They represent homes that are tbeautiful with op quality items that's why dealers are there the first day to buy. The deals are extremely awesome. The staff at Beehive estate sales are exceptional! Barbara and Vicky do an amazing job at organizing everything and controlling traffic and their sales. I always appreciate the service I receive from their employees who are willing to help you put things on hold while you continue to browse for items. I have found amazing things at great and reasonable prices. They are my top choice for any estate sale! read more

Barb and Vicky are amazing! I love the organized system they have created. I love getting the email with all the pictures on Tuesday before the sale starts on Thursday. I usually choose to go on Friday when things are 25% off. Saturday things are 50% off but many things that I want could be gone by Saturday. They always pick good houses to represent so you know when you're going to one of their sales it's going to be a good sale. Things are priced well, they know the value of the things they have. A.k.a. you're not gonna get a $5000 item for a dollar. But you will get many amazing things for a great price! I have loved so many of the fantastic things I have purchased. Getting everything from pots with plants to antiques to a box of unopened sandwich bags. They have it all! And it is organized well with many friendly workers. read more

They did an excellent job. Worked very hard, looked through everything and saved papers and photos for the family when they found them. Organized items for sale well and priced them well. House was completely empty after the sale expect for items I asked them to keep for new buyers. Hardworking team and all were nice to work with. read more

Very pricy even on a 50% off day. Not worth the time. Price is ridiculously high and unreasonable.

Super Professional and knowledgeable team with two amazing ladies Vicky and Barbara leading this crew and presenting great estate sales in Orinda, Moraga, Alamo, Lafayette, just to name a few. Always extremely organized, kind, patient, accommodating and with factual information to back up any and all questions or concerns plus handling significant numbers of attendees with a smile! All of their associates are ready to help and assist with whatever your needs are- carry a heavy item or get you information on your item of choice. I really think this is the best Estate Sale company in the entire Bay Area and I have attended a number of others. I used to go on the 1st day- Thursday but now, due to my work schedule, I am able to go on Friday, when most of the things are 25% off, great deals and opportunity to acquire unique items even at a better price! Saturday- even greater deals, most things are 50% off! If you're interested and enjoy one of a kind pieces of art, books or rare china - this is the BEST company!!! read more

This is my favorite estate sale company by far. They're the only estate sale company whose mailing list I receive -- and I hate mailing lists so that means a lot! Somehow they get estates with more high-quality items and less junk. And the people working are lovely. read more

incredibly expensive items with no openness for bundles/haggling, brings a large display of jewelry to every sale (most of which isn't owned by the homeowner), prices are almost 30% MORE than sold price on eBay. Feels like everything is Google Lens then priced high. Not worth the trip read more

Organized fair prices. Always laid out and marked clearly seems to be the high end estate dealer. Love going to their sales .

Fun sales. Well organized and a pleasant group running the show. Sometimes the first day prices are a bit high, but they discount on the second and third days. I've found some great items at very decent prices. read more

Vicky and Barbara are amazing. My parents were downsizing and we were debating how to handle all the stuff they didn't need to move with them. We called Beehive Estate Sales and they came, provided guidance, professional insights, and support. The week of the sale, they showed up, sorted everything (including the stuff that was left in closets and shelves), priced it all, and prepared for the sale. They worked with our neighbors to ensure minimum disruption and presented everything beautifully. At the end of the sale, they coordinated with charities to come get what was left behind (we got the tax receipts) and finally a hauler to take the remnants to the dump. They even cleaned the house afterwards! We were left with an empty house that was easy to prepare for sale. I have attended Beehive Estate sales for the past 5 years as a customer and have been pleasantly surprised by some of the treasures I've uncovered. But working with them as the seller was even more impressive. They were friendly throughout and worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. We are thankful for everything they did and highly recommend working with them. read more

Beehive Estate Sales are THE BEST! Not only do they choose the most incredible homes and families for their sales, but the crew are solid and honest people. They are extremely professional and very nice. Highly recommend the experience! read more

