Every interaction felt sincere. When my iced tea got low, he'd quietly bring me a fresh one before I had to ask, and he looked almost apologetic that it had gotten low at all. He had this way of making it feel like he was personally hosting us and genuinely wanted us to be comfortable. There was a little bit of endearing newness, too. Instead of silently making things happen, he'd stop by to let us know our appetizer would be out before the steaks, just because he wanted to keep us informed. It wasn't inexperience so much as someone who really cared about doing a good job. The store itself is small but it's quiet considering it's attached to their actual production area. My only regret is not coming when my freezer was low.
