I don't know how to rate my experience. For several years I have used Bee Bustin who set up Bee traps on my property and check them and replace them monthly. So in the past I would have given them 5 stars. But I have been trying to contact them for now going on two months. The traps are still here but no one will answer their phone, return phone calls, emails or texts. All I get when I call is a text saying they are sorry they missed my call and will return it "soon" but sadly, soon never comes. It's so strange. I can't determine if they are even still in business. And I can't send them any money as a result. When I started with them they would leave an invoice or sorts letting you know they had come and replaced the trap. They stopped doing that for over a year. As I am not home when they would come this has made me uneasy. I've never heard of a company not providing a receipt or indication they did the job. I used to enjoy working with them and found them great. But now I am frustrated and very perplexed. It is as if something very tragic has happened to them. read more

AZ Pest recommended this company, advising possible discount if bus. referral mentioned. Requested service on a Saturday, set-up appt. Homeowner cancelled due to family issue, requested to reschedule. Day of rescheduled appt, technician calls & shows up ***7 hours*** ahead of scheduled time, says "I know I'm early, but I'm here now and I can just get this done instead of when we have the appointment, BECAUSE IT'S EASIER FOR ME, 'cause I have other appointments today, and other customers let me do whatever I want." Homeowner not available 7 hrs before scheduled appointment, told technician to vacate property. Called to reschedule and request different technician, appt set-up with owner to come on Saturday. Text msg from company on Sat -- can't make appointment, homeowner should call to reschedule another time. Homeowner called to reschedule, was told the owner does not work on our side of town. Can refer you to another company, unless you want to work with the cowboy. Declined to work with cowboy. Moving request to another company. We had a massive swarm show up yesterday and decide to settle on one of our small front ornamental trees. They were literally there one day just like that. Called Bee Bustin' in the AM and they said they'd be out by the day's end. When (I believe Justin) showed up, they left. My wife came out and showed him the picture she captured and he said it was a large swarm. Since they took off as fast as they came, he went around the entire permimeter (and even checked our fruit trees) to make sure they didn't go in the eves or the larger shade trees. Very nice, professional. I offered to pay him for the service call but he refused payment. Just said to keep him in mind if they come back. Tremendous service! read more

I did not use their Bee Bustin' service. I purchased Raw Honey in bulk and Bees Wax from these Wonderful Folks. I've dealt with them before and I knew their honey was Top Notch. All I can say is WOW! Awesome customer service and same-day appointment. We saw a wasp nest above our garage and I contacted Bee Bustin in the morning. They contacted me back and by the afternoon on the same day Justin was at our house removing that wasp nest and another one he found on the back side of our house under the roof tiles. He also kindly sprayed our pool with an all natural wasp killer which is harmless to humans but kills wasps as soon as they land on the pool. It has already killed 3 in the last hour! I am VERY impressed and I thank Justin and his company for the quick turn-around service. If we have anymore bee/wasp issues I know who to call! read more

I'm bummed about my service here. Not that they didn't do the job, but that they did a different job than I had asked. I reached out to Bee Bustin' specifically because they offer removal as opposed to termination. They asked to see a video to confirm removal was possible. I sent a video showing exactly where the bees were and they confirmed removal was possible and no bees would need to be harmed. Great! We had a plan! Now to be fair, when they arrived, I was in a meeting and my dad went outside to meet them. He told them to kill them and Bee Bustin' just went ahead and did so without checking with me, the person who scheduled them, had told them exactly what to do, and also paid for it in the end. I was very clear about my expectations and they just did a completely different thing. I understand my dad threw a wrench in things, but I feel I was very clear beforehand what was to be done, and he wasn't the one footing the bill. While this mishap can be explained away due to them speaking with someone else instead of me upon arrival, I definitely got the overall impression they don't actually care about saving bees when possible at all, which is the biggest thing I'm disappointed in and why I'm leaving this review. If you're looking to save the bees at your place instead of eradication, I'd look somewhere else! read more

The bees seem to like our neighborhood. Ive used Bee Bustin team twice and both times they were incredible. Jeremiah visited my house both times and he is a true professional that happily talks you through the problem and the remedies. My most recent visit my family was on vacation and I was alerted by my neighbor that I had a swam of bees in my irrigation box. I called bee bustin on Wednesday night at 9pm and the bee issue was handled by 10am the next morning. When I knew they were on it I was able to continue to enjoy my vacation without worries. We've had wasps in a tall palm tree in our backyard for a couple years now. We finally decided to find somebody to get rid of them. After an initial consultation with another company they recommended bee bustin because of the extent of the work. He had a buddy from a palm tree trimming company (which I didn't get the name of) who came out and completely cleared the palm tree with the wasps and later Justin came out and sprayed everywhere down to make sure to kill the wasps. Super affordable considering all going on right now with Covid-19 and very reliable. 10/10 recommend for any type of bee/wasp issue you may have read more

