My call was never returned, so after a week I had to call another appliance repair shop which responded promptly and scheduled a service appointment for me within a few minutes of my call. If Singletary's is screening their calls for types of appliances or issues, it would be nice to at least get a call back letting me know that they do not fix the appliance or problem that I called about, or are otherwise not available.
