The restaurant had an open concept with large glass doors that were open to the pool deck, they also had out side tables that you could opt to sit at, with the kitchen opposite of the bar. I started with the Pinchos Shrimp & Barbados Wings. Both were DELICOUS! Mason was extremely attentive and friendly - he continually checked on everyone at the bar & assisted guests at the walk up window that was pool side.
