It was active, but not overly busy. The parking lot was jam packed, so I would recommend arrive before appointment time just in case you have to circle. Also I asked the gal doing the pedicure not to cut the big toenail much at all due to the problem with ingrown toenail. The left foot was good but she cut too short plus crooked on the right foot. Now I have a very sore toe. She nodded when I gave her the instructions but her English is very limited so she might not have understood. I really like it there but I can't go back.

She carefully trimmed away the broken pieces and shaped everything so well that you could hardly tell I had broken a nail. The entire pedicure was very relaxing. Hannah has such kind and gentle hands, and because there was no one else waiting for a service, she was able to take her time and really pay attention to the details. I was there for about an hour, and I never felt rushed. The salon was very clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the chairs were comfortable. I especially loved the smell of the exfoliant they use. Everyone was welcoming, and the overall experience felt calm and comfortable. I would definitely book with Hannah again for a pedicure. She did an amazing job, especially with my damaged toenails, and I left feeling like my toes had been completely saved. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was the person that took care of me today, and it seemed like she was on top of things, she did an excellent job with the pedicure. I believe she did pinch me once which hurt and I pulled my foot away. She realized that it had hurt, so she was very apologetic but she was good. Overall with the pedicure she accomplished was very good. It was the manicure that she did that was not good. I still have a lot of the extra skin on the side of my fingernails that could've been removed. She's not very good at a manicure is what I realized and without even asking me if I wanted them square or circular finger nails was the first downfall of it with the manicure. But then later, I told her I'd like them more round, because she was giving me square square. But she did her job and she did it good. The lotion they use to put on the hands is absolutely horrible. It smells terrible. I can't figure out what kind of sent it is but I'm getting home to wash it off you immediately. I didn't have enough money to leave her a great tip but I intend to go back and give her some more because she truly tried hard to do a great job, but I sort of felt a bit cheated with the part that they don't have circuit or fans to help dry out your basic manicure. And the other thing was they hardly said anything (like thank you for coming in hope you enjoyed the service... nothing to say please come back soon. Nothing of that sort, and not even like offering like a card. If you come in so many times. Even like it c e in a dozen times and you get the 13 month for free so I'm not quite sure if I will be back, but maybe I will just try to make sure that for what it's worth. They could at least try to also make the area of where the manicures are done A little more cleaner. We all are spending good money. They should be able to provide a clean area. When you go to sit down and the chairs are disgusting. I mean seriously. They need to be able to replace this cushions or the entire chairs with something. That's a little bit more comfortable and if you're going to have a fabric chair, you need to at least put plastic on it. So that way they're not soiled and you're able to clean them off because the all of disgusting and everybody's going and sitting on them with all kinds of stains. I don't know where the states have come from. But it looks pretty nasty. Altogether will I go back??? Thats a big maybe
