When I asked my health care company why this was not covered they said because the claim did not come through as preventative. In other words the provider sent the wrong "codes". After several calls with healthcare and provider and sometimes both together at the same time. It was continuously determined that the provider continued to send the wrong "codes". I went around this circle for the better part of a year. Essentially went for basic care and ended up with a huge headache. I have never dealt with such incompetence. It was really bad. Also the care I received felt very generic as I don't believe I ever saw the actual doctor that runs the office, which would have been nice as a new patient. All in all a terrible experience that was stretched out over the course of a year. And to top it off, when I called to express my dissatisfactions as well as submit my final payment after all was said and done, they acted like they could not care less. Will never return to this office.

She has one by one diagnosed my problems and has given me a completely new lease on life. I feel reborn. I used to welcome death and now I look forward to my future. My last appointment she spent two hours with me as if I was the most important person in the world. I will follow her anywhere. She knows how to think outside the box and is not afraid to try different options to help cure whatever your ailments are. She was referred to me from my friend and I have referred all of my friends to her and they love her as well. She so fantastic that we talk about her over lunch. Best doctor I have seen in any state over the last couple years. She is truly my hero!

They said they couldn't take it. Then, they called me the next day to make an appointment, so I thought my insurance was acceptable. I made the appointment, and the nasty receptionist humiliated me in front of everyone by abusing me by telling me "I should have known that my insurance was not accepted." Why does your practice call me to make an appointment and waste my time if my insurance is not accepted. I was told I could pay the $1,400. That is a HARD NO! Had excellent treatment and care at the Aspen location in 2021. This receptionist woman should not be caring for patients as the face of The Steadman Clinic in Basalt. She was super nasty, rude, obnoxious, cold, and unfriendly from the second I arrived. She should NOT be working w/ the public!
