I came to Dr. Mann to see if she could help me with acne. Ive had acne for what felt like all my life, and by the time I was 29 i had tried countless ways, including seeing at least 6 different dermatologists and two rounds of accutane. Dr. Mann is so different than any other healthcare provider I've seen. For the first time, i am being helped to find the CAUSE of my issues. Doing her program, I was able to figure out how to clear my skin from the INSIDE. And through testing, we discovered that I had SIBO. We are working to clear it and I have already seen the results improve dramatically! My body feels the best it ever has and I feel like it's telling me "thank you" in so many different ways. I feel self-motivated, my skin is clearer, my mood is better, i feel lighter, I just feel so great! It's hard to even explain but you have to experience it to fully understand. Thank you Dr. Mann for this great gift of health read more

Working with Dr. Jenny was a real blessing. I wanted to get on top of my health and get a real sense of what was happening in my body. Dr. Jenny was skillful in ordering the right tests and giving guidance on specific supplements. I actually found out that I had mildly elevated TSH levels which correlated with very minor fatigue and some joint pain. The symptoms were so subtle, it wasn't a large warning sign. Only the tests pointed it out. With the right supplements, we were able to get my TSH from 3.13 to 1.53 in only a few months. As a generally healthy person, I really find the value in working with Dr. Jenny to get specific supplement recommendations. I could walk into Rainbow Grocery and blindly choose several helpful things. But through my work with Dr. Jenny, we were able to get specific on what my body needed. This I think is well worth the investment of working with a naturopath like Dr. Jenny Mann. On top of her incredible knowledge, has a wonderful bedside manner and is kind, gentle, and humble in her approach. She is able to have the hardest conversations with a level of gentle ease that is admirable. I am so grateful to Dr. Jenny and will continue to refer many loved ones her way. read more

Jenny is such a wonderful, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable healer! She helped me through some of the worst months of my life. I have congenital hypothyroidism and came to her with multiple nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances that were completely overlooked by multiple doctors. In fact, the best doctor I've ever had was the one who admitted to me that she wouldn't be able to give me the level of care I needed - and referred me to Dr. Mann. Naturopathic Medicine is expensive and I hope that someday (hopefully in the next 10 years) this type of care is at least partially covered by insurance. Until then, consider working with Jenny as the best investment in your health that you'll ever make. read more

Jenny is the best! She is the most holistic doctor I have ever had. I met her at One Medical when she first started her practice and followed her when she left. She focuses on me, my well being instead of the numbers on the scale. She's always asking about digestion and gut health and targeting issues with natural remedies instead of over the counter prescriptions. Now we are discussing peri-menopause and the best ways to help me calm some hormonal issues. I hope all the doctors were more like Jenny!!! read more

With Nova Health and Dr. Jenny Mann, I'm finally finding the underlying causes of my chronic health issues -- and finding a way forward to health. For years I've struggled with joint and back pain, fatigue and collapse, and gut problems. The regular medical establishment didn't know what to do with this. Trying alternative approaches in a piecemeal way wasn't enough. The same problems kept occurring. But with Dr. Mann's naturopathic and systematic approach, we tested and we discussed and we found the underlying causes. At last I know why--and what to do. by addressing adrenals and hormones, I'm getting my energy back. With more nuanced and specific approaches to food and digestion, we are clearing out SIBO and reviving my gut, which is also relieving the joint pain. Equally important, this health journey is a good process, including group calls and workshops. It's a very worthwhile investment. I encourage you to check it out and see if you would benefit. Dr. Mann is such an incredible practitioner. For so long I felt like I wasn't being seen or heard by conventional medical doctors, and I was so relieved the minute I walked into Dr. Mann's office because it was so obvious that she cares so much about her patients. I was expecting to do the typical medical work with her and hopefully get a diagnosis, but I got so much more. She helped me really make the necessary adjustments to my life with my autoimmune diseases, and I am so grateful for that. read more

Very knowledgeable and careful doctor. Really trying to dig in to understand the patients condition and root cause and go from there.

After years of struggling with chronic allergies/inflammation issues, I gave up on the idea that conventional doctors would help me and I started seeing Dr. Jenny Mann. I'm SO glad I did - I finally received proper diagnoses and treatment options that have helped me get my issues under control and dramatically improved my quality of life. In stark contrast to the rushed, condescending and dehumanized way I felt leaving other doctor's offices, Dr. Jenny takes a holistic and collaborative approach that is refreshing and productive. I feel very comfortable talking to her about any/every issue I'm having, physical and emotional. Thank you, Dr. Jenny! read more

Dr. Mann & everyone at Nova Wellness have been so integral to me gaining control back over my health. I was desperate, and as my health dwindled to depths I did not think was possible I began to feel hopeless. Dr. Mann has patched me up, and I am finally feeling like me again. She has worked wonderfully in conjunction with my MD's, which also have been an important piece of getting my health back on track. Overall, I have found her approach to wellness and treating my chronic illness to be balanced, evidence based, and approachable. I love the education piece as well, and I feel that I have autonomy over my own healthcare both now and in the future. I am so thankful that I found Nova Wellness! read more

