    Beech bramble.

Beech was a solid poolside bar at the Signia Hilton at Bonnet Creek. It is pricey for cocktails, so if you order a couple of signature drinks from their menu along with an appetizer or sandwich, you'll spend at least $80 with tip. But for the food, it's satisfying. The chicken quesadilla and burger are really good, and satisfied the hunger pangs I had on Monday and Wednesday respectively. The cocktails were hit or miss with the Beach Bramble (a take on the Blackberry Bramble) not being as good as it read on the menu, while the Espresso slush, that had beluga noble vodka, Kelvin's coffee, luxardo espresso liqueur, and baileys on top. was refreshing despite the fact I drank too quickly and it gave me brain freeze. It is convenient if you're going to be hanging out around the poolside, and they do deliver drinks and food to your cabana chair if you're needing such. But again, it's expensive so don't rely on Beech to order multiple drinks without quickly having a $100-plus bill.

Had a fabulous lunch poolside at this restaurant located at the Signia by Hilton hotel. The service was attentive and fast. The atmosphere was joyful as it is right next to the pool and the lazy river. The poolside cheeseburger was absolutely amazing and it was freshoff the grill. The Lobster roll was absolutely fabulous. The sauce that they put on it was wonderful and it is served in a fresh toasted and buttered bun. It was a delight and extremely full of lobster. They also have a full bar with frozen drinks as well as beers and cocktails. I would definitely come again.

Ordered a few rounds of drinks here while enjoying the amenities on a Day Pass. A good variety of drink choices. I stuck to a well drink, tequila with juice. My best friend ordered the Ropa Vieja tacos and she enjoyed them. Good presentation, looks like it could have had a bit more meat. Had an issue with our check when the Bartenders switched shifts. Our tab was closed out with tip included yet they couldn't find our receipt. Super weird. After that didn't keep the tab open. Otherwise it was just Ok.

Beech is delicious. We stay at Signia several times a year, loyally. The poolside food is something we look forward to. (My only complaint - in this current moment - is they no longer have tables out by the pool and we are having to feast on our towels and chairs. Not functional. Bring the tables back ) Otherwise, everyone should order a pitcher or margs, the Farmer's Salad with chicken, and the tuna tacos. Nothing disappoints. And I can say that with integrity as someone who has enjoyed most of the menu at some point.

For the convenience of not having to leave the hotel or pool area, the food wasn't bad at all. On this day, we didn't see any servers around but after some digging was able to order pickup on the website. We just wanted a little snack so shared the Beech Tuna Tacos and got little man the chicken fingers with fries and fruit. When time came, I just walked over to the bar area where they placed pickup orders at the end of the bar. It still wasn't there when I got there but didn't wait too much longer. Everything was packaged neatly with all of the fixings and utensils needed. I was surprised by how good the food was. The chicken and fries were nice and crisp and the tacos were very flavorful. No additional seasoning needed. Next time we stay at this hotel, will def try some of their other menu items.

The Mahi Sandwich was good. I suggest getting the Garlic Butter & Herb Fries. Otherwise, you just have regular fries like any other place. But the Garlic Butter & Herb Fries make it better. And the Caribbean Colada is good too. You'll have two. But be careful. It'll sneak up on you. You won't taste a thing.

Beech is very good, as pool-side bars/restaurants go. We had gotten to our cabana at 9:00 AM; and, we knew that Beech didn't open until 11:00 AM; but, we had skipped breakfast (not being informed that it was included in our rate!) and we were hungry. As soon as we could, we ordered the Beech Seared Tuna Tacos a mixed bucket of beers; and, we soon were in a blissful state. The tacos were very tasty, with fresh ingredients; and, the tuna was perfect. Later, our daughter and her friend each ordered the Quesadillas; and, I got the Chicken Wings, while my wife opted for a healthier meal and a Watermelon Mint Mojito. Service was good, quick, and professional, although we did lose track of our server throughout the day. The chairs outside have little flags to put up so people can indicate when they need service; ours did not. We've stayed in other cabanas that had lights to indicate when you wanted a server to stop by; but, these did not. We just had to wait for whenever he felt like stopping by.

I got the blackened salmon which came with green beans and roasted tomatoes. The salmon itself was nice, the blackened seasoning was good, had a good kick to it as well. The salmon itself was a little overcooked for my taste but it was a nice piece of fish overall. The green beans on the other hand were both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Some of the beans were a pale olive and were super over done, some were bright green and basically raw. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but this was definitely not a job well done. Also they gave me like three cherry tomatoes they probably could have done a little bit better with the quantity in that department. For the price they're charging the food should be a lot more consistent. I give it two and a half stars rounded up to three because I did like the guy that was playing the guitar and singing and the atmosphere was fairly decent. As far as food goes, big overpriced dud, steer clear.

At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. Fortunately, I discovered the hidden button in the bottom-right corner, written in 8-point Times New Roman. At last, I reached the altar containing the legendary treasure chest. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.

Our server was as good as any flight crew could be and the aviation artifacts atmosphere was in step with a museum. I'll land here again soon.

When we ordered, we were also told they offer a military discount, which was definitely a nice surprise. After ordering, we were shown to our table and luckily there were enough seats for our whole family because the place was pretty busy. We went with the Butcher Board and got the street corn and sweet tots for our sides. The pulled pork, prime brisket, and smoked chicken were all cooked really well. I thought the meat could have used a little more seasoning, but they have a self-serve BBQ sauce station with different sauces, so we tried a few of those and they definitely helped add some extra flavor. The ordering process is simple, you place your order with the cashier at the front. During the dinner rush, expect a long line, but it moves at a steady pace. If you visit during off peak hours, ordering is much quicker. After placing your order, you find a table, and a server brings your food directly to you. For our meal, we ordered: Ribs - They had a rich smoky flavor with a perfectly seasoned dry rub, and the barbecue sauce added just the right amount of sweetness and tang. Brisket - The brisket was cooked perfectly with a flavorful bark on the outside and a moist, tender center. Every bite was packed with smoky goodness and melted in your mouth. Sliced Turkey - The sliced turkey was surprisingly moist and full of flavor. It had a light smoky taste and was anything but dry, making it an excellent choice alongside the other meats. What impressed me most was how quickly our food arrived, even with the restaurant being busy. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, the dining area was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The last time I visited, I was already inside, stepped out briefly to make a phone call, and was refused re-entry while several men walked right in without issue. Bonus points to the bouncer for telling my friends, "Your parents should be very proud of who they raised," because they had the audacity to point out that leaving a woman outside alone at night with no coat wasn't exactly appropriate. Still one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've ever had. It's impressive how one employee can make people swear they'll never come back. Nothing says "great security staff" like refusing re-entry to a woman who was already inside while continuing to wave men through the door. Absolute 0/10.
