Sure she recommended serum and I bought it, but what grew back, she destroyed. I did my research and sure enough it is highly recommended NOT to have group lashes glued to your lashes. I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back. I just say "Buyer Beware!" Unfortunately single lashes is not what fell out, so I strongly disagree.

She was very friendly and understanding when I'd explained that all of my lashing appointments w/Amazing (at varying locations) had been very positive, however, obviously something went wrong (glue maybe?) last month as a one-off. I won't disclose specifically what she offered me but it was essentially in good faith and I felt it was more than fair. Needless to say, she was able to schedule me for following day (today, 6/23) at 9am with Sam for a full set (I opted to add on the 6D Volume enhancements also)! Sam was a doll and knows her craft very well. NOTE: She's not "green" in any sense as a Eyelashing Technician; in fact, she helped open the main Phoenix location as a start-up several years ago! Anyhoo, since it was a full set and the 6D volume factor in play, it did take a little longer than it normally would - but... TOTALLY WORTH IT!! I am happy w/her work and great results, folks. There was no apology for the inconvenience. The service itself did not meet expectations. My eyebrows were not done well and I had to fix them myself at home. My lash extensions began falling out the same day, and within 3-4 days most of them were gone. Some lashes were poking my eye and the glue caused irritation and burning. When I reached out, I was initially told I could come back in, but I was unable to get a response when trying to schedule. After multiple follow-ups, communication was inconsistent. At no point was there a clear acknowledgment of the inconvenience or outcome of the service. No apology. I paid $175 including tip and did not receive results that lasted more than a few days. She did give me a partial refund back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking here.
