Kelly listens--not just to the color or style you describe, but to the whole story. While I was prattling on about wedding details, she was quietly picking up on the vibe the bride is trying to create. And when it was time to hit the racks? Sure, I could choose gowns--but I quickly realized there was no need. I just let Kelly do her thing. She knows her inventory; she skillfully pulled several gowns that fit my criteria. The first gown? I didn't want to take it off. Same with the second. And the third. A few misses? Kelly didn't even waste time zipping them up. She takes care of you--zipping and clipping, yes--but also prepping the room before you arrive and rehanging each gown with care. That may not sound like much, but if you've been to other stores, you know it's not a given. My challenge today was choosing between several dresses any one of which would have been lovely. When it came time to decide, Kelly didn't rush me. She gave me all the time I needed--and even encouraged me to FaceTime the bride. I had Kelly's undivided attention throughout, and the support of my daughter in the moment that mattered most. Which did I buy? The very first gown Kelly put me in. This girl is good! Do I regret visiting other shops first? Not really. My experiences with well-meaning attendants at traditional bridal boutiques now serve as contrast. This shop is focused entirely on mothers --and it shows. In every way, they are in a different league. If you value not just selection, but also service and experience, it's time to meet Kelly for yourself.

I went to Worcester Wares to order some custom shirts for my small business. I paid the full price up front (mistake on my part) and patiently waited for the project to progress. I promptly sent in all of the graphics needed to make the various shirts I had ordered. Months into the project I was informed the the owner was dealing with some personal matters, which I was understanding and patient about. She did deliver some of the products I had ordered, and indicated that she was working on the remaining products. Some of the shirts had a defect, which she said she would rectify. The hoodies that I ordered were supposed to feature a large logo on they back, which the ones she delivered did not. After that visit, it was radio silence. I sent several emails and messages inquiring about timeframe for delivering the remaining items, but did not get any response from her, or from anyone at Worcester Wares. I began this process in early December 2025, and paid for my items in full at our initial meeting. It is now May the following year, and I have not hard anything from the owner since February when she dropped off a few of the items I had ordered, despite several emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I would not recommend Worcester Wares to another business. I am now out several hundred dollars and have only a small handful of the shirts that I ordered, some of which were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.

Each time we were given a date for review of the artwork, or to see a mock-up, we NEVER heard from her. Texts, calls and emails went unanswered for weeks and weeks. We went back to the store several times and were only given excuses. This was a special project that we were excited about and it never happened. Interestingly, she told us that "small businesses value every nickel" spent, and then, nothing!

    This was, hands down, one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. I went to the Men's…read moreWearhouse at Auburn Mall (MA) to pick up a rental, and from the second I walked in, it was clear that professionalism is not a priority at this location. No one greeted me. I had to walk to the back of the store to find four employees lounging around in jeans and t-shirts, glued to their phones, laughing, and joking like they were hanging out in a basement--not at work. One employee (Mike, I believe) half-heartedly handed me my suit and pointed to a fitting room, then went right back to the group with zero further assistance. But what truly crossed the line--and made me furious--was what happened while I was checking out. These employees were loudly making jokes about a friend or coworker "probably being gay," laughing and carrying on like it was comedy hour. As a gay man shopping with my partner, it was offensive, inappropriate, and honestly disgusting. We felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. To make it worse, I sent a formal complaint to Men's Wearhouse corporate and never received any response. Radio silence. If the suit hadn't already been paid for, I would've walked out. The attitude and atmosphere of "how dare we talk to them." The younger employees gave absolutely no effort of wanting to help us and tried to pass the job onto each other in front of us. After taking two measurements they told my fiancé a vague measurement and told us to go grab it ourselves. After that they immediately went back on their phones, laughing, and talking about the employees social media pictures. I would have rather they hid in the back from their work duties instead of blatantly ignored customers to their face and act as though they are being inconvenienced.
