Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. Regardless, he was such a decent young man who ungrudgingly helped me load the bags (40 lb each) into the vehicle. At the end of it, when I heartily offered a tip, he politely declined it. I insisted on taking it anyway, since his effort was way more than any amount offered as a tip !!! Needless to say, I have a high respect for people who don't crave for tips.
