Groves was hired to level off a small field and prepare a level pad for us to put a building on for…read moreour goats. I showed him the area where we wanted the pad and told him the areas that I wanted him to scrape the hay off and the area where the pad was going to be located and where I didn't want him to do anything. There was a pallet made from pressure treated wood that I didn't want anything done with and a large pile of glass bottles that I didn't want anything done with by him. I instructed him to not go to that side of the field. He arrived on the scheduled day and we moved the animals that were in the field to an adjacent paddock. He began his work and cleared the area where the pad was going to be placed and then proceeded into the area that he had been instructed not to go and drove his equipment over the large pile of glass bottles shattering large numbers of them and depositing the rest of them in the dip in the field along with the pressure treated pallet and large amounts of dirt. I now have a field that is littered with broken glass that I will have to gather by hand and I will also need to dig out the pallet of wood and the unbroken bottles as they can't be left where they are for the animals to walk on. The pad that he put in is not square and is not suitable for the size building that we had planned to build. He left a large mound of shale in the driveway that I will need to pick up and move. He demonstrated poor judgement by driving over the bottles where he knew we keep animals. I would never hire him to do any work on my farm again. I feel that he is incapable of working without direct supervision and would not recommend his service to anyone who has animals or needs someone who can work without direct oversight.

Matt from Graystone arrived at 5:00 and stayed untill the problem was taken care of. Matt was wonderful. He explained what caused the problem and the solution. We told our entire neighborhood about their excellent service. To date, six more of our neighbors have called them.....all extremely pleased with Matt, his professionalism and courtesy. Their cost was lower than our former service provider.

Tri County Pump Services are fantastic! I had a leaking water softener, and know very little about…read moreplumbing, plus my boyfriend is overseas. I called them on the Friday afternoon of the weekend before Thanksgiving, and they sent out two guys first thing the next morning to stop the leak/bypass the system so I could have water, but no leak. They were super informative, and friendly. We needed a new water softener - and I was again impressed by the level of service from Tri County Pump Service. Firstly, the gentleman who was to install the water softener came out two days before scheduled to ensure that he would be fully prepared to install the system on the Wednesday, and noted that the filter needed cleaning, so informed me he would bring a filter for that as well. On the day of installation, he was early (which was fantastic! so rare in a contractor!), quickly removed the old system and installed the new system. It is the little things that really made me happy - he explained what I needed to do moving forward with the new system: when I should add more salt, when I should change the filter, how often it should be service. He left me one of the empty bags of the salt so I have a reference when I go and buy more bags of salt. This makes life easier for me, as I have never had a house with a water softener before. This company can provide "okay" basic service - but beware of nontransparent pricing- that is high…read more They snapped the line in my well pump that was hung up. Yes - I knew it might break, you sign off on any and all issues that might happen.... But they should have stopped and handed over to the well drilling company prior to causing irreparable harm in my well. I was left and forced to drill an entirely new well due to the mess. They left behind a proper well company could have done other things to get that well pumped up, but not after it snapped. This has ended up being a $50,000 plus problem.
