After the big turn to 5-0, I worked with Dr Wang to have a "reset". Mostly, I noticed that my body was not healing as quickly. Injuries just lingered, notably my left adductor muscle. Considering I hike 3x a week, I HATED the 2+ month downtime. I was put on BPC-157 and TB-500 (aka Wolverine Stack) and Semorelin. I am sensitive and do well with treatments. It gave me so much energy. It sounds too good to be true, but my injury improved with just 3 treatments. I was off trail running again! I noticed a youthful vitality & glow the next morning, something serums and creams only dream of achieving. Taking them in the evening is not an option, but mornings work well for me. We cannot stop the aging process, but with Dr Wang's treatments, I can stay youthful and live an active life. THANKS AGAIN!!! read more

I was really having trouble concentrating and often would find myself forgetting tasks, feeling overwhelmed, or experiencing a general sense of brain fog. After a quick and thoughtful check in with Dr. Wang he prescribed a supplement. "Brain Candy" helped me immensely with my ADHD. I feel focused with clean energy every morning. I truly can't make it without them. Even better, it's not a drug. So I'm not at risk of habit forming / addiction - he's a natural doctor so I feel safe and healthy. So thankful for his work. I highly recommend making him your doctor. read more

I reached out to Dr. Wang after noticing some health shifts post-pandemic, now that I'm in my 40s, etc. I was looking for a more holistic approach than what I get from my standard care practitioner. It's been a great experience; I have no regrets whatsoever. He checked my markers and gave me practical advice--supplements, cutting back on alcohol, and a few lifestyle tweaks. The holistic approach makes sense, and I appreciate how he focuses on the bigger picture. I'm feeling great today, balanced and steady, more than I expected. He knows what he's doing. Highly recommended! read more

When I discovered Dr. Wang I couldn't wait to get started! I was in my early 40's and was feeling generally worn down both mentally and physically. I was sure once I started using his services I'd bounce back and feel great! Before starting any of his programs he had me do a comprehensive blood panel to see where my bio-markers were at. When we had our first consultation to review my labs I got a cold dose of reality. I thought I was going to immediately be able to ramp up my training and power through everything, both mentally and physically that had me feeling so 'bleh' (for lack of a better word). He explained to me that I was feeling so miserable because I was severely overtrained and not allowing my body the sleep, rest, and recovery it needed. This was not what I wanted to hear. He had me take an extended break from doing anything that would get my heart rate over a certain limit. I was so frustrated at the time, but looking back now, I can see that he literally saved me from myself. After taking a dramatic step back for a month or so, we began to slowly ramp back up. Once my next set of labs showed improvement, and my body had a chance to recuperate, we began to optimize my health in a way that has allowed me to train harder than I was 20 years ago, all while feeling miles better than when I scheduled my first consultation, both mentally and physically. In my experience Dr. Wang will work with you to achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals, but not at the expense of your overall health. He cares in a way that I haven't experienced from my primary care physician (or any physician for that matter) which is unique and very much appreciated. On top of all this, his communication is second to none. If I send him a message, it is rare if he doesn't respond within the hour, THAT SAME DAY. Now how many doctors do you know who you can say that about? My only regret is that I didn't reach out to him sooner. read more

I'm so happy that I found a doctor who listens to me and helps make the right decisions for my health.

Is a "glow-up" just for body transformations?... Well it doesn't matter because if you are lucky enough to call Dr. Wang your doctor then you can expect to create your own definition of a glow-up and co-create a total wellness plan to reach your goals. Dr. Wang was the first doctor to ask me what my wellness goals were? What do I like or dislike about my physical and mental health? How is my work-life interacting with my home-life? He backs all of these conversations up with the most up-to-date research and an approach to health of reaching an "optimal" state... not just treating symptoms! As a patient I understand my overall health now, I have more information than with other providers, and I feel extremely comfortable talking about sexual health which I have never felt comfortable discussing with other doctors. I have already seen phase 1 of my glow-up with Dr. Wang and am excited to see the next! read more

