staff. Most doctors make me feel difficult or too much. I have ADHD to top it off so having a conversation with me is hard already because I'm all over the place. Dr. Dana is the warmest, kindest professional I've ever seen. She was positive, empathetic, took the time to listen to me and really explain things in a way I understood. They worked with me and let me do an ultrasound that same visit so it would be less time missed from work and she's very flexible meeting with me virtually in between. I had so many answers from that first visit. She uncovered items other doctors had missed from my blood work. She ran labs that should have been ran before. She made many suggestions that I said no to, and she was so kind about that and didn't try to push me. I eventually listened and she ordered my husbands sperm analysis as well as I've since done an HSG to make sure my tubes are open. I didn't get the peace of mind I wanted, turns out I don't have time to wait and we have some severe male factor to work with, but I wouldn't have wanted to find this information from anyone else. She's also treating my thyroid with medication and gave supplement suggestions based on my labs. My journey to parenthood is not looking like I thought it would but I'm so thankful to be working with her and her staff during this. I just had to share in case anyone else is on the fence about where to go. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you for making me feel like a person and not a number. If it wasn't for the decision to go to Nurture, I pry would have missed out on my ability to be a biological mom which I'm hopeful will be soon.

We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF's holistic approach played a huge role in that success. I met with MULTIPLE REs and basically interviewed them to see why I should continue with fertility and why I should pick them. I was clear from the start that I wasn't sure if I wanted to harvest eggs and create embryos. I never had the NEED that some women have when it comes to being a mom and I didn't want to go through this process if my chances for success aren't likely. I said I would like my doctor to be very up front and tell me if it looks like it will happen or not. Dr Fischer met with us multiple times before hand and was very informative, he gave me options that others didn't but most importantly he listened to my concerns and was honest in his opinions. Although my surgeon was able to get all the cancer out we were still going to proceed with the protocol for cancer patients. Since I was still apprehensive about having kids at all, on the morning I was supposed to start injections I made my final decision to not pursue IVF. The process isn't easy and since I'm still recovering from surgery I didn't see the value in doing this for the potential for 0-1 embryo. It isn't important enough for me to do IVF and try for nothing. If I would end up with 2 or 3 embryos I would have done it but not for less. Again he was very supportive and said if I wanted to try later I can since I won't be doing chemo and in a year my fertility won't drastically change. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this team and if I decided to try I would use them.

We've spoken with multiple people who have used their services, and the feedback is truly mixed--some had good experiences, others barely satisfactory and some were REALLY BAD. Unfortunately, ours fell on the negative end. If you are a heterosexual couple, you may have a smoother experience. However, as a same-sex couple, we did not feel welcomed or supported. We've since connected with five other LGBTQ couples who shared very similar concerns, which says a lot about a pattern rather than a one-off experience. Our doctor, Dr. Nam Tran, came across as arrogant and condescending which has the same tones in some of the other reviews on this platform. At multiple points, we felt like we were wasting his time rather than being valued patients during what is already a very emotional and vulnerable process. He was late and then proceeded to say he has another appointment and we didn't get the full time. We constantly had to call the clinic because they don't call back after leaving a message from the previous week. We always were on time for our appointments and were always delayed to be taken in. While the clinic may now have an LGBTQ staff member, that alone does not make the environment inclusive or affirming. Our experience did not reflect meaningful change or genuine understanding. We ultimately decided to leave and seek care elsewhere, which was the best decision for us. For anyone considering this clinic, we strongly recommend doing thorough research. There are lawsuits filed in 2025 in California alleging negligence and embryo loss, with concerns raised about prioritizing profit over patient care. These are serious issues and worth looking into before making such an important decision. We would not recommend this clinic to LGBTQ couples seeking compassionate, respectful fertility care.
