Had a bad ant problem and rats in the attic , got 2 different companies to take care of it but ants and rats were back in less than 2 months each time.Both companies had guaranteed their work and said they would come back if needed...well it was bs , both had a fee which wasn't mentioned in their guarantee...So I had given up and tried doing the job myself doing a few things I had found online,well it didn't go so good and ended up with a hole in my garage ceiling from where my leg had went through lol ... I was done I laid there drenched in sweat looking through the hole I see my gas tank I have for the lawn mower and start thinking about just burning the ant piles but most of them are up against the house and what would I do about the rats ...I didn't see if setting the ants on fire worked because the next day after I told a coworker what happened he said his nephew worked for this company Bedtime pest control ... I am currently a Property Manager. We currently have been experiencing a Roach issue in one of my buildings for at least a month I currently have a pest control contract with a current provider in which me nor my residents aren't pleased with Services every other day i am recieving emails regarding how one of their technicians were asked to fumigate and the spray is only making the roaches worst rather than eliminating them. When it comes to pest control i am finicky about choosing companies because most big name companies overcharge! and they send some one out to do half the work for a full charge of the service. So I took my chances with Bedtime Pest Control and this was the best decision i have made in a while when it comes to this type of situation especially with the rodent issues i was having. I highly Recommend this company I hired them because i have several homes i use for AirBNB purposes one of my homes i had my cleaning crew come out to do the normal and what do they find. I'll tell you what they find, a bedbug, i immediately got on the phone with several companies until Bedtime Pest Control quoted me a price i could not refuse. I hired bedtime pest control to service my hotel we had one particular room that had an really issue of course we all know what the natural issue was long story short I had them come out and these guys had my room free of that pest in about a week but they set up a couple follow ups to ensure that my issue was completely taken care of before using that allowing anyone to stay in it and for that i am forever grateful I currently use them as a regular service monthly because you never know if something like that happens again.