I've been a patent of Dr Jenny Mann for many years. Always come back to her when in search for solving a health issue and addressing root causes. In my experience, she is able to see the big picture, connect the dots, order the labs and tests that many other doctors don't do. That way she uncovers the real issues and gets me out of the awful cycle of visiting doctor after doctor, for months who tend to have isolated approaches of tackling the symptoms. The sessions are with sufficient time to discuss and make a solid assessment. I would love to see this covered by health insurance so more people could have the opportunity to enjoy a healthy life. read more

Dr. Jenny Mann is amazing!!!!! I was struggling with a real lack of energy (which was very difficult for me as a busy, active person) and I sought Dr. Mann's expert opinion after consulting many other doctors. Dr. Mann offered solutions that were not invasive (diet, herbs, etc) and that made an enormous difference on my life. Finally, I felt like myself again! And I recently sent another friend to Dr. Mann to deal with his digestive issues and he raved about his treatment as well. He said that Dr. Mann really brought his life back with the natural treatments she proscribed. Dr. Mann has a wonderful personality as well. She is warm and patient and makes you feel super comfortable discussing health issues you may want to ignore otherwise. Do not doubt. Head to Dr. Mann. read more

Dr. Mann helped me when no other conventional doctor could. I was experiencing mystery symptoms from various parts of my body. I was seeing my primary care doctor almost every other week, getting tons of testing, and seeing specialist after specialist. I felt I was fading away in a short amount of time and I didn't know what was happening to my body and how to get stabilized. I found Dr. Mann through a referral from a friend. Dr. Mann ran a series of tests and listened to my experiences on what I was going on - past and present. She also believed my symptoms and listened to what I thought was going on. For the first time, I felt like a doctor was going to help me figure out the root of these symptoms and get me better. When I had doubts, she reminded me that I wasn't this way before and my body could heal itself. After testing, we figured out some new information, and treatments were put together. Since a healing timeline is unknown for each body, treatments were tailored to how my body was responding (even if sometimes I wanted to get everything treated at once!). Along with appointments, you will have access to support groups, educational sessions, and online, self-paced classes focusing on different topics. Her approach is to support your healing and equip you with lifelong knowledge for optimal health. I have completely changed my lifestyle which includes the types of foods I eat, eliminating household toxins, meditating, etc. I've learned of new therapies and how true healing works. I feel I'm not only on my way to healing completely from this episode but even feel better when I was "healthy." One note on price, you do have to sign up for a certain length of months and it's a substantial amount of money. Initially, the price was way more than I wanted to pay for treatments but I've learned an incredible amount and I felt I was able to answer any questions and have a lot of access to Dr. Mann with any treatment protocol. And, I'm truly getting better. My wish is that functional medicine and doctors become more mainstream and everyone will be able to afford their expertise and care. read more

I contacted Dr Jenny Mann to see if she could help me with my GI issues that recently got really bad. I've had terrible luck with local doctors over the last 10 years. I found Dr Mann via a recommendation from a friend and she immediately provided me answers and compassion that no other doctor has been able to offer me in the last 10 years while fighting this issue. She is kind, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly of all has first hand experience with GI issues that gives her a huge leg up in the experience department. She already has me on a path to recovery that was desperately needed for so long. The education she provides is also strsightforward, progressive and realistic. Don't have any hesitation in contacting her - she will 100% give you whatever medical help and guidance that you need and set you on the right path. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mann. She is one of the most caring, insightful, intelligent and knowledgeable doctors I've ever seen. Jenny Mann is an exceptional Doctor and is very thoughtful and compassionate. I was suffering from many "obscure" problems like fatigue, daily headaches, aches and pains, stomach aches, weird rashes....the list could go on. I spend years going to doctor after Doctor and multiple neurologists knowing that something was very off and I didn't feel like my normal self. The doctors that I saw couldn't find anything concrete (with what they considered extensive testing) and would say things like "everybody feels tired," or "I think this could be hormonal take these prescriptions" without even bothering to test my hormones. By the time I found Jenny I was pretty defeated but she was able to find things that no other Doctor had even considered. Jenny never brushed off any of the symptoms I was feeling like other doctors had and always had ideas about what we could work next to continue improving my health and energy. We worked on many layers of issues including borderline Hypothyroid, digestion, adrenals, nutrient levels etc, and I had to do a lot of the hard work myself, like diet and lifestyle changes but slowly I started to feel better. It's been about three years since I first saw her and my energy level continues to improve everyday. I am so grateful that I found her! read more

Dr. Mann took the time to address all aspects of my health, listen to my whole story, and take into consideration everything I have already tried. I look forward to continuing my journey to optimal health with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who has been struggling with their health or just needs some good advice on how to optimize their current health. read more
