I have had issues with automatic running boards. I went to Wendle Ford the quote was $2539.10 to replace the whole running boards. They said you could not buy just the motors they gave me the part order #swhich incidentaly were just motors I found genuine Ford parts online. Beeline charged $170.00 to install Total job was $1050.00 This is why people should never go to a dealership!! Finding a good mechanic that you can trust is always a blessing. When we moved here about three years ago we had a break down with our Ford F250, being new to the area I took it to the big Ford place at the Y; after $1600 in diagnostics and repairs it broke down the next day, they hadn't fixed it. A coworker recommended Beeline automotive, I took my truck there, within one hour they had the problem correctly diagnosed and made the repair for $100. We have had our three vehicles in for a variety of repairs and services since then. The folks are friendly, tell us when something is needed, and more importantly when something is not needed. My experience started out by asking them for some info through there " contact us " on there webpage which I never got a response. When I called they said they could fit me in the next day which really meant drop your vehicle off and we'll get to it when we can. After a week I finally got my truck back and within 10 minutes I was having the same issue as before. I called and let them know about the problem and they again said drop it off the next day. After another week of them having my vehicle and a few calls later I realized that they hadn't worked on it and I said I was coming in to pick up my truck. A week later while I was driving 60 mph down the highway and the serpentine belt they just put on shredded and I lost all power steering. I called and let them know and was told to bring it in yet again and they would make it right. Instead I'm going to take my truck to another repair shop. I have lost all faith in Bee Line and will not be going to nor recommending them in the future. read more

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Bee Line Auto. Since my mother moved to Spokane she had been taking her car to them to be repaired. Our entire family has seen them ripping her off for years, but she did not believe us until a few months ago when we had to replace a large part on her car. After waiting nearly 4 days for them to do a diagnostic which they said would take only 1. They told her the part she needed would cost $350 ((just for the part alone)) This didn't seem right so we looked it up and the most expensive we could find the part for in Spokane BRAND NEW was $120! I was shocked! So was my mother. We ended up buying the part and providing it ourselves so they couldn't charge her for that. If you use Bee Line Auto, I suggest you double check ALL quotes they give you before you agree to pay. In my opinion they will take advantage of you if you don't know what you are doing. As for my mother, she will not be going there to get her cars fixed any longer. read more

I have to say Beeline Auto is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. As a single woman on a limited budget, they have been up front and honest with every repair my aging Honda CRV has needed. They are not afraid to diagnose a problem and give an estimate that they follow when the work is done. Their prices are fair, receipts are detailed, and I am confident the work is done correctly and completely. They work hard to get me into their busy schedule when I need them, and they are gracious and professional with me at all times.
