I had the chowder to start and my wife had the bisque, I preferred the savory and salty flavor of the chowder. We both enjoyed lobster rolls, because who in their right mind doesn't like a lobster roll. The grits were put together very well and the use of corn nuts brought back some nostalgia of when I was in high school and use to snack on them, who would have thought the crunch would pair so well with the creamy texture of the grits. Lastly, the dessert was a wonderful cake with quite a bit going on that was beyond what I could comprehend BUT my tastebuds enjoyed the ride. Great take on the Old Fashioned for a cocktail and the Burgundy Smash was refreshing! If you are in the mood for something different and you enjoy quality and fresh ingredient, you need to consider eating at this establishment. The service from the staff is warm and welcoming and the ambience of the restaurant is warm and modern.

Pros: They tasted fresh and not to dense or sweet. Very good. The only con is the size.

I had the ham and turkey chef salad. It was served in a tortilla shell with lettuce, tomato, peppers, pineapple, cheddar cheese, and taco chips with a sweet and sour dressing. It also came with garlic bread that was pleasant but not needed. This type of salad being in a tortilla shell was a little odd, but not bad. It was a little stale as well, but nothing concerning. The overall salad was well put together and everything else seemed fresh with plenty of the toppings. The pineapple was also an interesting choice, but I did not mind it. Will I go back? Yeah, why not.
