Beech bramble.
Jeff N.

Beech was a solid poolside bar at the Signia Hilton at Bonnet Creek. It is pricey for cocktails, so if you order a couple of signature drinks from their menu along with an appetizer or sandwich, you'll spend at least $80 with tip. But for the food, it's satisfying. The chicken quesadilla and burger are really good, and satisfied the hunger pangs I had on Monday and Wednesday respectively. The cocktails were hit or miss with the Beach Bramble (a take on the Blackberry Bramble) not being as good as it read on the menu, while the Espresso slush, that had beluga noble vodka, Kelvin's coffee, luxardo espresso liqueur, and baileys on top. was refreshing despite the fact I drank too quickly and it gave me brain freeze. It is convenient if you're going to be hanging out around the poolside, and they do deliver drinks and food to your cabana chair if you're needing such. But again, it's expensive so don't rely on Beech to order multiple drinks without quickly having a $100-plus bill.

Had a fabulous lunch poolside at this restaurant located at the Signia by Hilton hotel. The service was attentive and fast. The atmosphere was joyful as it is right next to the pool and the lazy river. The poolside cheeseburger was absolutely amazing and it was freshoff the grill. The Lobster roll was absolutely fabulous. The sauce that they put on it was wonderful and it is served in a fresh toasted and buttered bun. It was a delight and extremely full of lobster. They also have a full bar with frozen drinks as well as beers and cocktails. I would definitely come again.

Ropa Vieja Tacos

Ordered a few rounds of drinks here while enjoying the amenities on a Day Pass. A good variety of drink choices. I stuck to a well drink, tequila with juice. My best friend ordered the Ropa Vieja tacos and she enjoyed them. Good presentation, looks like it could have had a bit more meat. Had an issue with our check when the Bartenders switched shifts. Our tab was closed out with tip included yet they couldn't find our receipt. Super weird. After that didn't keep the tab open. Otherwise it was just Ok.

Farmer's Salad with Chicken

Beech is delicious. We stay at Signia several times a year, loyally. The poolside food is something we look forward to. (My only complaint - in this current moment - is they no longer have tables out by the pool and we are having to feast on our towels and chairs. Not functional. Bring the tables back ) Otherwise, everyone should order a pitcher or margs, the Farmer's Salad with chicken, and the tuna tacos. Nothing disappoints. And I can say that with integrity as someone who has enjoyed most of the menu at some point.

Beech Tuna Tacos - the tomatillo sauce is delicious

For the convenience of not having to leave the hotel or pool area, the food wasn't bad at all. On this day, we didn't see any servers around but after some digging was able to order pickup on the website. We just wanted a little snack so shared the Beech Tuna Tacos and got little man the chicken fingers with fries and fruit. When time came, I just walked over to the bar area where they placed pickup orders at the end of the bar. It still wasn't there when I got there but didn't wait too much longer. Everything was packaged neatly with all of the fixings and utensils needed. I was surprised by how good the food was. The chicken and fries were nice and crisp and the tacos were very flavorful. No additional seasoning needed. Next time we stay at this hotel, will def try some of their other menu items.

Caribbean Colada

The Mahi Sandwich was good. I suggest getting the Garlic Butter & Herb Fries. Otherwise, you just have regular fries like any other place. But the Garlic Butter & Herb Fries make it better. And the Caribbean Colada is good too. You'll have two. But be careful. It'll sneak up on you. You won't taste a thing.

Beech is very good, as pool-side bars/restaurants go. We had gotten to our cabana at 9:00 AM; and, we knew that Beech didn't open until 11:00 AM; but, we had skipped breakfast (not being informed that it was included in our rate!) and we were hungry. As soon as we could, we ordered the Beech Seared Tuna Tacos a mixed bucket of beers; and, we soon were in a blissful state. The tacos were very tasty, with fresh ingredients; and, the tuna was perfect. Later, our daughter and her friend each ordered the Quesadillas; and, I got the Chicken Wings, while my wife opted for a healthier meal and a Watermelon Mint Mojito. Service was good, quick, and professional, although we did lose track of our server throughout the day. The chairs outside have little flags to put up so people can indicate when they need service; ours did not. We've stayed in other cabanas that had lights to indicate when you wanted a server to stop by; but, these did not. We just had to wait for whenever he felt like stopping by.

