My time with Dr. Han has changed my life, for the better. If you are a woman experiencing menopausal symptoms that are leaving you feeling tired, fat, moody, unable to focus, with zero libido and hot flashes, make an appointment with Dr. Han today! I made an appointment with her after reading yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did. That's the short story; below I'll tell you my story and I think a lot of women struggling with menopause can relate to it. A year and a half into menopause, I gained 18 pounds and felt miserable, sluggish and tired. I was getting multiple hot flashes per day, migraine headaches and the quality of my sleep was awful. All of those symptoms were making me a moody person. I was looking for a doctor who wasn't going to prescribe me a bunch of hormones right off the bat. I had a telephone conversation with Dr. Han, explained my symptoms to her and she said she could help me. What did I have to lose? Dr. Han took a thoughtful and individual approach to my situation and she REALLY listened to me. She ordered blood and hormone tests, made some modifications to my diet, prescribed some supplements and after 4 weeks, I lost 8 pounds. Wow! Four weeks later I've lost another 4 pounds and I sleep soundly, I've given up my addiction to coffee, no migraines at all, I'm down to only few mild hot flashes a day and my overall mood is so much calmer and nicer. Dr. Han gently guided me to modify the way I was eating, exercising and approaching obstacles. I'm on a wellness journey and Dr. Han is guiding me through the ups and downs; but I honestly haven't felt this healthy, focused and vital in over 20 years. Don't we as women "of a certain age" owe it to ourselves to be the best version of ourselves? If you are reading this and struggling like I was, please know that there is help. In addition, Dr. Han is helping me sort out life issues. She is kind, funny, understanding and a treasure. I can't thank her enough. read more

Dr. Kelly is an incredible woman and healer. I'm not just saying this as a patient, but also as her friend. (This serves as a disclosure. Please understand that I am authentically vouching for Dr. Kelly's practice, not just because she's a friend of mine. I wouldn't write a review if she wasn't a good doctor.) As her friend, we've had many discussions about life. Yet, I knew it was important for me to book an appointment with her because I was committed to getting professional care. Dr. Kelly offers a one-hour free consultation. Because of Dr. Kelly, I've successfully stopped taking diet pills that made me unhealthy. She prescribed herbal medication to help me focus and stabilize my mood as well as detox and women's health supplements. I've been taking them for the past month, and I feel great without experiencing side effects. Dr. Kelly's Theta healing is also spot on. She's known me for a few years now, and she thinks this may be the reason why she got an overwhelming amount of information for our session. In 45 minutes, I was able to come out with a clearer sense of where I need to go -- in my health and life purpose. I will continue to see Dr. Kelly as a patient (and as a friend) to help me in the most important endeavor of my life: my husband and I are planning on getting pregnant this year, and my goal is to prepare my body for a healthy term. read more

With Kelly, each session was like a therapy. She went through all the test results I had filed since 2003. She asked and listened to me for one and a half hour. Her diagnoses were right and she helped me to understand what was wrong with me. She guided me very well to get back my health. Thanks a lot read more

Dr.Han is wonderful! She has such a calming and understanding demeanor. She has helped me maximize my health by getting to the bottom of my imbalances and treating me with multiple herbal remedies. Sometimes you just know something is off and conventional doctors will just treat symptoms separately but Dr.Han took a look at the whole picture and connected the dots. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. read more

I only had a brief phone consult with Dr Han -- she was highly professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in the short time that we spoke. She asked pointed questions and gave useful and practical advice on the spot. Thank you Dr Han, I appreciate your generosity! read more

