Let me tell you that Dr. Rozenn is extraordinary in her abilities and her commitment to your health and restoring your full body to optimal function! I went to her for some chronic pain issues and some nagging dermatitis. Itchy, annoying patches that showed up off and on. I was inspired to go because she assisted in the pregnancy of my daughter and I now have a beautiful granddaughter, so I already knew Dr Rozenn was a healer. Short story is this: the dermatitis is gone and much of the joint pain I suffered has abated. Additionally I have a integrated feeling in my body which is hard to describe in western terms but makes my daily exercise; hiking, aerobics and weights a breeze and I am long past 50! Plus she is caring and wise. If you aren't sure, just try it once! You will be so glad you did!

At the same time, I was exploring my overall wellness through Santa Cruz Functional Medicine and Trilogy Medical Homeopathy. I was learning a lot about the subtleties of staying healthy. Seeing Dr Rozenn has been a game changer in treating my arrhythmia, as well as related symptoms not addressed by traditional medicine. Sleeplessness, frequent night and day urination, night sweats and a general lack of vitality in my day-to-day life all had a large effect on my physical and mental health. Something that we struggled with for a while due to age was infertility. We had actually seen several fertility specialists during this long journey, and have gone through 3 rounds of IVF (2 mini's and 1 conventional) as well as an IUI. Although they were all unfortunately unsuccessful, we discovered that not all fertility clinics and doctors are created equal. While we found that many doctors take a very traditional, rigid and cookie cutter approach to treatment. Focusing more on luck through repeated attempts, Dr. Aimee was much more focused and tailored in her regiment. We always felt informed during this process, and confident in Dr. Aimee's recommendations. And unlike other clinics, we were always able to get ahold of Dr. Aimee directly. Instead of communicating with a nurse who would then pass the message along to the doctor if they felt it needed escalation. Along these lines, we were always shocked at how quickly we were usually able to get a response from Dr. Aimee. Sometimes even late at night. We often joked that Dr. Aimee probably doesn't sleep. Our only complaints about going with Dr. Aimee revolved around a few issues: 1) The initial application process to get a consultation with Dr. Aimee was lengthy, difficult, and required a lot of chasing from my wife due to poor follow-up and communication from the office. The individual handling review and processing of new patient applications would often go awol for days on end after sending out limited communication. 2) Billing was oftentimes not very clear and created a need for us to meticulously examine our bills line by line to ensure accuracy. 3) Dr. Aimee does not accept any insurance so 100% of the costs will be out of pocket. In addition, her rates are substantially higher than other clinics. Although we were ultimately unsuccessful with IVF, we were eventually blessed with a miracle baby through natural birth. Despite this, we would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Aimee to anyone looking for fertility care.

I'm 34 and I wanted to put trying on hold for a year to get out of debt and get our finances in order. I wanted to get some further testing done to make sure I had the time to do that. I wanted someone with the knowledge and experience the primary care doctors couldn't help me with and I didn't want to go to a traditional fertility place because I didn't want to feel forced into IVF/ viewed as a dollar. I live nearly an hour away and made the drive to Dr. Dana a couple of months ago. I cannot say enough good things about her and all the staff. Most doctors make me feel difficult or too much. I have ADHD to top it off so having a conversation with me is hard already because I'm all over the place. Dr. Dana is the warmest, kindest professional I've ever seen. She was positive, empathetic, took the time to listen to me and really explain things in a way I understood. They worked with me and let me do an ultrasound that same visit so it would be less time missed from work and she's very flexible meeting with me virtually in between. I had so many answers from that first visit. She uncovered items other doctors had missed from my blood work. She ran labs that should have been ran before. She made many suggestions that I said no to, and she was so kind about that and didn't try to push me. I eventually listened and she ordered my husbands sperm analysis as well as I've since done an HSG to make sure my tubes are open. I didn't get the peace of mind I wanted, turns out I don't have time to wait and we have some severe male factor to work with, but I wouldn't have wanted to find this information from anyone else. She's also treating my thyroid with medication and gave supplement suggestions based on my labs. My journey to parenthood is not looking like I thought it would but I'm so thankful to be working with her and her staff during this. I just had to share in case anyone else is on the fence about where to go. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you for making me feel like a person and not a number. If it wasn't for the decision to go to Nurture, I pry would have missed out on my ability to be a biological mom which I'm hopeful will be soon.