I had bees in my wall that came in through a pipe opening I didn't know about that they had discovered. They found a way into my bathroom, by which time I now knew about it. Sadly they'd also spent a few months building a honeycomb in my wall. That honeycomb -- it was big. Yeah yeah yeah. It wasn't small. No no no. On advice of my pest control guy, Tony from Godfather Pest Control, I called Bee Bustin. Tracy was happy to get a guy out that very same day. Jeremiah was that guy and he was not impressed with the bee colony that was eeringly terrifying to normal humans. He donned half a bee suit (top and face and hat) and went to work. A short time later the bees had all peacefully departed. The land of the living, but not the floor of the bathroom. He showed me outside where the honeycomb was (on the inside wall) and proposed coming back to remove it by removing the outside wall, removing the honeycomb, and returning the wall minus the honeycomb. How could I resist? Jeremiah called early the next business day (there was an intervening weekend in there) and we scheduled his return. He came. He took apart. He removed 20+ lbs of honeycomb (!!!) and put the wall back. His stucco job matched the existing stucco so all I have to do is paint. Which I will when it's no longer 110°F outside. I called Bee Bustin this morning at 8:00 a.m. since they are located in Marana. After explaining to Cari Lynn my bee situation in an outdoor shed, she scheduled a mid-afternoon appointment, but suggested I call back if my schedule had an opening earlier in the day. As it turned out, it did, so I called her back before 10. By 11:00, Jeremiah was here to remove my bees. The only problem was they weren't honey bees; they were aggressive Africanized bees that had to be destroyed. Jeremiah estimated there were 20,000+ bees and 150+ pounds of honeycombs! After he was finished, Jeremiah spent a great deal of time describing what he had done and suggested I demolish the old shed they had lived in to prevent future bees. He answered all of my questions and even showed me pictures of the honeycombs and dead bees. It terrifies me to think I was walking around my back yard with these deadly bees for a month! My small dog, grandson, and I could have been in real trouble if we had disturbed them. I so appreciate Cari Lynn's immediate response to my call and Jeremiah's help with this situation. (He even took care of two wasp nests under the eaves of my house, so he took care of everything!) I can't recommend Bee Bustin enough!!! read more

Had to make an after hours call to Bee Bustin to remove a hive near my back door. Guess their website says they don't do this anymore but I was using an old phone book. haha. Fortunately for me they had a bee tech available. Jeremiah arrived and was very professional. He even showed me a couple of hives he extracted to take to their bee farm. 2 thumbs up for that. He extracted a hive that was over 7 lbs. He successfully removed everything and I didn't see any bees around today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a bee issue. read more

Chris and his wife are absolutely amazing. We have a rental home in Red Rock Arizona and our tenant called and said there are bees everywhere outside the house. I called Cari Lynn and talked with her and they had the most amazing fast service that someone can ask for . They came out to the house and took lots of pictures so we knew what was going to be happening and what we had to do. Have a nice beautiful 5 foot hive was in our garage in between the walls the bees had gotten in through a cable box outside. They spend that evening removing it for us so that my tenant and her animals were safe. They went above and beyond for their job and they are so much appreciated and we highly recommend them. Just had a second bee swarm removed. 1st swarm moved on and another came and stayed. Called Bee Bustin 520-665-2337 (www.beebustinllc.com) for the second hive that setup behind a trash can in backyard. They are a local Bee Specialist and Honey Farm located in Picture Rock but service all of Tucson. They will remove the hive (no kill) and transplant to their Honey Farm. Very reasonable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use again. read more

We had the beginning stages of a hive in our cinder block wall (apparently the beginning stage means a few HUNDRED bees, yikes!). We called a few other places and they stated it would be about 600 dollars to exterminate the bees. I went to good ol' Facebook for suggestions and this company was recommended. I called and they were able to come out in a pretty timely manner for less then a third of the price other people quoted. And even better, I was told this company would try to do bee removal and relocation if the hive is accessible (unfortunately being tucked into the crevices of my wall did not make it accessible). Of course I will always support a company that will try to help save the bees! They definitely saved us, in money and stress. Also the gentleman who came out was extremely nice and personable. I've never used another bee removal company, and honestly, I don't think I'm going to deviate from this company in the future! read more

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Bee Bustin! Great service, great workmanship, and honest! Bee Bustin came out to my home on short notice to rid me of a major bee problem. Bee Bustin treated and removed two active hives for about 1/3 the price another company quoted me for the removal of one hive (The other company didn't find the second hive but Chris did).