I came to Kelly because I gained weight not during my pregnancy but after I started breastfeeding. Maybe around 15lbs and after a year and a half I was still trying to shake it which was hard despite workouts and sensible eating. Kelly is warm and welcoming. She set out a plan that began with round of tests and a cleanse. This in combination with her $330 office visit rate don't come cheap. She expects a commitment to a certain number of visits and there is a contract around this. Her initial assessment was glitches in both cortisol and hormonal arenas. After the cleanse and supplementing we did more tests because nothing has changed. She determined that some gut issues need to be addressed too. So more supplements to foster good bacteria and more diet changes. At this point I'm not noticing changes except negative response to progesterone. My periods that have never been an issue became irregular. I mean weeks off. Having stopped the cream/supplement months ago they still have not normalized. I kept in touch with Kelly mostly through email and a few phone check in. I thought the phone check ins were something to rely on but regular office visits are more encouraged. My last contact was to advise her that my period is still messed up and weight not changed except maybe a few lbs. she wrote back an suggesting an office check in and more tests. I responded that in my current state (just bought a house) I'm not able to afford more tests, visits and supplements. I thanked her for her time. And then...crickets. Why the three stars? While I think Kelly is knowledgeable and nice I was hoping for a little more collaboration, empathy and creativity around the fact that THINGS ARE WORSE. I am no where closer to my goal and now my periods are messed up. I'm not saying she did anything wrong but I feel that I have give effort in areas of financial, emotional and commitment and was met with a pat suggestion and my email to her with silence. I am a therapist and run a practice. If a patient came back to me who proved to be invested while frustrated I would have more empathy and would not brush off their email. Update: Kelly got back into touch and we talked about where some of the disconnects occurred during our time together. She was open and receptive to feedback, understanding towards my experience including what she might have done differently. I tried to do the same for her. Since then we resumed working together and she has been incredibly generous with her time and support. My case is an admitted anomaly, especially my response to prescribed treatments. While my results have not been what I was hoping for my lifestyle changes and understanding of my body has improved. I look forward to seeing her, collaborating and appreciate her candor about working with the mysteries and limitations we all come across from time to time. She recently added in energy work which turned the key in a very helpful direction. read more

Ever feel like you're going crazy (or crazier than normal)? That's how I felt! Anxiety ridden, excessively moody, fuzzy head & exhausted in the afternoon. Fortunately Dr. Kelly Han was recommended to me and all that changed. From the first moment we spoke her calm presence & deep knowledge was apparent. "No, you're not going crazy and yes, we can fix this", she assured me. My goal was simple: re-balance my hormones so I could feel like "me" again. It started with baseline testing and from there we created a plan of action. Continuous testing along the way ensured we were on the right track and allowed us to fine tune the treatment. I now feel like my old self and am thrilled this was accomplished without pharmaceuticals. As a result of this process, I'm more educated about my body & the vital role hormones play. I am able to identify when I'm out of balance and the always responsive Dr. Kelly Han is there with guidance and support. Dr. Kelly Han was a godsend & I recommend her to all family and friends. Why suffer from hormonal issues when you've got Dr. Kelly Han as a mentor & guide to help you through the journey. read more

A few years back I started feeling not at all like myself...sluggish, weight gain, huge lack of energy and a foggy head. I went to my primary care Dr. who I had seen for years. He did some tests and said my thyroid was bad and put me on a synthetic medication. Not only did it not help but I felt worse on it than I did without it! When I asked him about it he said that my bloodwork showed an improvement and that the medication was working...did he not hear me...?? I feel HORRIBLE! A friend recommended Dr. Han...I was a bit skeptical seeing a naturopath but figured it coudn't be any worse than where I currently was. She immediately ordered not only the same tests I had done before, but several others which clearly showed that my thyroid was indeed not at all working on it's own. The best feeling off the bat was hearing the confirmation that I wasn't off my rocker and that yes I should be feeling lousy based on the test results. Dr. Han prescribed a natural thyoid medication which not only worked, but made me feel completely normal and not bloated and off keel like the previous meds. Dr Han has also put me on track to control my weight gain...as a 55 year old woman, it get's a bit more difficult to loose weight. Although this issue has really been more something I could have controlled more but just had not taken it as seriously as I should have. Nonetheless Dr Han remained engaged and never gave up on me. I felt like a total failure several times and each time I would visit she would make me feel like a million bucks and always coming up with new solutions since these things are not a "one size fits all" resolution! I am finally on a good weight loss track, enjoying eating and feeling great all at the same time...what a concept! She also is really good about not asking to see her when it's not needed. If you're doing well and on track, she leaves the next visit up to you and I love that! Finally I want to mention her wonderful demeanor...I prefer to spend time with positive and upbeat people. Especially your doctor...if you can't laugh and enjoy some light heartedness than it's just not the right fit for me. Dr Han has all this and more! Very highly recommend and will continue to see her! read more

