Insofar as I can tell, the doctors are fine. They are certainly well-credentialed. They are not…read moreuser frendly at all -- but you'll spend very little, if any, time with them. Everything except scalpel work is given to a PA. The problem is that their non-medical people are completely incompetent. Appointments get made, and they forget ot put in on the calendar. Telephone calls are promised but not done. Rx refill take a very long time and several followup calls. I get more responsible service from tradesmen -- where my health is not at stake.

I was happy with Synergy's regular instructors. I am pregnant. I took three substitute reformer classes that were not reformer. The machine was there. The work became standing goal-posts and mat modifications I can do at home. I asked the owner to credit those three classes. That is all I asked. I had six paid classes left, already booked with her other teachers. I told her in writing I would attend them. Her response was punitive. She cancelled all six, refunded me, said we were not a good fit, and told me to find another studio. I had not asked to leave. I had questioned a policy she wrote and asked her to make three bad classes right. She ended the relationship over that. I am 20 weeks pregnant and only in the valley two more weeks. She left me to scramble for a new studio rather than credit three classes. The teachers were not the problem. The owner was. If you ask her to fix a substitute, she will punish you for asking.
