You know very well that's not the case. It wouldn't make sense to have a store that sells bags and shoes where customers aren't allowed to pick them up or try them on. You also know that nothing was damaged at any point. It's disappointing that, instead of simply saying something like "I'm sorry you felt that way," or offering any kind of apology, you chose to take a defensive attitude and continue being aggressive. In any case, don't worry -- I have no intention of ever returning to a place where customers are treated that way. Your table and display stand were never damaged, and honestly, given the unfriendly attitude you showed, I truly don't believe you would have hesitated to point it out and charge me if anything had actually happened. I'm not playing the victim -- I'm simply a dissatisfied customer sharing her experience, as this platform is intended for.
