I traveled to Saginaw to have lunch with a friend. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. But the food was underwhelming. My friend liked his burger, and he said it was cooked to his liking. As it was very hot on the date of my visit, I felt like a cold sandwich. The choices were minimal. And the "Club Wrap" that I chose was indeed cold as desired; however, the taste was non-existent. The cold cuts were limp and probably of the cheapest quality available. The wrap was just a typical flour tortilla. I added a "premium side" of the street corn. Having a great deal of experience with this dish, I found it surprisingly good. I could easily see myself ordering this again. The server was quite attentive, but the restaurant was not particularly busy, given that it was around 1 pm when we arrived. Lastly, with a multitude of TVs (a sports bar, after all), one or two TVs could be chosen, along with the available sound. The cacophony of multiple broadcasts did detract. If there had been more people in the bar, the sound would have been somewhat muffled. I doubt that I will make a second visit. read more

My fiance and I went here in early fall of 2020 during pandemic season. They have outdoor seating available. We came here specifically bc we were craving wings. Their wings are good and they have a lot of seasoning and sauce options. Lots of great available parking. That's about as good as it gets. When we came, we found out from our server that they apparently had just hired new cooks. The cooks messed up our order (wrong seasonings, missing sides) and our food was incredibly slow. Waited about an hour for the food. We were seated outside and almost never saw our server. I think they were insanely understaffed. The table next to us waited with us for 30 min and left because they never even got to order their food because they never saw their server. And yes, we went inside and checked a couple times to see if we could find some help. The bartender helped us, thankfully. Our server was a little frazzled. Which led her to being a little unprofessional. She did not react well when we told her kindly our food was wrong. She went on a 5 min rant about the kitchens which included scowling and yelling. She brought us the correct food afterwards but honestly we weren't that upset we just wanted our correct food, she didn't need to make a big scene about it. I think overall this place really needed to hire more people and give their cooks more training. Im sure its better now that more time has passed and people have had more time to work out the kinks. Would visit again to give it another try, because I know things are rough with staffing and the pandemic! Hopefully it was just one bad day! read more

Great food, exciting atmosphere, helpful and happy staff and management. We went to Beef's for my son's 18th birthday party. We called ahead and management and staff were super helpful answering our questions and helping put together some food options. It was a surprise party, so they made sure the other kids that arrived were taken care of with table, beverages and some food. Really the best option in town to watch a game and eat good food. So 2/17/2023 I will never go back! Worst spot in Saginaw and the folks that work there have no interest in working! Friday night we waited 20 min + and my wife had to go as for service! After that 10 min later a server finally came over. So after taking our drink and app order 3 other tables come in and it appears all is sorted. Nope we waiting and watch those 3 tables get drinks, apps, and even entrees while our app still hadn't arrived and all our drinks where empty. This place would be better off closing! read more

We dine a lot at beefs but we have very bad meals in the last two weeks. Fish Friday was bad enough not to finish. I cannot stress how much I love this place. They have everything you can imagine on their menu and they are very accommodating. My boyfriend and I go here at least once a month for lunch/dinner and we always order their funnel fries as an appetizer instead of dessert and it really hits the spot. I had no clue this place was a chain. It DOES kinda feel like one though, albeit in a SMALL package. Their wings are decent. I find it odd though that their wings cost the same whether boneless or with bones. Their garlic wing sauce is... well.... have you ever had a buttery garlic bread-stick dipping sauce from any national pizza chains? Yeah, it's pretty much identical. WAY garlicky and buttery. Terrible terrible service!!! 5 of us ate there, 4 of us ordered wings. 3 of us got our food the 4th person, my mom, didn't get her wings for 20 minutes after!! The manager didn't care one but never apologized never did anything to speed things up! Then when the food came it was the wrong order! Still no apology! The manager never once apologized and kept making excuses. We've never been treated so poorly and in this day and age when businesses are struggling you would think customer service would be your top priority!! The manager only took $5.00 off of our $50 order and said that was the only thing she could do!! We will NEVER be going back there again!! read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch on a Monday hoping to find some good lunch specials. Well there was only a couple to choose from. Someone que management... cheap lunch prices will bring more of a lunch rush. The place was huge and maybe 4 tables. I choose the burger which was average ... if your looking for top 10 this will not be the place. The fries were less than average. The wife chose a sandwich and salad. She said it was better than Subway but she also had better. She said she would try another sandwich next time. The place was clean and not loud. Staff was fairly attentive. Maybe worth a shot. The other prices seem high and there likely are not specials on other days. Someone que management... hint... have a few lunch specials, I do think it will draw a crowd. I like this place, which has now become my local hangout. The food is good, workmanlike pub fare with both wings and burgers above average. Service is super friendly well above average, and beer selection great (they have Guinness on tap, which always elevates a pub in my view). Good videos to watch games, although like any sports pub it may be a bit distracting if you have no interest in sports.Yes, the outside does not look prepossessing, but this is the standard look beyond the cover thing and I do urge both locals and visitors to give the place a try-and strongly recommended for a meetup and game watching experience read more

Based on the reviews I was skeptical about this place, but my husband talked me into trying it. We were passing through and stopped at a nearby hotel and needed dinner. We were so impressed. Service was super attentive and friendly, the servers seemed to help each other out so the customer gets the best service possible. The food came out hot and fresh. The grilled items were perfectly done!! Everything had great flavor and was high quality! So glad my husband suggested giving this place a try anyway. My husband wants me to also state that you should not let the location/ outward appearance sway your choice to eat here. It is in a shopping mall and doesn't look like anything spectacular on the outside, but the food and staff make up for it on the inside. And it was clean and well kept. read more

My favorite place to eat in Saginaw! Amazing wings - way better than Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. While they are technically a chain, it doesn't feel like it because it's the only one in Michigan. It's a cozy place to meet up with friends and have some beers during the "game" or over the holidays. Always a great atmosphere for family and or friends. Get the queso with O'Brady seasoning instead of salt. You have to tell the server. It's good! They have really good salads and burgers too! They will have every game on for every sport. This is a good place to watch a football game, drink some beer and eat some food. The food is FAR improved from what it once was. The drinks are reasonably priced. The TV's aren't State of the art, but they're large and there's enough of them for a decent view from most places. I love the place, but it has its flaws. read more

We sat ourselves at our table @ 6:30 pm. The service was incredibly poor. By 7:15 we finally received our salad appetizers, but no untensils. We had asked twice for a new waitress because clearly our waitress was overwhelmed. We finally did get a new server who was adequate. I ordered blackened chicken only to receive plain grilled. I have been here a few times. kinda nice to sit outside and drink a beer. Food has been ok until last time.