Nice people and well organized but pricing is way too high. Even on half off Saturday it's still too much. Example: 1/24/25 sale..$20 for a Pyrex glass measuring cup which can be bought new on Amazon or local stores for half of that. Should be $2 not $20. I can understand pricing for rare items or verified antiques but double retail is out of whack. Heard other customers mumbling about high pricing. Wake up Beehive. I thought the idea of an estate sale was to clear everything out. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My sister reached out to Vicky two weeks ago (cc'd me) to see about coming out to my father's house to do a walk thru and discuss options for him. The appointment was supposed to be today however, 5 minutes prior to the appointment time, Vicky texted my sister to let her she was running 15 minutes behind. No biggie! Then 3 minutes later, called my sister to basically tell her that the location is too far out and that they cannot service the Pinole area. In the email communications, it had been communicated that while my sister is based in Orinda, my father is based in Pinole and it was determined that it would be fine, hence scheduling the appointment, so not sure why on the day-of, Vicky decided that it would not work. My sister has a 4 and a 6 y/o and rearranged schedules to make this appointment time work. My 77 y/o father had been cleaning the house to get it prepared for the walk thru as well. Vicky was dismissive on her call with my sister, acted as though she had been mislead on location (she was not), and she wasted everyone's time. It's appalling that someone can do business like this. Horrific experience. read more

Great service, display & people. This review is for the weekly estate sales. I love attending BeeHive estates sales. I have purchased many items over the last 9 months and I look forward to the Beehive estate sales, they are 1 step above the other companies in display, service level, and products. read more

Way too pricey! They had some nice things, well staffed, but they charge more than a retail or antique vintage store, the prices were shockingly high even for mundane items. read more

Save your time if your looking for a deal. Prices are high, most higher than eBay prices.

The items displayed were well organized. The people helping at the estate sale were quite rude, myself and a few other folks were commenting that we were surprised how rude and brusque the help was, being friendly and welcoming goes a long way, basic customer service. I would NOT hire them for this reason alone. The last day of the Sale was a Sat and items were half off and still quite pricey. read more

For some time now, I've casually shopped Bay Area estate sales for friends & self. In my experience, the Beehive team continues to honor clients' personal property, shoppers, & affected neighborhoods with efficiency & courtesy. I remain a fan & am delighted to continue recommending the operation. read more

They are amazing. Professional, a very fair commission and they got my mom's house cleaned out in a week. Literally 1,000's of people came by to but things.... right up to and including their clean out day on Monday. And we made more off the sale than we ever thought possible. read more

Always so organized and great staff. They do amazing work and they do it like no other. I recommend this business.

I love the treasures that I find at Beehive Estate Sales from antique furniture, artwork, and custom made curtains and pillows, to kitchenware and garden essentials. Their sales are very organized, and Vicky, Barbara, and their whole staff, are amazing and always so helpful! I'm looking forward to the next sale. read more

From start to finish, Vicky and Barbara of Beehive Estate Sales do it perfectly! They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, helpful, dedicated and couldn't be nicer to work with. They take a HUGE burden off your shoulders that would be impossible to take on by yourself! In one week, they display, sell, donate, discard and leave your home spotless! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Beehive is the only way to go! They are the BEST! read more

Very overpriced, price higher than eBay prices and are not willing to negotiate to a good deal. People go to estate sales to get a great deal, not to pay eBay prices for things that lots of times don't even work. read more

Vicky and Barbara did an unbelievable job of liquidating our Lafayette Estate. They were organized, took control and totally liquidated the Estate in 3 days. WOW. I was impressed by their work. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend them. read more

I never got a reply to my response after they responded to my first post. They never apologized to me for being careless and losing the item I requested be put aside. They seem to be unable to admit when they are wrong or have done something unacceptable. read more

Beehive was absolutely awesome. From start to finished they were professional, courteous, on time and when the event was over, nothing was left to clean up. I recommend them 1000%! read more

Beehive is fantastic. I left everything in place at my sister-in-law's home, and ended up with an empty house, which was my goal. The sale itself was wonderfully organized and professionally run with lots of hands-on help. They posted over 200 photos of sale items. From a seller's point of view, I appreciated that they were firm on getting reasonable prices for each item. Especially since after the sale, at least six charities were invited in, and they provided me with an inventory of what was donated. The final step was to clean out anything remaining, and the house was ready to prep for sale. And I ended up with a check to help pay for needed repairs. The value was excellent. At every stage, Vicky was super responsive. They were great. If you want a no-hassle, full-service estate sale, they are the one. read more

Even at 50% off, all items are way overpriced. cheap used kitchen knives at $10 each? they weren't $10 brand new. Used dishes at $10 per plate? This is an injustice to the people you're selling for since it's all going to be left over. Reminder to self. Beehive estate sales are a waste of time read more

