    Didn't fit right

    i ordered a flow master American thunder axel back that said it would bold directly to my mustang..it did NOT it took the muffler guys twice as long to heat bend and make it fit which in turn cost me a lot of money....it also came damaged and the shop called me and told me before installing it but the original pipes were already cut off so I had no choice but to tell them to go ahead anyway, now I have a big dent right on the tip on the top where you can totally see it and now ITS RUSTING and beefcake racing is ZERO HELP in this situation....im sure flow master wouldn't appreciate this. I would add photos but it will not allow me to.

    Fully assembled. Drive shaft mating to clutch sticks out a quarter inch too much

    I have recently had a terrible experience with this company and I am being completely ignored by…read morethe district staff. The district manager from the Cincinnati area is completely dodging my calls. I have left messages for her at 2 different locations every day for the last 6 business days. Additionally, when I asked for an email address, I was declined. I gave the store manager, Tim, an opportunity to make it right and he informed me it was out of his hands which is why I was referred to the district manager. It's worth noting Tim has been GREAT to deal with all along, he has been very responsive to me even if he didn't have an answer. I give Tim 5 stars! We purchased a transmission that was built incorrectly and has failed. While the transmission itself is covered under a warranty the labor is not. We should not be liable for any labor as this part was manufactured incorrectly. The failure was not due to any lack of maintenance or misuse on our part. The delivery of the new transmission has been delayed twice now with zero communication from the anyone, I had to reach out to National Power Train myself to get answers. Meanwhile, the driver has not had a car for over 30 days now. He has lost wages due to not having transportation as well as losing money due to having to take ubers everywhere. He is 20 years old so he can't rent a car! All I am trying to do is speak with the next supervisor up to discuss compensation for the remaining labor which we feel is fair after this entire experience and not having a car for 30 days. Lost wages alone are more than the labor...which how can you pay for something if you can't work? I have been in retail myself at the management level since 2002 and this is hands down the worst I have ever been treated by a company, they have zero concern for us a customer. It is completely unacceptable to expect someone to go more than 30 days without a car. Someone besides Tim needs to call me back

    O'Reilly's from now on…read more I ordered an alternator online. When I found out it was my battery and not the alternator, I returned the part to the Amelia Ohio AutoZone. I was told I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. Here we are 13 physical days and 9 business days, no refund, over drafted $33, and still no money back. I called customer service multiple times. I was told this would be escalated to a manager and receive a call back within 24 hours. 72 hours later and I only have gotten a response from email asking for my return number. I gave them the return number and they say it's my bank holding my money. I called the bank for a 3rd time, my bank never holds credits and issues them immediately. So customer service is trying to cover their tracks for the mistakes they've made. Since customer service sucks, I decided to call the store and the manager. He says it looks like it was put in as a part swap. I never traded out a part I brought it back for a refund. When he gave me a receipt it said $162.02 and he said this is being refunded. The manager is trying to fix it and is doing a great job. Due to their call center this whole thing has been a horrible experience all around. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB to step in and help me get my money back.
