(Over $800) Then they returned on the next Monday to repair the damaged toilet flanges and reinstall the toilets after cutting a hole in my living room ceiling. That they did not repair. At the end of the day they gave me a bill for $1300 for reinstalling the toilets they had ripped out. And the pipe was still not cleaned so it was going to cost an additional $1900 to new clean outs and snake the pipe. this is insane. Do not hire.

Self-purchased the two toilets at Lowe's and used their installer, thinking this is a simple job, a 3rd party contractor from Lowe's should be able to handle it. Bad idea. The installer from Lowe's was incompetent, and (almost certainly) damaged at least one, if not both flanges. Told Lowe's to go home... Found Cassell here on Yelp. Long story short; from initial call-out to complete resolution, less than 48 hours from start to finish, the plumber they sent out, a cat named Greg R., was exceptionally good. Thoroughly explained everything, showed me exactly what he was doing every step of the way, super-clean, highly professional. Could not possibly have had a better experience (except for the price, but considering they ran circles around Lowe's, it was worth it...) Don't use Lowe's, they're a slow-motion train wreck. She assured me that John can look and if needs to be fixed he will do that right there and then. 11/21/25, John came to my house, checking and claiming that my kitchen Faucet has to be replaced, when the leak was from the pull up/down section of the faucet (passed snap on connect). This by itself is fraud and deception. John also said he would run it with my warrantee company and let me know my portion of the cost. However, he added that Choice would possibly pay for builder's grade faucet and install at no cost to me. Then they abandoned the service call for the next few days. 11/25, I called and Jenna(e)? gave me three different to cost me. I asked for the estimate/ proposed billed be emailed to me. She said, "we do not do that." I asked, I need a detailed estimate before work. She refused. I asked to speak with Pamela, she also refused. But I agreed to buy my own faucet for John to replace and set up appt. for 11/28/25 - 9:00AM to 1:00. 11/26 she called me to say that they would not do it, it would cost me $2005. Then said $325.00, then said Choice would pay for $190 and I have to pay $205. I again asked for estimate, bill.. be emailed. she refused; speaking with Pamela was refused, return my initial service visit fee, she refused.... Then she hung up. She called Choice to say that I was rude and uncooperative. Sadly for Jenna, Pamela and the entire company, MY CALLS Get recorded. Even though they all claim emergency service, Bradley was the only ones to answer my call. They sent out a team first thing in the morning and had my water line fixed in less than 30 minutes. One thing that concerned me was that when I asked how much I owed the guys who fixed my pipe said the office would bill me. I was expecting a large bill but was surprised by a reasonable cost of little more than a hundred dollars. Overall, Bradley provided quick and quality work for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

I called Busy B out to take a look at my shower. The shower drain pipe had fallen away from the…read moreshower drain and I had the water draining out onto my slab underneath the fiberglass shower. The entire shower had to be removed and replaced. It turned into a somewhat complicated job, but they came out and got the job done. Despite the very hard working and polite plumber that was sent out to do the repair, I wasn't really happy with the work that had been done. I contacted the owner and emailed him pictures of the job and let him know I wasn't totally satisfied with the results. To my complete astonishment, the owner promptly called me back and agreed that it was unacceptable. He sent plumbers out to correct the issue and reworked the shower to my satisfaction. What was incredible, was that they ended up having to spend several extra days in labor and materials in order to complete the job and make a happy customer out of me. They did so with no fuss whatsoever. When I factored up the extra labor hours and materials they had to go through, I realized they actually took a loss to finish the job to my satisfaction. To say I was blown away is an understatement. I have not seen a business owner value his reputation above making a dollar in a very long time. It speaks volumes about how the business is run and it was incredibly refreshing to see that even in today's world there are still people of such integrity. I don't normally bother writing positive reviews but I was so humbled by the experience I felt I had to do something to pay back the business. It was honestly a surreal experience. I would recommend this business to anyone and I will certainly call them back out again if I ever have the need.

After a couple days I had to call to find out where the estimate was. They called me back and said they would have it to me by that afternoon after the weekend on monday. Monday came and I had to call and was told the guy who came was sick. Tuesday I called agian, mostly cause we payed $55 dollars, and asked for my money back as I had never even gotten the estimate. The owner got flustered and by the end of the day I was emailed a quote a week after they had come. So I went to call them to set it up. It was extremely expensive and then in talking to the owner what he was quoting us on was wrong like he never talked to the guy who came to our home.
