They cradled me and made sure my medications are filled an always on time. They call you, they check and make sure you want to fill them at the same time, they educate you on your medications and possible side effects and interactions. Plus, sometimes? A shortage may be occurring on a particular medication and they will warn you so you can look for it somewhere else until they can get it in. You can feel love here. I was done with "big box pharmacies.!" I was tired of standing in line for hours or sitting out in my car for 45-minutes at a time to just pickup my medications. I was tired of coming home and my medication count being off! This "beautiful and caring group of people walk the last mile with you." It is business the way pharmacies should be." The staff and pharmacists are absolutely amazing after several visits they were calling me by my name when I arrived, they notify me when they receive my script, it's always ready on time and they always have what we need in stock and even if they don't you won't wait long. I recently had some dental work done and was over by their office, I stopped in just to see if they would fill it before driving home, they had just received the prescription but told me to wait 10 minutes and filled it immediately. If you are tired of dealing with the big box pharmacies which are getting harder and harder to find and deal with, you MUST give them a try you won't be disappointed. I called several times over the course of 3 days to confirm my prescription and I could tell they were super busy. The lady was very courteous. When I got there to pick up the medicine I could see how busy they really were. They still were very efficient. Great place to go for your medicines and just anything really.

This is the CVS that's located inside the Greenbrier area Target store…read more I chose this location because it's close to the office. Service is good but they're not always staffed well. Many times I've been here and there's only a single employee holding down the fort. Today I stopped in during my break to find they were closed for 30 minutes from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. However there were 3 people back there so was there really a reason to close instead of staggering their lunches? Oh well. It's better than nothing. I walked the store for a few minutes and came back and waited on the bench. Once they opened I was helped immediately and able to pick up my prescriptions and be on my way.

I spoke to the deli team member who said there would be fresh baguettes in the morning when the store opened. The store opened at 6 am. I arrived at 9 am looking for baguettes. None were made. I have been going here off and on for the past 58 years. I went to pick up a prescription on…read more12/27/25 and the price was 81 cents. When I said I was using cash, the price went up to 85 cents. I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. They do have a very nice "fountain" with delicious limeade and some cool items for those who want to shop there. UPDATE!!! Randi from Irwin's actually called me moments after I posted the review. She explained they did in fact round up when they should have rounded down. Therefore I have changed my stars and am very impressed that they called asap and offered to reimburse the change. This is a review for the pharmacy. We live super close so we've used this pharmacy on multiple…read moreoccasions. I've never had a good experience here but I haven't had a bad enough to leave a review until today. My husband had a prescription sent over from telehealth on Sunday. He called first thing this morning to ensure it was received. It was an antibiotic and steroid that needed to be started ASAP. He was advised that they received over 55 prescriptions so understandably they couldn't give him a time of when it would be completed. However, he called again around 1pm to check on it. He was advised it had been filled and was ready for pick up. They have a CB lunch break from 1:30-2pm so around 2:15pm I waited in the drive thru line for about 20min with 3 hungry kids to pick it up. When I arrived at the window I was advised it wasn't filled and to go wait in the parking lot or swing back around (even though no one was behind me) and wait another 15min while they fill it. I asked why we were told it was ready and I was met with a short tone simply saying "he wasn't" I was irritated and asked if it would really take 15min... the response was that I needed to move along and go wait somewhere else for 15min and no one told us it was ready. I took the kids home and then went back to get the prescription. I waited for a couple cars. One took 15min at the window (I did time it, so I'm assuming they refused to wait elsewhere) the other car was just 2 min. I was able to get the prescription on my second visit. Although I was able to get what I needed this time, the interaction was short and definitely did not leave me with a desire to return. We've found another pharmacy to try for our prescriptions going forward, I don't mind driving farther for better service.

When my pain was too high to talk, the pharmacy texted me to make things easier for me. Now after having this pharmacy for a month, they are continuously impeccable. They ordered a base for my compounded medication that would better address my problem. The pharmacist Lauren actually sent me a video as to how to use my medicine when I had to send a friend to pick it up. It is a pleasure to support this local, family owned business! Hoerver, when I called today, their # is "not a working #". According to my Ortho, GenX is the only local pharmacy that makes/compounds a medication I use. Now it's going to be even more difficult to get.
