Surprisingly not bad, especially for a hotel pool shack. I got the lobster roll with garlic butter & herb fries, and a slice key lime pie to go. Lobster roll was delicious, tender and delicious with no shell pieces. Garlic fries were pretty great as well. Only thing is it might've been a touch salty. If there was a way to add less salt, but keep that garlic and buttery flavor, wish they could do that as there's plenty going on with it. Food is pricy here, even if you have a bit of daily credit, but I suppose that's the price of convenience. read more

Beech was a solid poolside bar at the Signia Hilton at Bonnet Creek. It is pricey for cocktails, so if you order a couple of signature drinks from their menu along with an appetizer or sandwich, you'll spend at least $80 with tip. But for the food, it's satisfying. The chicken quesadilla and burger are really good, and satisfied the hunger pangs I had on Monday and Wednesday respectively. The cocktails were hit or miss with the Beach Bramble (a take on the Blackberry Bramble) not being as good as it read on the menu, while the Espresso slush, that had beluga noble vodka, Kelvin's coffee, luxardo espresso liqueur, and baileys on top. was refreshing despite the fact I drank too quickly and it gave me brain freeze. It is convenient if you're going to be hanging out around the poolside, and they do deliver drinks and food to your cabana chair if you're needing such. But again, it's expensive so don't rely on Beech to order multiple drinks without quickly having a $100-plus bill. read more

Had a fabulous lunch poolside at this restaurant located at the Signia by Hilton hotel. The service was attentive and fast. The atmosphere was joyful as it is right next to the pool and the lazy river. The poolside cheeseburger was absolutely amazing and it was freshoff the grill. The Lobster roll was absolutely fabulous. The sauce that they put on it was wonderful and it is served in a fresh toasted and buttered bun. It was a delight and extremely full of lobster. They also have a full bar with frozen drinks as well as beers and cocktails. I would definitely come again. read more

Ordered a few rounds of drinks here while enjoying the amenities on a Day Pass. A good variety of drink choices. I stuck to a well drink, tequila with juice. My best friend ordered the Ropa Vieja tacos and she enjoyed them. Good presentation, looks like it could have had a bit more meat. Had an issue with our check when the Bartenders switched shifts. Our tab was closed out with tip included yet they couldn't find our receipt. Super weird. After that didn't keep the tab open. Otherwise it was just Ok. read more

We were staying at the Signia and while at the pool decided to order from here. It was honestly some of the best food we've had all trip and the prices were actually decent compared to the other restaurants at the hotel. We did have to wait a couple hours for our food, but our waitress handled it amazingly and didn't make us pay. She deserves a raise. read more

Beech is delicious. We stay at Signia several times a year, loyally. The poolside food is something we look forward to. (My only complaint - in this current moment - is they no longer have tables out by the pool and we are having to feast on our towels and chairs. Not functional. Bring the tables back ) Otherwise, everyone should order a pitcher or margs, the Farmer's Salad with chicken, and the tuna tacos. Nothing disappoints. And I can say that with integrity as someone who has enjoyed most of the menu at some point. read more

For the convenience of not having to leave the hotel or pool area, the food wasn't bad at all. On this day, we didn't see any servers around but after some digging was able to order pickup on the website. We just wanted a little snack so shared the Beech Tuna Tacos and got little man the chicken fingers with fries and fruit. When time came, I just walked over to the bar area where they placed pickup orders at the end of the bar. It still wasn't there when I got there but didn't wait too much longer. Everything was packaged neatly with all of the fixings and utensils needed. I was surprised by how good the food was. The chicken and fries were nice and crisp and the tacos were very flavorful. No additional seasoning needed. Next time we stay at this hotel, will def try some of their other menu items. read more

Best Ranch ever. I would eat here just for the ranch. The tacos were good and had some spice. The salads which are the same as Harvest are mighty delicious. But for real- try the ranch. read more

Beech is very good, as pool-side bars/restaurants go. We had gotten to our cabana at 9:00 AM; and, we knew that Beech didn't open until 11:00 AM; but, we had skipped breakfast (not being informed that it was included in our rate!) and we were hungry. As soon as we could, we ordered the Beech Seared Tuna Tacos a mixed bucket of beers; and, we soon were in a blissful state. The tacos were very tasty, with fresh ingredients; and, the tuna was perfect. Later, our daughter and her friend each ordered the Quesadillas; and, I got the Chicken Wings, while my wife opted for a healthier meal and a Watermelon Mint Mojito. Service was good, quick, and professional, although we did lose track of our server throughout the day. The chairs outside have little flags to put up so people can indicate when they need service; ours did not. We've stayed in other cabanas that had lights to indicate when you wanted a server to stop by; but, these did not. We just had to wait for whenever he felt like stopping by. read more

Food menu is upgraded bar food but flavors do not match the expectations. I am not saying it bad by any means but I have certainly had been for much less. Part of the cost is certainly the view and convenience of being by the pool. Service was great and very accommodating to kids. read more

Beech better have my wings. And they did! A yummy lunch today included huckleberry lemonade in my insulated cup, buffalo wings and garlic & herb fries. This is a nice casual poolside place for lunch. It wasn't busy at all, so the service was good. The food was what I expected, basic bar fare. Nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. All-round good stuff. A solid 3 stars. read more

We wanted a quick bite of lunch and a beer poolside and this definitely fit the bill! Rick took great care of us and was super friendly. We shared the Cuban sandwich with fries -- based on Rick's suggestion -- and added a side salad. place is by pool...beyond that...way over priced...poor service. we sat down...no one showed up to take order. went to bar...good bartender. took our order and then waited an hour. bar tender gave us free drinks since it took forever....food showed up cold...tastless...right out off a freezer...nothing special here...lobster roll tasted like cinamon...no flavor...i got the nasty mahi wanna be sandwich. so much for paying a ton to stay there...useless. read more

The bartender was so sweet and the drinks were tasty. Also, the food was delicious. We got the empanadas and the guacamole and chips.

This place is a disgusting mess. The pool people take it over and throw trash everywhere. Meals are served slowly in single use plastic containers. Walk over to the pool restaurant at the Waldorf. read more
