Ryan, one of the two drivers of the Pile's trucks we had long seen passing our house, knew exactly to move past our 7.5 check-out PVC cap to the concrete septic lid underneath. He was cheerful, friendly, and informative. He advised 3 to 4 years before calling again. I hope he and Chris will still be with Pile's then! The amount we paid was slightly less than the estimate, based upon what Ryan actually found to pump. Very straight ahead! Pile's is a real find!

Greg and his crew are amazing, kind and respectful and very professional. They did the job as promised and showed up when they said they would. After the job was done, the area was cleaned up and seeded and there was no left over trash for us to deal with. We are so grateful to Liberty Excavating for helping up resolve our drain line issue in a timely manner with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company hands down. I showed him the area where we wanted the pad and told him the areas that I wanted him to scrape the hay off and the area where the pad was going to be located and where I didn't want him to do anything. There was a pallet made from pressure treated wood that I didn't want anything done with and a large pile of glass bottles that I didn't want anything done with by him. I instructed him to not go to that side of the field. He arrived on the scheduled day and we moved the animals that were in the field to an adjacent paddock. He began his work and cleared the area where the pad was going to be placed and then proceeded into the area that he had been instructed not to go and drove his equipment over the large pile of glass bottles shattering large numbers of them and depositing the rest of them in the dip in the field along with the pressure treated pallet and large amounts of dirt. I now have a field that is littered with broken glass that I will have to gather by hand and I will also need to dig out the pallet of wood and the unbroken bottles as they can't be left where they are for the animals to walk on. The pad that he put in is not square and is not suitable for the size building that we had planned to build. He left a large mound of shale in the driveway that I will need to pick up and move. He demonstrated poor judgement by driving over the bottles where he knew we keep animals. I would never hire him to do any work on my farm again. I feel that he is incapable of working without direct supervision and would not recommend his service to anyone who has animals or needs someone who can work without direct oversight.