From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family--supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing--kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF's holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people--not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

Dr Polansky and Megan guided us throughout the process and we had more than one cycles of IVF (retrieval, fertilization and transfers). Although we had our heartbreaks, we finally got our baby. The whole process at Bay IVF was very smooth, easy going and felt family like as opposed to a clinic. We enjoyed that. Along the way, we decided to not go for PGT testing. A lot of our myths were busted. Our highest graded embryos did not result in pregnancy while our lowest graded embryo gave us a beautiful healthy baby. Shout out to the staff for being kind and helpful every single time. Thank you to their embryologist also. IVF in general is stressful, expensive and physically taxing for women. At Bay IVF we felt we were being well taken care of. Special thanks to Megan. The email & phone communication with her was so thorough that we rarely had any doubts, and when we did, she was always reachable and super helpful. My wife and I could not be happier. Our dream of becoming parents got fulfilled here, we are eternally thankful to Bay IVF for that. The only suggestion I'd like to give Bay IVF would be to have a dedicated room for semen collection. To anyone reading this and are deciding on a clinic, my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Bay IVF.

I met with MULTIPLE REs and basically interviewed them to see why I should continue with fertility and why I should pick them. I was clear from the start that I wasn't sure if I wanted to harvest eggs and create embryos. I never had the NEED that some women have when it comes to being a mom and I didn't want to go through this process if my chances for success aren't likely. I said I would like my doctor to be very up front and tell me if it looks like it will happen or not. Dr Fischer met with us multiple times before hand and was very informative, he gave me options that others didn't but most importantly he listened to my concerns and was honest in his opinions. Although my surgeon was able to get all the cancer out we were still going to proceed with the protocol for cancer patients. Since I was still apprehensive about having kids at all, on the morning I was supposed to start injections I made my final decision to not pursue IVF. The process isn't easy and since I'm still recovering from surgery I didn't see the value in doing this for the potential for 0-1 embryo. It isn't important enough for me to do IVF and try for nothing. If I would end up with 2 or 3 embryos I would have done it but not for less. Again he was very supportive and said if I wanted to try later I can since I won't be doing chemo and in a year my fertility won't drastically change. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this team and if I decided to try I would use them.

We've spoken with multiple people who have used their services, and the feedback is truly mixed--some had good experiences, others barely satisfactory and some were REALLY BAD. Unfortunately, ours fell on the negative end. If you are a heterosexual couple, you may have a smoother experience. However, as a same-sex couple, we did not feel welcomed or supported. We've since connected with five other LGBTQ couples who shared very similar concerns, which says a lot about a pattern rather than a one-off experience. Our doctor, Dr. Nam Tran, came across as arrogant and condescending which has the same tones in some of the other reviews on this platform. At multiple points, we felt like we were wasting his time rather than being valued patients during what is already a very emotional and vulnerable process. He was late and then proceeded to say he has another appointment and we didn't get the full time. We constantly had to call the clinic because they don't call back after leaving a message from the previous week. We always were on time for our appointments and were always delayed to be taken in. While the clinic may now have an LGBTQ staff member, that alone does not make the environment inclusive or affirming. Our experience did not reflect meaningful change or genuine understanding. We ultimately decided to leave and seek care elsewhere, which was the best decision for us. For anyone considering this clinic, we strongly recommend doing thorough research. There are lawsuits filed in 2025 in California alleging negligence and embryo loss, with concerns raised about prioritizing profit over patient care. These are serious issues and worth looking into before making such an important decision. We would not recommend this clinic to LGBTQ couples seeking compassionate, respectful fertility care. The issues I had with RMA - Much worse results - I had significantly worse results with them both in top of funnel eggs as well as embryos (ended with 0 viable embyros with them) - with Spring, both cycles resulted in viable embryos (8 over 2 cycles). - No personalized care. I did not meet my assigned doctor once. Every visit was with a different person who did not know me. It felt very transactional. - They did not prep my cycle at all. They just told me to start taking the meds based on when I told them my period was. With Spring, they measured a lot about me and then gave me prescription in advance of the main meds. It felt much more organized. The result was that my follicles developed at a similar rate, resulting in more eggs. With RMA, my follicles developed at different rates, so I had fewer mature ones at the same time. - A smaller thing, but I think symbolic of the broader disorganization, when I went in to get blood tests, they forgot to do one, and called me to come back later that day. It felt very disorganized. - They continued to charge me for over a year later for storage of my embryos that they told me were not viable. They also stored my partner's sperm, which we did not want. They made it so hard to cancel the payments for this. I'm still getting notices from them a year later, after the terrible exerience, for billing for storing my partner's sperm, which we never wanted them to store. I tried very hard to get this overall payment canceled for storage which we never wanted, but I ended up just paying because I could not figure out their convoluted process to get out of the billing and get a full refund and just wanted to be done with them. After that, I just got a notice for renewal for next year! I can't believe. They are so disorganized. It's like kicking me wile I'm down to have a terrible outcomes with them and then continue to charge me a recurring payment hat I've tried so hard to get out out. This is what finally prompted me to post a review. Advice to management - if you really are about patient experience. Have more personal attention. Have your patients see the same doctor each time, like Spring does. Take more care on how you prep patients to have their follicles mature at the same rate, like Spring does. Make your billing reasonable and empathetic - don't charge people to storage embryos after you told them they are not viable, make it easy to get out of your recurring fees if people don't want your services.
