We had a great time during the appointment. We got things off on the right foot (insert sarcasm here) when I broke her table... Yep, put one butt cheek up on it and the whole thing came crashing down. She was so cool about it, even though I was super embarrassed. I'm fat, so I was blaming myself and she just kept telling me that it was a super old table and she needed to get a new one anyway. I'm pretty sure that I apologized ten times and she insisted it wasn't a big deal. I laid down on the couch in her waiting room and we used that to get things done, lol! The nails weren't cut and shaped even and the polish wasn't neat. It was similar with my friend who I also booked the appointment for. The color wore off within a day. We spent over $150 and it was disappointing that the color was gone within a day. Like the other reviews say -- this is a major factory. I was hoping to have a neighborhood salon that I could repeatedly go to. But this place isn't it. It's like a revolving door of customers. Ingo, however, provided excellent guidance on how to improve my brows in the long term, and made sure not to remove too much hair in spots that I needed to be patient and let grow in -- all while ensuring my brows looked beautiful! Her facial was also incredibly calming and enjoyable! She was very thorough about asking what products I use daily, and tailoring the skin services based on my routine and my skin's needs. The doctor I previously saw had left Westside Dermatology (in retrospect I can only assume it was to get away from Artnzen). When she walked in the room she didn't even look at my face and at no point even bothered to examine my face. She came in and just arrogantly announced "It's Rosacea." (a misdiagnosis from years before) and then argued with me about how she'd "been doing this for 34 years and she just knows." Welp, she doesn't fucking know. She then proceeded to tell me that there were alternative treatments which I explained have never worked. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment to occur in the middle of when I should be asleep for my graveyard shift and this woman wants to argue with me over 100 doxycycline. During this conversation I bring up a potentially permanent solution suggested by my first doctor - this doctor who gets me in my pajamas and raincoat because it's basically the middle of the night for me and raining says "ohh, I wouldn't suggest that treatment, it could expose you to hepatitis." I couldn't for the life of me understand why a skin treatment would expose me to Hep-C. I finally get home and take a nap before my shift and wake up realizing, not only did this shitty arrogant argumentative asshole misdiagnose me without even bothering to look, she *ALSO* accused me of being a fucking heroin junkie! I'm a very tired overworked operations engineer being accused by this self-righteous ignorant judgmental incompetent fool of a doctor of being a drug addled needle user. I then wait an hour in the Costco pharmacy line to receive a prescription for only 30 pills when the prescription was for 100. 100 would last me over a year. Now i get to waste my time 3 times this year and pay more money for a prescription I have been getting for years. She never bothered to look at my medical history, or my file, couldn't be bothered to even examine my skin -- the whole point of forcing me to come in for this appointment -- misdiagnoses not only my skin issues, but then argues about my treatment and then low key accuses me of being a heroin junkie. This is 110% the WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE. Icing on the cake?