So now that I'm in my thirties, I decided to give myself the gift of health by starting a video chat consultation with Dr. Wang. It's only been two weeks of using the supplements he prescribed me and I can feel a noticeable difference! I'm way less tired and grouchy now. The initial chat was discussing what are my goals and concerns (stress, low energy, low stamina, etc) that I want to work on, and then Dr. Wang referred me to get blood tests. Turned out I'm severely low in certain things and way too high for others! I had no idea--I thought I lived really healthy with exercise and diet already! And based on those test results, Dr. Wang walked me through his recommendations and explained complicated scientific terms like hyperprolactinemia very clearly to me. He always makes me feel really very comfortable talking to him, so I'm not afraid to ask him "dumb questions" or tell him "TMI" things. He's never judgmental and is passionate about helping people. I'm so glad I started doing this, and very excited to continue with the program! read more

It is hard getting old and as a man in his mid 40's with a high intense stressful career, lost of business travel and post the pandemic madness I became selfless on my own health, self esteem and let my career stress and depression take over. I felt like I had no more motivation and fixing myself was the last thing I wanted to do. But I knew I needed change and I was not in the right mindset to do anything about it except to go further down a very dark place. Until I was introduced to Dr Wang programs and he convinced me that self love, self worth and my health was to be important, a priority or none of this would matter anymore...meaning it was only going to get worse. It all started with just a consultation of how to change my mindset and to start meditating to reflex on myself. I take a shower everyday and he taught me to use something I do everyday to use that time to also include meditation to clear my mind. From there I knew I needed to change my life and I discuss other opportunities he offered and joined several of his programs. I am on the weight lost program and exercise planning. Since going through the program which I started in early March of this year 2023, and with the dedication from both myself and Dr Wang I am so proud to have lost almost 40 lbs. I have more energy, I sleep better, have way less depression and so much more motivation. I also done his anti-aging treatments which included the better hair treatment as I was losing hair and was thinning due to stress as well as wrinkle treatment and my skin great and I get compliments from work colleagues as well as family and friends that I am glowing and look great. I highly recommend reaching out to Dr Wang and discussing all his programs that would start your own self care and self love journey. Dr Wang is amazing and make you feel like you are his only patient. read more

Wow, I can't believe it has been 3 years since my original review. I have never once doubted the direction that Dr. Wang and I were heading together. I started a personalized program with Dr. Wang in 2019 and was around 240-250lbs and extremely unhealthy. I was on blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication and was about to start on some pre-diabetic medication. We had a very frank and open consultation where he listened to my goals and then educated me on what I need to do and which plan he would recommend that I follow. THE BEST LIFE DECISION I EVER MADE WAS TO CONSULT WITH DR. WANG. My proof is in my before and after photos below. Do Not Wait Any Longer....YOU DESERVE THE BEST "YOU" AND DR. WANG WILL HELP YOU GET THERE!! read more

Dr. Wang seriously saved my life! Flashback to August 2019, I found myself in the ER for numbness in my left arm, pounding headache and absolutely zero energy. I had CT scan, MRI and EKG done and ruled out stroke. None of the MDs from the hospital could figure out the root cause. Dr. Wang was the only one to figure out what was truly happening to me. He did a complete blood panel test and found out that, I was deathly anemic, hypothyroid and not to mention crazy hormones all over the place (hello aging!). He prescribed me with multiple supplements to get me back into homeostasis. As for the numbness in the left arm, turns out I had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder which none of the MDs from the hospital picked up on, not even my regular doctor. I immediately felt instant relief after just 2 weeks of taking the supplements. My energy was back, my headache was gone and my mood improved by leaps and bounds. My skin also feels amazing! I've had bouts of extremely dry/flakiness of my skin after giving birth and I'm happy to say that I no longer have that issue as well. Dr. Wang has been a godsend to me. After giving birth to my now 3yo, I just chucked up my tiredness and weight gain to being an aging mom and that I'll just be tired for the rest of my life. Now, I can proudly say that I feel like an even better version of me mentally, emotionally and physically. I am back working out at the gym doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), just signed up for a half marathon on April 5th after having been sedentary for over 4 years and I have a lot more energy and patience for my toddler. Dr. Wang is incredibly knowledgeable with women health issues. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and trust his holistic approach completely. Thank you so much Dr. Wang for helping me get my life back on track. I don't know what I would have done without you! read more

