"You have entirely too much time on your hands and you need to calm down." "unless you've just changed your mind and a buyers remorse because you've got the baby and the wife's telling you you can't spend the money I get it" "You simply don't want the clutch anymore. I know it you know it. Everybody knows it." He had never met me. He had my $1,293.57 for 34 days. The order Aug 9. I ordered a SPEC Stage 1 clutch kit and steel flywheel for a 2015-17 Mustang EcoBoost. Total $1,293.57, paid by card. Aug 10. The status changed to "Awaiting shipment." It never changed again. No tracking number was ever issued. Aug 20. Beefcake told me the clutch was "about 2 wks out." Aug 31. I asked for an ETA. I learned the supplier had said 3-5 weeks when Beefcake checked on Aug 21. Nobody passed that on at the time. I asked for a refund. Sales replied that he had "got your order mixed up with another." Later the same day I was told the order was "going out any day, should see tracking sent over soon." No tracking followed. Sep 8. A third estimate arrived: 10 more days. I asked to cancel. The owner then told me for the first time that low-production items are "normally 4-6 weeks." That was day 30. He also mentioned a 7% cancellation fee for the first time. The fee is not in my order confirmation. I asked where it appeared at checkout. He answered "terms of service and our refund policy page" and never identified a location. Sep 12. I filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General at 7:11 AM and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs at 8:12 AM. At 8:28 AM the owner told me to take a chill pill and said the refund would process "tomorrow." At 8:55 AM, 27 minutes later, a partial refund processed. Beefcake kept $97.03. That is 7.5%, not the 7% they had put in writing three separate times. Sep 14. The full $1,293.57 was refunded. No message came with it, only an automated status change. A separate email arrived afterward to tell me it was "funny" that I had filed a chargeback. What it took 34 days. Four ship dates, none met. Zero parts delivered. Two state agency complaints and a bank dispute to get my own money back. If you order from Beefcake Racing Confirm the item is physically in stock before you pay. Ask in writing. Get the lead time in writing. "About two weeks" is not a commitment. Ask about cancellation fees before you order. Get the percentage in writing. Check your order status yourself. Mine sat on "Awaiting shipment" for over a month. Note the date you paid. Card dispute windows are limited. read more

The next day I was told it had already been shipped. I made a request for return, and after some struggle, I was finally able to return this unopened item. After several more weeks, no refund. Website said items were in stock when one was on back order, not sure about the other one but I don't think it was in stock either. They tried saying one item did not come with certain parts that the website states are included. They tried upcharging around $130 for the pieces that they stated ARE included. Anyways if you realize this place sucks BEFORE they charge you just lock your card so they cant charge the 15% cancellation fee. i ordered a flow master American thunder axel back that said it would bold directly to my mustang..it did NOT it took the muffler guys twice as long to heat bend and make it fit which in turn cost me a lot of money....it also came damaged and the shop called me and told me before installing it but the original pipes were already cut off so I had no choice but to tell them to go ahead anyway, now I have a big dent right on the tip on the top where you can totally see it and now ITS RUSTING and beefcake racing is ZERO HELP in this situation....im sure flow master wouldn't appreciate this. Before I write the full review I'm going to give him a little bit more time . But it's been over 2-3 weeks and I still don't have a refund on a $1,000 + drive shaft that came to me not new but used, don't know why.I have multiple pictures that show that the product does not work, and they already have the Part back . And they took the money faster than you can snap your fingers but having a problem returning it for a product that does not work or fit. Bought a set of Steeda Coil-overs ($1190) from these crooks. When the coil-overs arrived at my doorstep, they DID NOT include the Camber Plates nor Spanner Adjustment Wrench, yet they were shown in this company's online product photo, they were listed as "supplied" in the written installation instructions and NO WHERE was it advertised that these items were not included. Thus, as a naive (and stupid) buyer for believing my lying eyes, I wrongly assumed they were included as part of the price. (I think most buyers would have come to the same conclusion as I did........items included). I called Beefcake. They gave me a song and dance sob story basically blaming all of this deception and "misunderstanding" on Steeda and not themselves (because they only copy and paste Steeda advertising material, rather than research and report the actual product details as a responsible reseller should). As a buyer, I DID NOT buy these from Steeda, I bought and paid my money to Beefcake and I assumed Beefcake would (should) make it right. Well the sum of it all, they only make it right only AFTER I had to shell out another $321. BUYER BEWARE. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING FOR YOUR MONEY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY. I purchased the Fore Innovations fuel system with return for my challenger, the sales people were super helpful and friendly, got me a really good deal on the system. As far as the install goes it does say to have a professional install it but I'm going it myself, it has been a little difficult but I e been finding help on YouTube even though they have a sales help email for the manufacturer but they haven't been the best but that is not on Beef Cake Racing, it's all on the manufacturer. read more