My boyfriend suffered from asthma, eczema, lethargy, anxiety, depression, and he's only 26! Dr. Han, in the last six months, has cured everything. He says he's never wasting his money on another M.D. if he can help it. Dr. Han changed his life. read more

Before seeing Dr. Han I suffered from painful sores/lesions on my body that I couldn't explain. I had seen nine doctors, including internists, general practitioners and dermatologists, about this issue and none were able to help me. One suggested I had an autoimmune disease and one prescribed cortisol which actually made my skin worse (thanks Dr. D)! I had taken numerous blood tests which all came back clean and was close to going out of my mind. Dr. Han finally got to the root of the issue (which is what naturopathy is supposed to do) instead of covering up the symptoms. She was up front in explaining that it took some time for my adrenals to deplete and present this issue, so it would take about a year to heal. I have not had a lesion in six months. This is a huge accomplishment having suffered from this for TWO AND A HALF YEARS!!! I'm in my 30s and had never had a health issue and I can't explain the mental toll it takes when you don't know what's wrong with you. Dr. Han is compassionate, patient and intuitive and really listens to her patients. She actually cares, which sounds trite but did I mention before that I had been to nine doctors?! I can't recommend her highly enough. She is the first practitioner that was able to identify my issue and work with me to help heal it. I still have some progress to make, but I have made great strides under her care and now have a blueprint to take care of myself. read more

Why aren't there more reviews for Dr Han? She is both compassionate and knowledgeable in her line of work (naturopathic medicine). She keeps the explanations simple to understand but can go scientific mode if necessary. I am still struggling to find an answer to my health problems. I am not in perfect health but I believe Dr Han's treatment plan has given my health more resilience... I am suffering from cognitive decline from severe chronic insomnia which unfortunately gave me a host of other health problems. If it wasn't for Dr Han, I believe my mind and body would have given up. Thanks to her suggestions on diet and supplements to support my cognitive health, I am getting by in life. Doesnt sound fantastic but seriously it is the difference between living life with symptoms versus literally being bed ridden.. don't know if that makes sense. In short she has made my symptoms much more milder and tolerable. Someday I believe people like Dr Han will be able to work with conventional doctors to get to the bottom of all mysterious illnesses. Oh did I forget to mention, Dr Han has helped me somewhat regulate my period without prescription birth control and other drugs to regulate menstruation such as provera. Albeit, I take herbs now in replacement but they have no side effects on me unlike the birth control (which though tolerable, increases my risk for certain cancers and made me gain weight). p.s She gives hugs after the end of every session! Hugs are awesome! read more

Dr. Han was compassionate, gave me her undivided attention, and really listened to my needs. I left her office with a specific plan in mind to address my concerns. I feel better already. I highly recommend her. read more

Kelly Han is the most incredible healer. I went to her after reading reviews on yelp (luck of the draw) and after a year of struggling with health issues I was coming to her in desperation for help. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her practice not only focuses on your specific issues but your overall health and everything that is going on in your life is considered when healing. She gets to the root of the problem. She really listens to everything you have to say and prescribes herbs and medication that you are comfortable with. She changed my life and I am healthier and happier than I have been in a LONG time. HIGHLY recommend going to Dr Han for anything you need help with in your life. She is probably the best doctor I have ever seen. read more

Dr. Han is kind and gentle, thoughtful and incredible. I met Dr. Han just a few months ago. In a short amount of time, she assessed my overall health situation (fatigue, overweight, sluggish, moody, depressed, hormone imbalance, you name it) and new immediately what to do. The plan she put me on has completely turned my life around - and the plan consists of all natural based solutions, including a 21-day purification plan that has completely reset my relationship to food. I have given up caffeine, sugar, alcohol. I am living my life to the fullest. My mood is even, my stress levels are way down, I'm positive, relaxed, and 20lbs lighter! I have never felt this good in all of my life. I have recommended her to many of my female friends and family members. It has been life changing. She is gifted and full of grace. Please take a moment, think about how you're feeling today, and if you think it could be improved, even just one IOTA, call Dr. Han. You will be glad you did. read more