Dr. Wang is the most knowledgeable person I know about men's health. He has a wealth of knowledge and also stays current on the latest research and practices. He also doesn't strive for "average" or "okay" health, he's all about "optimal" and "A+". I always feel like he is watching out for what is best for me and continues to help me have the same care and concern for my health and body as he does for me. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Wang! He truly has helped me transform my life for the better. read more

I decided to see Dr. Wang because I was serious about losing weight. He prescribed me the HCG diet with a series of follow ups and I had the option to do both face to face and phone, with the option of talking to him any time I needed to. The diet surpassed all my expectations. I ended up losing 40 pounds on the diet and I've lost another 20 pounds since then with his guidance. He is very respectful, and while he encouraged me to continue with the diet, he also respected my choices. Dr. Wang is an amazing doctor and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take charge of their health. read more

I had achilles tendonitis and sought treatment from Dr. Wang. Typically, PRP is highly efficacious with patellar tendonitis, hair, and skin. With the achilles, the results are mixed and I had tempered my expectations coming in. Am pleased to say that after several treatments with Dr. Wang along with Graston Technique therapy, I have gained mobility in my ankle and do not notice any recurring pain. Am currently working with Dr. Wang to gain more energy and will update the review in several months. read more

I found Dr. Wang through yelp and I am so glad I did! I don't usually like to visit the doctor's office, but I noticed that people were saying he has this natural/holistic approach to things. So, I decided to give him a try. His office is also close to my work, so that's a plus! A few months ago, I started feeling stressed out and low on energy. I was always tired and irritable. I couldn't find the energy to work out, my sleep habits were off, and I started to stress eat. I eventually gained 19 lbs. within a matter of 5 months. He listened to my concerns and gave me a clear plan to get back on track. Now, my skin and hair is healthier, I sleep better, and work out a few times a week! I cannot wait to see what will happen over the summer! read more

Dr. Wang is bar none, the most knowledgeable and effective physician I've encountered (and I am, for better or worse, a very tough critic when it comes to doctors). Despite having certain areas of focus, he takes a functional / integrative approach in that he understands all of the body's mechanisms and how they interact in a way that most doctors can't seem to grasp. He keeps a very open mind when it comes to finding solutions to your problems, and actually remembers things that you share with him on prior visits/correspondence (shocker, I know). I would love to one day hear that he is teaching a course so that I could have hope that there will be more people that share his attitude towards medicine. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Wang for a couple years now and he's been amazing. We've worked through a series of issues like bloating and hair loss and I'm feeling better than ever these days thanks to his help! read more

Dr. Wang is probably one of the most amazing people and specialists I've come across. He's deeply knowledgeable in variety of areas - longevity , overall health, hormone balance, genetic influence, weight management. I've been working with him for over 2 years and I can't stop singing praises. Prior to, I had tried several MDs and NDs - I've found a lot of MDs to just ignore important markets and is not their priority to help optimize health if one is not sick, and with other NDs they are more interested in prescribing herbs than understanding goals. With Dr. Wang I've been able to cover a broad range of my problems and resolve them over time with very targeted treatments and understanding of how all things connect. read more

Really cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wang. Just one of the best, most responsive and attentive doctors I have ever had. He really drills down to understand your goals and gives you a ton of options to help get you on the right path to achieve it. I wanted to really pick my bodybuilding up from a plateau and maximize my time and effort in the gym, and Dr. Wang knew exactly how to get me there and what I needed to do. Also, just fantastic at monitoring your overall health -- like blood sugar levels, etc. -- and making recommendations for dietary adjustments and supplements to get those kinds of issues balanced. If you want a really smart, engaged, and super responsive doc, get an appointment with Dr. Wang and get started! One of the best referrals I have ever had. read more