I was very much looking forward to dining here, but was not prepared for how much it would exceed my expectations!!! The food is amazing. Fried chicken was some of the best I've ever tasted, crispy outside and moist inside. The mashed potatoes were delicious and creamy (get them topped with cheese and bacon!) and my drink was on point. Although my wife's peach sangria might have been the better choice Our server, Alyssa, could teach a masterclass on serving! Funny, engaging, never had to ask for anything....always attentive and on top of everything! Bravo Alyssa!!! Will DEFINITELY be back on our next trip to Disney! When I walk in here, I genuinely feel like I'm with my neighbors. It's a very welcoming environment. I often visit homecomin and sit at the bar, but the other day I managed to snag a reservation and was excited to take my boyfriend who hadn't been. Their menu has changed a bit in the last 6 years, but their fried chicken has stayed amazing. I got the fried chicken entree with some bacon (added at my request) Mac n cheese. I was not let down, they did an excellent job. I don't usually eat fried chicken, but this place always delivers. My boyfriend ordered the pot roast (which I believe is relatively new), and it was very good, although it was a little dry on the inside, but when we told our server he took it very seriously and said he'd relay it back to the kitchen. The manager was also walking around table to table, asking if there was anything anyone needed. We also got drinks which, as always, were very good. I'll be coming back to this place for a very long time, and I'm excited to see what other menu items the introduce in the future!

The Vibe: Located in Disney Springs, this spot has a lively, energetic atmosphere and feels like a great break from the crowds. One of the better value spots at Disney Springs--especially if you time it right. We got lucky and arrived during the last 10 minutes of happy hour, which includes $2 off all well drinks and beers, plus $8 bar bites. Drinks: I ordered a Crooked Can Florida Sunshine Mango Lager (one of my favorites), and my husband had the Banana Painkiller, which he absolutely loved. Service: Our server, Josh, was fantastic--attentive without being overbearing and gave great recommendations that we're so glad we followed. Service like that really elevates the whole experience. What We Ordered: * Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks * Tuna Nachos * Scorpion Burger Standout Bite: The Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks completely stole the show. Crispy, creamy, and wildly addictive. They're served with a delicious firecracker sauce and have the perfect mix of textures--creamy rangoon filling, gooey mozzarella, and a crispy panko coating. Entrées: The tuna nachos were fresh and flavorful, and the scorpion burger was just as solid. Both dishes were well-executed and satisfying. We left already talking about what we want to try next time. Pro tip: Try to hit happy hour--it's a great way to try more of the menu without breaking the bank.

Everything was genuinely really good--flavorful, filling, and exactly what you want when you're craving solid barbecue and comfort food. The ordering setup is a little different at first. You hop in line and order like a walk-up spot, then they give you a pager and have you grab a table marked "reserved." It sounds chaotic, especially when it's packed, but it actually worked. We found a table pretty quickly, and once we sat down, it shifted into more of a sit-down experience. A server came by with sauces, checked on us, and brought out the food and drinks. It's one of those places that looks busy (because it is), but runs smoothly and delivers good food without the stress. Definitely worth it if you're in the area.

Some of my favorites include: Golden Road Hefeweizen, North Coast Red Seal Ale, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA, Stone Delicious IPA, Golden Road Mango Cart or North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner. Honestly they are all pretty good! MY wife always goes for a cocktail. She loves the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, and adds Tito's to it and make it a cocktail and will always do a double for around $3-4 more! For food we always go for the large pretzel with cheese and mustard. Its a great price, really large, served warm, its soft and salty and served with cheese and mustard. You can ask for a second cup of either for no additional cost. In the last year, they have changed their charcuterie board and I personally prefer the previous version but this one is also really good. It now comes with Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Mt Tam Brie, Midnight Moon Goat Cheese, Sopressata Salami, Sliced Bresaola, Blueberry Compote, Onion Jam, and Bread and Butter Pickles with Lavash. Their last food item is the "Avenue Chips" which is House-made Ranch Kettle Chips served with Beer Cheese Fondue. Not a great portion for the price but these are ok, I would say get the pretzel instead. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack, just a great atmosphere. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and it's not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. ACES!
