The only way to schedule is via text, and it takes 2-3 texts to get a response. The excuse was that her child was sick. I was finally able to schedule an appointment for lip blushing, and the morning of the procedure she texted to cancel- again with the excuse of a sick child. We rescheduled, and once again she cancelled because of a sick child. I finally had to cancel the appointment and ask her to refund my deposit. So disappointing that she wasted my time when I could have made the appointment with someone who wants and values the business.

She is my first lash artist and will be my only one I have! I was very nervous before getting my first set since I sometimes wear contacts and glasses and I had also heard some crazy stories about lash extensions! She made me feel at ease once I had talked to her about my concerns and after the first set she did on me I was hooked! Jen has different lashes to choose from and in the 2 years I have tried flat lashes, classic lashes and flat lashes. Flat lashes are my favorite sets! It was my first set and it is the set I am currently wearing! She is the best lash artist in Scottsdale! Lashes aren't the only service I have gotten from Jen either! She has given me a couple dermaplane facials and I absolutely loved them! It's a very relaxing experience and it makes your skin feel super soft! I also love that she uses Dermalogica for her facials. I love their products and now currently use them at home!

Wow, Theresa is SUCH A GEM and a true expert in lash extensions (she also trains others in her…read moremethods). I can say that she is extremely meticulous and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your new lashes! She knew exactly the type of look I was going for to enhance the natural shape of my eye and perfect for a beach getaway (where you don't want to have apply mascara everyday)! She gave me the most beautiful natural lashes, but she can also do more of a bold look. She is very versatile so just show her pictures of what you're going for and she'll make it happen. I also love that she only uses Feather Lashes, which feel so light, you barely notice you have them on! They lasted through a two-week vacation in Mexico (very humid climate) and three weeks later, they still look great! After the session, she took the time to send me all of the details about the lash extensions I received so I would know what to ask for if I needed it in the future. She even helped me track down an alternative to the medical grade eyelash shampoo she recommended at the last minute (specialized makeup remover for extensions) when I realized the one she suggested wouldn't arrive in time before I left for my vacation! And if that wasn't enough, she is the absolute sweetest person ever! She truly loves what she does, helping women feel and look even more beautiful. Highly recommend trying to schedule if you can as I'm not sure if she is taking many new clients these days!

Do yourself a favor to try Theresa's work. Her light weight lashes and quality products, her well-rounded skills and techniques, and her great care and gentleness will give your eyes a gorgeous look without damaging your real lashes. I had bad experiences when other artists clustered my real lashes making it very irritating since my real lashes couldn't grow out normally, put too much glue that the glue clumped up on my lashes and it took forever to get rid of, or used cheap quality lashes, which were too heavy for my real lashes making them fall out faster and grow slower because of damaged roots. Any troubles that you can think of. Sorry for my lengthy review but I hope you won't have to go through those issues like i did before you could find the artists who you can trust. Theresa is among a few of them. I highly recommend her.