As a teenager, I'm very conscious about my acne and physical appearance. I went to doc Wang because of my severe acne and redness problems. He helped me to clear it within two weeks through all natural means, no drugs, no invasive procedures. At first I was hesitant to try it, yet within couple of days I saw results and I was pleasantly surprised. Other doctors have prescribed medication for it and nothing has worked as well as this. And besides, he had no snarky attitude other doctors have, which was great because going into his office feels welcoming in a sense that he won't judge if a person has personal problems. Thanks doc Wang! read more

Dr. Wang is amazing... he truly is like the modern witch doctor or Herminone in Herbology class. He listened to my concerns and problems and was able to recommend a number of treatment options that included life style changes, supplements, etc. and they all worked and were quite effective. When I started to have some unwanted side effects, he was able to adjust the treatment to cater to my specific body chemistry. Through Dr. Wang I feel younger, stronger, have better moods, and increased my libido. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that's looking for a natural/homeopathic way to manage whatever physical or mood related issues you may have. Dr. Wang is great and knows what he is doing. read more

Getting old sucks but I'm in my thirties and I felt awful. I was gaining weight, tired all the time and my skin look bleh. A friend suggested I go talk to Dr. Wang about "anti-aging". I'm so glad I did. Apparently my thyroid decided to go kaput on me but something called TSH showed normal. Dr. Wang explained that a general thyroid screen will only check TSH but he usually checks other thyroid stuff as well. He got me on some tiny pills and it's like a miracle. I lost weight without really trying, I have energy again and my skin looks a whole lot better (though it might be also due to the skin products he has). It's so comforting to know when you've found a good doctor...you know they aren't all the same and it's just a pain when you are searching for someone. Dr. Wang is a good one and he's super nice (on the eyes, too). read more

Dr. Wang is the perfect balance of knowledgable and caring. I went to see him for possible hormone treatment due to low sex drive, difficulty gaining muscle and hair loss. He answered all my questions and was able to create a treatment plan that would address my concerns. He also ran a variety of tests including my testosterone levels, which were much lower than I expected. Throughout my testosterone treatment Dr. Wang monitored my health and went over all my lab work thoroughly with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Wang to any male who is looking for a kind doctor to addresses any anti-aging or hormone related wellness concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients and is willing to go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and healthy. read more

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Wang. If you want to feel better and look better, stop wasting your time with anyone else. As a woman in my 40's and worried about my hormones I was exhausted by the one-size fits all approach that is western medicine. Dr. Wang was my bright light. He is knowledgeable, kind and pragmatic. I have been working with Dr. Wang for over a year and now and can't say enough how great it has been working with him! I had recently moved to the Bay Area, turned 40, and was looking to work with a doctor that was open to both medical and holistic treatments and am grateful to report that I hit the jackpot when I found my way into his office. His approach to first understanding my medical history and then work with me to not only treat but educate along the way has created a trusted Dr./patient relationship. Having a family history of heart disease has been a constant challenge when it comes to keeping my numbers in check and I am happy to report that for the first time I am able to live a manageable lifestyle and have continued to be able to stay away from statins. Dr Wang has been instrumental in turning my health and feeling of wellbeing around. He has strong insights and gives great attention to his patients. At first I was unsure about seeing a male doctor for what assumed were menopausal symptoms. I was starting to get awful hot flashes interrupting my sleep and was curious about more natural treatments. Dr. Wang came highly recommended and now I can see why. When he asked me if I got dime size or quarter size clots or none at all without skipping a beat, I knew this guy got it. He is warm and funny at the same time while working with you about your "female" issues. He says it's probably because he grew up with four older sisters! He ran some labs and took the time to explain blah blah blah. I just wanted to sleep! He gave me different natural options as well as well as medication options and I appreciated his depth of knowledge. It took a couple of weeks and I'm hot flash free and sleeping well without any drugs. I actually feel better than before the flashes started because, through him, I learned about nutrition and made some good changes. Now we are working on my gut health so I can feel even better. Dr. Wang isn't cheap but nothing of quality ever is. Thumbs up from this lady! read more
