From the moment I arrived, Michael took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and keeping me informed every step of the way. I dropped off my car on Thursday, and they repaired and prepared it by Friday evening . Although I decided to pick it up on Monday, I was impressed by how quickly they completed the work. What really stood out was Michael's professionalism, honesty, and expertise. His experience and knowledge were evident throughout the entire process. When I picked up my cat, Michael personally took me for a test drive to make sure everything was working properly-even before I paid. That level of customer service and attention to detail is hard to find. If you're looking for a reliable mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers, Michael is the person to turn to. I'll definitely be back for future service, and I highly recommend Carmel Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto care.

My wife called me with the news, and I was concerned that during the holidays, service and parts resources would be limited. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

I will ALWAYS take my cars to ABCO because of their honesty and integrity. My car broke down, and…read moreafter taking it to other shops in the area, I was very frustrated by how I was being treated. I took my car to ABCO, and asked Donny to level with me about whether to sell my car or fix it. It was breaking down every few months, and becoming a money pit for me, and even though I loved the car, I was contemplating getting something more reliable. As a woman without extensive experience in automobiles, I was getting the run-around by other shops who just wanted my money to keep fixing the breakdowns. Donny won my business for life for doing two things. First, he leveled with me and told me that if it was his daughter, he would just get rid of the car and get something safer and more reliable. He didn't want to take my money, only to see me more frustrated the next time it broke down. Second, Donny offered to buy my car as a project car since he could probably fix it and get some use out of it, even with its many issues. I absolutely loved this solution! I loved that car, and just knowing that he could breathe some life back into it, and fix the other major issues when they popped up, well...that meant a lot to me. Now I think of this business as a trusted, ethical, and deeply knowledgeable resource for my next vehicle! He and his wife delivered exceptional customer service, and I think of them as friends now. Not the typical experience I had with other mechanics and their shops! Take your car to ABCO, and you won't regret it! This business deserves YOUR business!

I remembered…read moreseeing My Car Doc's sign on the street corner by my apartment a while back, so I took a chance and had my car towed there (here) and I am SO glad I did. I don't even know where to start. When John called to deliver the bad news and walk me through my options / his recommendations he was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with plenty of detail. The night before, I had left him a voicemail and had mentioned a possible warranty on the engine in passing. He went above and beyond by calling local dealerships and checking (I believe it was) NHTSA to see if there were any active warranties that would cover me. The entire time I felt like this team had my best interest at heart. I know they probably see tons of customers a week, but they made me feel like more than just another job, which meant the absolute world to me. Unfortunately, my best option was to get a new car. While I worked through everything with Hyundai and searched for a replacement, they've let me keep my car on their lot for a generous amount of time, leaving me with one less thing I've had to worry about during this very stressful time. My Car Doc is a masterclass in customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have so much gratitude for this team, and I will absolutely be back for any future services on my new car.
