Not only was the service slow, food mediocre, and ambiance dull, but the whole reason we came to Beef's was due to a groupon, that the manager wouldn't honor. After on meal, we presented the waitress with our groupon. She said that the manager told her that they do not except groups. We asked to speak to him and literally 5 minutes later, an arrogant, wee little manager, was very rude and said that the groupon was not for his location and he did not benefit from it, so he wouldn't take it. I told him that it was the whole reason that we came to his franchise and he didn't seem to care one bit. I offered him 3 chances to make it right and at least offer us a small percentage off the bill, but he would not budge. He offered $5 off and I told him that at this point, it was a customer service issue and of he handled it properly we would come back. He said that he was only willing to give $5 off a $70 bill. He said that he is an independent franchise owner and he can do whatever he wants. All that it takes is one bad review to influence people's decisions. Trust me on this one. If you are reading this, spend your time, money, and appetite somewhere else. This place is the worst and I hope this pompous manager's franchise fails and he regrets not taking $10 off the bill. You lost a customer and have tarnished Beef o'Brady's brand. I will not be returning to any of these restaurants of this is the example of how they train their franchise owners. I ordered pickup because I work 5 minutes away and not only was my meal ice cold, only received 18 of the 20 shrimp that was supposed to come in my meal, half of those 18 were just chunks of shrimp, I asked for ranch for my boyfriends meal and was CHARGED for it, I asked again when I was there, they assured me it was in there and got back and ended up paying for a ranch I never got. ALSO the service was ridiculous. I came in and the hostess asked if I wanted to be seated and i told her that I was picking up an order and she said okay and walked away. Walking into Beef O Bradys felt like walking into a warehouse ,cold, clinical, echoey. They did have huge banks of TVs playing sports, but it still felt like watching sports at the doctors office. The staff was friendly, Maybe a little too friendly as a young lady kept sucking face with her boyfriend every time she walked by him. Food is uninspiring, the steak quesadilla was salty and the spinach artichoke dip was thick and gloppy. Kind of like a thickened gruel. I thought too many chips for the amount, but I had trouble eating what was there. And there were 2 of us . Maybe it's supposed to be a spread? Well we had really good service from Allison, but had to wait an hour for our food. The place is slammed! They have a huge menu and that might be part of the problem. I did have time to count all their tv's. A total of 27. So sports watching will be great here. And they have 6 waitresses, one hostess, I think 3 bartenders. Don't say I waste my time just sitting around. I feel bad for all the young waitresses apologizing to everyone for the slow service. Some look like they are about to cry. So we took our grandkids back to Beefs last night again for dinner. We live close to this Beefs so it's easy to get to. Apparently they don't read the reviews on Yelp or if they do they choose to ignore them. The food remains mediocre and the service is terribly slow. I ordered a wrap with the homemade pub chips. The wrap was okay but the pub chips were undercooked and horrible. When our waitress came by our table I tried to tell her but she zoomed by so fast I did not get to speak. I had to ask twice for a refill on my drink, and she never refilled my wifes drink. I travel for work so I have the opportunity to visit several different Beefs. We visited this place last night looking for a good french dip sandwich. My wife and I each ordered one. Hers was about 40% pure fat; mine was a little better. The au jus was so diluted it was tan in color. The curly fries were very tired and the wife's cole slaw was several days past its prime. We had to ask three tmes to get silverware. And when the waitress cleared the table, a few napkins fell on the floor where they remained while we paid our bill and left. On a brighter note, they had the new bourbon beer that was remarkably good. It had a very complex taste that excited the taste buds. That will not be enough to bring us back though. read more

Pretty disappointed. Great food but terrible customer service. We ordered from Bite Squad and the food came missing 1 kids meal. When I called to ask about the meal. The manager Tim was quick to say "That's the problem with these meal delivery services, you have to call them , the driver is supposed to check to see that the order is correct, but yeah it's here", then we got disconnected. After attending a funeral today, stopped with family to eat. Served wrong wings, but told to eat until correct ones came out. We sent wings back, undercooked, tasted bad. Correct wings came out and started to eat, found these wings were raw on inside. Sent them back. My son went to bathroom and threw up all his food. I have been coming to this Beef's regularly and I cant say enough good things about it. The staff is just amazing. They are so nice and are the main reason I keep coming back. They finally got rid of the ones that were falling apart so badly they snagged your clothes, but thoughts are it doesn't cost that much for some outside tables! Pretzels with cheese dip were great! Worth ordering as an appetizer. The shrimp and steak fajitas were spectacular! The boneless chicken wings were horrifyingly awful- never order them-save yourselves. The waitress was sweet and very polite. Our food order for boneless wings came out as regular wings and had to be redone. Then the kitchen made them wrong a second time. Finally, on the third try they got it right, but they were terrible. I live nearby and sometimes I walk over. The owner is a really nice guy. The service is usually pretty good. Sometimes I feel like they forgot about me, especially when I sit outside. Other than a few times of that happening, the servers are very nice and helpful. This is my go-to place to grab a beer and eat some wings, however the food isn't THAT great. You can tel that it is "chain restaurant food" but they are making progress in better quality with some of their food items. Wings are very good and they usually have a great beer selection. I'd typically rate a place like this as 3 stars, but since I come here often, I see how the management and the staff works, they are hard workers and they seem to care about their customers. Every now and then they have a hiccup in their service, but no big deal... I've never been to a restaurant that doesn't? I'd recommend this Beefs over any other one I've been to. Look, this is a standard franchise sports bar type in a supermarket shopping plaza. It will never be a 5 star go to but it is convenient and when they are on top of their game, a solid 3 star for food and ambience. With what they pay staff at these places, their quality rests with the manager and/or supervisor and certainly you should let them know if service is not good or conversely, you have had good service.Last time there I had basic angus burger and it was cooked and served perfectly with fries (not that great but serviceable. Wife had a chicken salad platter that was also perfect for the price. my friends and I went to this restaurant at 9:20pm. place was empty. there was one person at the bar. we went ahead sat at the booth. waited for a few minutes and a server name Natalie came to the table and took our order. she was pleasant. she took our drink order. we waited for a while to receive our drinks. I noticed that the bartender Caroline was arguing with a person at the bar. She was more interested in arguing with that person than preparing our drinks. so i asked her for our drinks and she replied rudely. she was nasty. She said you got a problem,talk to the owner his name is Tim. Seems like the employees were more interested in their conversation then customers. Food was good. I hope owner realizes that good food alone does not make a great restaurant, service is also as important. I am also in a business and I know how important customer service is.