Great people to work with! Totally professional and they do an amazing job. Terrific team of people. Not only did we make a lot of money, and the house was completely empty and swept clean. Highly recommend. read more

Not sure if this something they've always done, but noticed recently that sometimes items that don't sell, end up at their next sales. Not a great feature. read more

I called Barbara, and she and Vicky came over that same day!!! They were able to accomodate us by doing an estate buy out rather than a sale as they usually do. So in other words, they bent over backwards to make it work for us in our situation. They were able to quickly assess what would sell and what we should donate, and then sent over the amazing clean out team. I couldn't be happier with the speed, sensitivity and professionalism this company offers. Other companies don't compare, and I checked several competitors! read more

Went to their estate sale today. The pricing they put on their items is outrageous. They are selling most things for the sale price they were bought for. Don't recommend going to these. read more

Wow, Beehive did an incredible Job in every way. They were easy to work with. Excellent communication. Did what they promised and more. We were told by another estate sales company that we did not have enough personal property to be worth their time and we should donate everything. They said we did not come close to their expected threshold of $8,000.00. Beehive greatly exceeded our expectations and beat the other companies $8,000.00 expectations by over 20%. Our share was Almost $7,000.00 and they donated or hauled away the little that was left leaving us with a clean house. Rick Parker read more

We've frequented several of Beehive's Estate Sales and frequently find they are overpriced. They do have discounts as the sale progresses, but it might behoove them to start with prices ~25% lower and make more sales on the first days. The Beehive staff is posotive, easy to talk to and negotiate with, which is a major plus! It's a fine balance to make great sales for your clients - who gave great reviews, and keep your customer base happy - who give poor ones, see below. Most things are priced and are well displayed. read more

There are lots of estate sales, but there is only one that is 'First Class' and that is Beehive Estate Sales. Vicky, Barbara, and Pam are the best. They always greet you when you go in and their merchandise is great and fairly priced. Yes they will negotiate and when they do they are fair ( Just don't think you can get something for nothing.) If you ever have a problem or you see something on the site you are interested in they always respond. These 3 women work harder than you can imagine. Everyone of them know my oldest grandson and make a point of talking to him. If I ever was going to have an estate sale I would just make one call to Beehive! Thank you Vicky, Barbara and Pam.....you are the BEST......... read more

After the deaths of my mother and sister, I was faced with the difficult task of dispersing their furniture and many treasures. This was beyond my ability, so I hired Beehive to conduct an estate sale and it was the BEST decision I could have made. Vicky and her team took great care to present a large amount of items in their best light. They did absolutely everything ... sort, clean, price, display, promote, sell, full clean up and left the house broom clean. I received a check within a few days that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vicky and her Beehive team! read more

I've been a longtime customer of Beehive Estate Sales. Their sales are organized, clean, and the items actually have prices on them (which is something you can't say for most companies)! Recently I needed to consign some items with Beehive. They have a loyal following which is essential for a successful sale. The owners Vicky and Barb are engaging, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They are consummate professionals from beginning to end. I will absolutely be contacting Beehive to conduct the estate sale for our family. I highly recommend Beehive Estate Sales. If you want an effortless experience and a trustworthy company they are the best in the business. read more

A+ for Vicky and her staff. We hired Beehive Estate Sales for our family's estate sale in Berkeley. Start to finish everything was handled professionally and the communication was excellent. It's such a service, after the death of a loved one, to have professionals clear the home through all means necessary - selling, donating, e-waste collection and hauling. Her team did in a week what it would have taken our family months to do and we were so grateful to be dealing with people of such high integrity. I could not recommend Beehive more highly -- you'll be lucky if you get a chance to work with them. read more

My sister and I couldn't be happier with Vicky and her Beehive staff. They organized our mom's estate sale in Concord, and sold almost everything. We felt from start to finish we were in excellent hands. We could have held a sale ourselves but they did all the work, made more money than we would ever had and made the process simple and painless. I was totally fine with their cut... they did all the work and saved us from the crushing sad feelings of watching people riffle through our loved ones worldly treasures. They take TONS of photos, do a great amount of advertising and have quite a following. IT WAS A NO BRAINER hiring them. Oh, and they haul away anything left, sweep up and turn over a totally empty house. Just what we needed. read more
